Abstract
The invention relates to a self-positioning equal-pressure mounting device for a reverse stop ball bearing, which comprises a base body, a self-positioning guide table, equal-positioning grooves, an adjusting alignment fixing hole and a self-guiding centering arc shaft, wherein a cylindrical body extending upwards is arranged on the base body, the upper end surface of the cylindrical body is provided with the self-positioning guide table with the same fraction as a bearing to be placed, and spherical equal-positioning grooves are arranged between two adjacent self-positioning guide tables. The invention has simple structure and low manufacturing cost, and solves the problems of positioning equal division precision and stability in the automatic processes of pressing and fixing the cover, nylon retainer, injecting grease, automatically assembling the special-shaped element (wedge block) and spring by the reverse stop ball bearing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ball bearings, in particular to a self-positioning equal-pressure assembling device for a reverse stop ball bearing.
Background
With the continuous development of industry 4.0, the ball bearing is continuously improved in an intelligent automatic assembly technology, higher requirements are provided on the positioning and equal division precision and stability of the ball bearing, and particularly, the ball bearing is used for a reverse stop ball bearing, and the pressing and mounting devices such as a pressing and fixing cover, a nylon retainer, grease injection, automatic assembly of a special-shaped piece (wedge block), a spring and positioning are required to be pressed and mounted, so that the consistency of products in the pressing and mounting process is ensured in the automatic assembly process, the positioning and equal division is insufficient, dislocation, pressure leakage and pressure injury are easily caused, and the service performance and service life of the products are seriously influenced. The existing reverse stop ball bearing is used for pressing and fixing the cover, the nylon retainer, injecting grease, automatically assembling the special-shaped piece (wedge block) and the spring, and still stays on the traditional manual pressing and fixing cover, the nylon retainer, injecting grease, automatically assembling the special-shaped piece (wedge block) and the spring, so that time and labor are wasted, and the efficiency is low; the existing photoelectric equally-dividing positioning mechanism is complex in general structure, high in manufacturing cost, greatly influenced by environment, voltage, oil and grease, and particularly poor in equally-dividing precision in the existing positioning of nonmetallic parts, incapable of automatically centering and unsuitable for automatically assembling, positioning and equally-dividing requirements of reverse stop ball bearings.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a self-positioning equal-pressure assembling device, which aims to solve the problems of poor positioning equal-pressure accuracy, incapability of automatic centering, inapplicability to the automatic assembly, positioning and equal-pressure requirement of a reverse stop ball bearing and the like.
According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the self-positioning equal-pressure assembly device comprises a seat body, self-positioning guide tables, equal-dividing positioning grooves, an adjusting alignment fixing hole and a self-guiding centering arc shaft, wherein a cylindrical body extending upwards is arranged on the seat body, the upper end surface of the cylindrical body is provided with the self-positioning guide tables with the same fraction as a bearing to be placed, and spherical equal-dividing positioning grooves are arranged between two adjacent self-positioning guide tables.
And the seat body is uniformly provided with adjusting alignment fixing holes. The adjusting and aligning fixing holes are formed into a waist shape. A self-guiding centering arc shaft is arranged in the middle of the seat body. The outer edge of the upper end face of the self-guiding centering arc shaft is an arc surface. Steps are formed on the inner and outer bases of the cylindrical body, respectively. The self-positioning guide table 2 has a hemispherical positioning portion.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the circumference positioning and equally dividing precision and stability in the automatic process are achieved, the structure is simple, and a stepping motor is not needed for equally dividing or photoelectric detection for positioning and centering.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawings and detailed description:
as can be seen from fig. 2-3: the invention comprises a seat body 1, self-positioning guide tables 2, equal-dividing positioning grooves 3, an adjusting alignment fixing hole 4 and a self-guiding centering arc shaft 5, wherein a cylindrical body 6 extending upwards is arranged on the seat body 1, the upper end surface of the cylindrical body 6 is provided with the self-positioning guide tables 2 with the same fraction as a bearing to be placed, and spherical equal-dividing positioning grooves 3 are arranged between two adjacent self-positioning guide tables 2.
The seat body 1 is uniformly provided with adjusting alignment fixing holes 4. The adjusting and aligning fixing holes 4 are formed into a waist shape. A self-guiding centering arc shaft 5 is arranged in the middle of the seat body 1. The outer edge of the upper end face of the self-guiding centering arc shaft 5 is an arc surface. Steps are formed on the base body 1 on the inner and outer sides of the cylindrical body 6, respectively. The self-positioning guide table 2 has a hemispherical positioning portion.
The upper end surface of the cylindrical body 6 is provided with a self-positioning guide table 2 with the same fraction as that of a bearing, the bearing which automatically moves to the upper part of the seat body 1 is directly guided and transferred into a spherical equal-dividing positioning groove 3 connected with the bearing under the action of dead weight by utilizing the instability of contact between a bearing ball and a ball point, the relative movement of a steel ball or a retainer is limited, the circumferential equal-dividing positioning precision of the bearing is ensured, the platform of the self-positioning guide table 2 is used for being completely contacted with the retainer platform, the axial positioning precision of the bearing is ensured, and the retainer can bear axial load; the bottom of the base body 1 is provided with trisection arc-shaped adjusting and aligning fixing holes 4, so that the automatic pressing device can conveniently perform pre-positioning and fixing self-positioning, the self-guiding centering arc-shaped shaft 5 in the middle of the base body can guide the radial positioning precision of the inner ring of the bearing and avoid the inclination of the bearing; the invention has simple structure and low manufacturing cost, and solves the problems of positioning equal division precision and stability in the automatic processes of pressing and fixing the cover, nylon retainer, injecting grease, automatically assembling the special-shaped element (wedge block) and spring by the reverse stop ball bearing.
Claims (4)
1. A self-positioning equal-pressure assembling device is characterized in that: the self-positioning guide table comprises a seat body (1), self-positioning guide tables (2), equal-dividing positioning grooves (3), adjusting alignment fixing holes (4) and self-guiding centering arc-shaped shafts (5), wherein a cylindrical body (6) extending upwards is arranged on the seat body (1), the upper end face of the cylindrical body (6) is provided with the self-positioning guide tables (2) with the same fraction as a bearing to be placed, and spherical equal-dividing positioning grooves (3) are arranged between every two adjacent self-positioning guide tables (2);
a self-guiding centering arc shaft (5) is arranged in the middle of the seat body (1);
the outer edge of the upper end face of the self-guiding centering arc shaft (5) is an arc surface;
the self-positioning guide table (2) is provided with a hemispherical positioning part;
the bearing capable of automatically moving to the upper part of the seat body (1) is enabled to directly guide the bearing ball and transfer the bearing ball into a spherical equal-dividing positioning groove (3) connected with the bearing ball under the action of dead weight by utilizing the instability of point contact of the bearing ball and a hemispherical positioning part, and a platform of the self-positioning guide table (2) is used for being completely contacted with a retainer platform.
2. The self-positioning equal pressure mounting device of claim 1, wherein: the seat body (1) is uniformly provided with adjusting alignment fixing holes (4).
3. The self-positioning equal pressure mounting device of claim 2, wherein: the adjusting and aligning fixing hole (4) is in a waist shape.
4. The self-positioning equal pressure mounting device of claim 1, wherein: steps are formed on the base body (1) on the inner and outer sides of the cylindrical body (6), respectively.
