一种防横向变形的发泡机流道板，其特点是在流道板体上的发泡机筒的顶部开有进料口，流道从侧面绕到发泡机筒上面与进料口相通。它解决了发泡原料从一侧进入发泡机筒，横向两侧温度不一致，影响产品质量的问题，适应各种发泡板材生产机械配装使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及发泡板材的生产机械领域，具体地说是一种发泡机配用的流道板。
背景技术
在发泡板材生产过程中，对温度的要求非常严格，稍有差别都会影响产品质量。目前的发泡机流道板，熔融的发泡原料都是从一侧横向进入发泡机筒的，因此，流道一侧发泡原料的温度必然比另一侧高，容易造成产品板材左右变形。
发明内容
本发明为解决发泡原料从一侧进入发泡机筒，横向两侧温度不一致，影响产品质量的问题，设计一种使原料从上方进入的发泡机流道板。
本发明的技术方案是，一种防横向变形流道板，其特殊之处是，在流道板体上的发泡机筒的顶部开有进料口，流道从侧面绕到发泡机筒上面与进料口相通。
熔融的发泡原料经过流道从上面竖向进入发泡机筒，保证了原料在机筒内横向两侧的温度平衡，发泡原料从机头中出来的同时完成发泡，避免了发泡板材从发泡机中出来时左右变形，保证了产品质量。
本发明的技术效果是，采用上述的技术方案，可以实现一种结构简单，质量稳定的发泡机流道板。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例，对本发明进一步说明。
如图所示，在流道板体1上的发泡机筒2的顶部开有进料口3，流道4从侧面绕到发泡机筒2上面与进料口3相通。
熔融的发泡原料经过流道4从上面进入发泡机筒2，保证了原料在发泡机筒2内横向两侧温度的平衡，发泡原料从机头中出来的同时完成发泡，避免了发泡板材从发泡机中出来时左右变形。
