本发明公开了一种镜片专用清洗液及其洗液方法,包括配置专用镜片清洗的清洗剂,包括成分脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚FMEE,十二烷基苯磺酸钙,十八酸镁盐,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,乙二胺四乙酸二钠,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺等,能有效解决了镜片不能一次性清洗干净,需多次返洗的技术问题;预防了因材质差泡强碱而易产生批量洗坏;取消了擦拭人员,提升作业效率;降低了人为动作不良;并加快镜片生产流通,减少了因空气中长时间停留而产生的腐蚀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗方法,具体涉及一种镜片专用清洗液及其洗液方法。
背景技术
镜片生产过程中,镜片的表面会有很多的脏污残留,还有用于镜片研磨面保护的保护漆等脏污,无法进行镜片品质检验及往后工序加工,常规的方法只有用超声波清洗机将镜片清洗干净,但目前清洗机清洗有一定的局限性,其缺点有:1、镜片无法一次性清洗干净,需多次返洗。2、材质差无法泡强碱,易产生批量洗坏。3、需要擦拭后再清洗,动作不规范,人员效率低下。4、镜片流转慢产生线易积压,易加重空气中腐蚀发生。
发明内容
针对上述镜片材质较差以及清洗指标达不到要求的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种镜片清洗工艺,是采用新型清洗剂及相应的清洗工艺流程来解决镜片的清洗,其操作方便,易掌握,便于大批量工业化生产。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种镜片专用清洗剂,包括以下重量份的成分:
脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚FMEE 8-11份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钙 40-50份;
十八酸镁盐 5-10份;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4-7份;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠 8-10份;
阳离子聚丙烯酰胺 8-10份;
氢氧化钠 25-30份;
四氯甲烷 15-20份;
异构醇乙氧基化合物 1-3份;
乙二醇丁醚 5-7份;
将上述重量份的成分进行混合,加入100重量份的去离子水中进行搅拌,即成镜片专用清洗剂。
优选的,所述十二烷基苯磺酸钙为45份。
优选的,所述脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚FMEE为10份。
优选的,所述氢氧化钠为30份。
采用所述清洗液进行镜片清洗的方法,其中包括步骤:
纯水清洗2分钟,温度为45摄氏度;采用所述镜片专用清洗剂进行清洗,温度为50-60摄氏度,同时配合超声波振荡清洗,清洗时间为5-10分钟;去离子水进行漂洗3分钟,溢流,温度为40摄氏度;无尘风干。
本发明的有益效果是: 解决了镜片不能一次性清洗干净,需多次返洗;预防了因材质差泡强碱而易产生批量洗坏;取消了擦拭人员,提升作业效率;降低了人为动作不良;并加快镜片生产流通,减少了因空气中长时间停留而产生的腐蚀。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式详细说明本发明。
实施例1
首先,配置清洗用的镜片专用清洗剂,包括以下重量份的成分:脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚FMEE 11份,十二烷基苯磺酸钙50份,十八酸镁盐10份;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4份;乙二胺四乙酸二钠 10份;阳离子聚丙烯酰胺10份;氢氧化钠 25份;四氯甲烷20份;异构醇乙氧基化合物 3份;乙二醇丁醚7份;
将上述重量份的成分进行混合,加入100重量份的去离子水中进行搅拌,即成镜片专用清洗剂。
然后采用配置好的清洗液进行镜片清洗,先温度为45摄氏度的纯水清洗2分钟,再采用配置好的专用清洗剂进行清洗,清洗温度为50摄氏度,同时配合超声波振荡清洗,清洗时间为10分钟;然后再使用去离子水进行漂洗3分钟,漂洗温度为40摄氏度;最后无尘风干。
实施例2
首先,配置清洗用的镜片专用清洗剂,包括以下重量份的成分:脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚FMEE 10份,十二烷基苯磺酸钙45份,十八酸镁盐10份;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4份;乙二胺四乙酸二钠 10份;阳离子聚丙烯酰胺10份;氢氧化钠 30份;四氯甲烷20份;异构醇乙氧基化合物 3份;乙二醇丁醚7份;
将上述重量份的成分进行混合,加入100重量份的去离子水中进行搅拌,即成镜片专用清洗剂。
然后采用配置好的清洗液进行镜片清洗,先温度为45摄氏度的纯水清洗2分钟,再采用配置好的专用清洗剂进行清洗,清洗温度为60摄氏度,同时配合超声波振荡清洗,清洗时间为5分钟;然后再使用去离子水进行漂洗3分钟,漂洗温度为40摄氏度;最后无尘风干。
上述实施方式均是本申请人经过长期大量的劳动和实验,并且经过创造性的成分选择与配比而得到的优选技术方案,采用上述实施例的清洗方法能有效解决了镜片不能一次性清洗干净,需多次返洗的技术问题;预防了因材质差泡强碱而易产生批量洗坏;取消了擦拭人员,提升作业效率;降低了人为动作不良;并加快镜片生产流通,减少了因空气中长时间停留而产生的腐蚀。

脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯醚FMEE 8-11份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钙 40-50份;
十八酸镁盐 5-10份;
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 4-7份;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠 8-10份;
阳离子聚丙烯酰胺 8-10份;
氢氧化钠 25-30份;
四氯甲烷 15-20份;
异构醇乙氧基化合物 1-3份;
乙二醇丁醚 5-7份;
将上述重量份的成分进行混合,加入100重量份的去离子水中进行搅拌,即成镜片专用清洗剂。

5.采用权利要求1的所述清洗液进行镜片清洗的方法,其中包括步骤:
1)纯水清洗2分钟,温度为45摄氏度;
2)采用所述镜片专用清洗剂进行清洗,温度为50-60摄氏度,同时配合超声波振荡清洗,清洗时间为5-10分钟;
3) 去离子水进行漂洗3分钟,溢流,温度为40摄氏度;4)无尘风干。
