Abstract

本发明公开了一种固体脂质磁共振纳米粒子及其制备方法和应用,该纳米粒子以单硬脂酸甘油酯为脂质材料,通过十八胺与磁共振对比剂钆喷替酸葡胺复合,海藻糖作为冻干保护剂,制备肠道易吸收的脂质纳米粒。本发明在原有固体脂质纳米粒制备方法的基础上进行优化,制备得到的纳米粒子的水溶性良好、粒径均一,延长了纳米粒中钆喷替酸葡胺的释放时间,并降低了材料对乳腺癌细胞的毒性,提高了MR成像的驰豫效率。
