Abstract
集成式VOCs废气净化装置,包括罐体,所述罐体从下至上依次为除尘段、吸附段和溶剂喷淋段;所述除尘段内设有除尘板,吸附段内设有吸附管,所述吸附管盘旋设置在吸附段内,一端与除尘段顶部的导气口连接,另一端与吸附段侧壁的导气管连接,所述导气管另一端与溶剂喷淋段侧壁连接,所述溶剂喷淋段内设有喷淋头,所述喷淋头与罐体顶部的进液口连接,溶剂喷淋段侧壁还设有出液口;本装置占地面积小,处理效果好,结构设计科学合理。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保VOCs处理领域,尤其涉及一种集成式VOCs废气净化装置。
背景技术
挥发性有机物,常用VOCs表示,它是Volatile Organic Compounds三个词第一个字母的缩写,总挥发性有机物有时也用TVOC来表示。按照世界卫生组织的定义沸点在50℃-250℃的化合物,室温下饱和蒸汽压超过133.32Pa,在常温下以蒸汽形式存在于空气中的一类有机物。从环境监测的角度来讲,指以氧火焰离子检测器检测出的非甲烷烃类检出物的总称,按其化学结构的不同,可以进一步分为八类:烷类、芳烃类、烯类、卤烃类、酯类、醛类、酮类和其他。
目前VOC废气处理技术主要有:热破坏法、吸附法、生物处理法、氧化法等等,不管哪种方法都存在一定的缺陷:热破坏法占地面积大,耗能高;吸附法设备体积比较庞大,而且工艺流程比较复杂;生物处理法是一项新的技术,由于反应器涉及到气,液,固相传质,以及生化降解过程,影响因素多而复杂,难以控制;还有紫外线配合催化剂来除臭,各种方法都有优势也有缺点,处理效果好的占地面积大,成本高;占地面积小的处理效果不好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种占地面积小,处理效果好,结构设计科学合理的集成式VOCs废气净化装置。
实现本发明提供以下技术方案:集成式VOCs废气净化装置,包括罐体,所述罐体从下至上依次为除尘段、吸附段和溶剂喷淋段;所述罐体顶部设有进液口和排气口,罐体底部为锥形,底部中心位置设有出渣口;所述除尘段内设有除尘板,所述除尘板为波纹板,倾斜设置,除尘板上设有振动器; 除尘段侧壁设有进气口,所述进气口与除尘段内的布气盘连接,所述除尘段顶部设有导气口;所述吸附段侧壁设有出气口,吸附段内设有吸附管,所述吸附管盘旋设置在吸附段内,一端与除尘段顶部的导气口连接,另一端与吸附段侧壁的导气管连接,所述导气管另一端与溶剂喷淋段侧壁连接,所述溶剂喷淋段内设有喷淋头,所述喷淋头与罐体顶部的进液口连接,溶剂喷淋段侧壁还设有出液口。
作为优选,所述除尘板的倾斜角度为15°~30°。
作为优选,所述吸附段的高度占整个罐体高度的1/2。
作为优选,所述吸附管内设有填料,所述填料为活性炭或纳米矿晶。作为优选,所述导气管包括L型段、弧形段和倾斜段,所述倾斜段倾斜的角度为30°~45°。
本发明的有益之处:罐体内从下至上依次为除尘段、吸附段和溶剂喷淋段,有效的节约了占地面积和成本,通过导气管的L型段、弧形段和倾斜段的设计,有效的减缓了气体的流速,延长了气液接触的时间,又有效的防止喷淋溶剂的回流;除尘段的除尘板设有振动器,可以及时进行排灰操作,增加了除尘板的使用寿命;吸附段内吸附管盘旋设置,最大限度的使用了吸附段的空间,延伸了气体与吸附填料的接触时间,大大提高了吸附效果。

具体实施方式
集成式VOCs废气净化装置,包括罐体1,所述罐体1从下至上依次为除尘段2、吸附段3和溶剂喷淋段4;所述罐体1顶部设有进液口1.1和排气口1.2,罐体1底部为锥形,底部中心位置设有出渣口1.3;所述除尘段2内设有除尘板2.1,所述除尘板2.1为波纹板,倾斜设置,除尘板2.1上设有振动器2.2; 除尘段2侧壁设有进气口2.3,所述进气口2.3与除尘段2内的布气盘2.4连接,所述除尘段2顶部设有导气口2.5;所述吸附段3侧壁设有出气口3.1,吸附段3内设有吸附管3.2,所述吸附管3.2盘旋设置在吸附段3内,一端与除尘段2顶部的导气口2.5连接,另一端与吸附段3侧壁的导气管5连接,所述导气管5另一端与溶剂喷淋段4侧壁连接,所述溶剂喷淋段4内设有喷淋头4.1,所述喷淋头4.1与罐体1顶部的进液口1.1连接,溶剂喷淋段4侧壁还设有出液口4.2,所述除尘板2.1的倾斜角度为15°~30°,所述吸附段3的高度占整个罐体1高度的1/2,所述吸附管3.2内设有填料,所述填料为活性炭或纳米矿晶,所述导气管5包括L型段5.1、弧形段5.2和倾斜段5.3,所述倾斜段5.3倾斜的角度为30°~45°。
本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式所涉及的集成式VOCs废气净化装置,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本发明等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本发明权利要求的范围内。

1.集成式VOCs废气净化装置,其特征在于:包括罐体,所述罐体从下至上依次为除尘段、吸附段和溶剂喷淋段;所述罐体顶部设有进液口和排气口,罐体底部为锥形,底部中心位置设有出渣口;所述除尘段内设有除尘板,所述除尘板为波纹板,倾斜设置,除尘板上设有振动器; 除尘段侧壁设有进气口,所述进气口与除尘段内的布气盘连接,所述除尘段顶部设有导气口;所述吸附段侧壁设有出气口,吸附段内设有吸附管,所述吸附管盘旋设置在吸附段内,一端与除尘段顶部的导气口连接,另一端与吸附段侧壁的导气管连接,所述导气管另一端与溶剂喷淋段侧壁连接,所述溶剂喷淋段内设有喷淋头,所述喷淋头与罐体顶部的进液口连接,溶剂喷淋段侧壁还设有出液口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集成式VOCs废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述除尘板的倾斜角度为15°~30°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的集成式VOCs废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述吸附段的高度占整个罐体高度的1/2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的集成式VOCs废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述吸附管内设有填料,所述填料为活性炭或纳米矿晶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的集成式VOCs废气净化装置,其特征在于:所述导气管包括L型段、弧形段和倾斜段,所述倾斜段倾斜的角度为30°~45°。
