Abstract
本发明公开一种防污渔网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将编织成型的渔网清洗干净后,放入85‑90℃的改性盐溶液中浸泡处理2‑3小时后,取出;(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的渔网表面涂刷防污液,然后自然风干后,制得成品。本发明提供的一种防污渔网的制备方法,操作简单,绿色环保,防污剂不会影响渔网自身的各项性能,同时能显著的提升渔网的防污效果,可有效的避免污损生物在渔网表面的附着,极大地延长了渔网的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于渔网制备技术领域,具体涉及一种防污渔网的制备方法。
背景技术
渔网从功能上分为刺网、曳网、围网、建网和敷网,要求有高透明度和强度,好的耐冲击性、耐磨性、网目尺寸稳定性和柔软性,适当的断裂伸长。由单丝、复丝捻线或单丝经编织、一次热处理、染色和二次热处理加工而成。现有的渔网,虽然具有一定的防污效果,但是防护效果较差,尤其是防污期较短,严重影响了渔网的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防污渔网的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种防污渔网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的渔网清洗干净后,放入85-90℃的改性盐溶液中浸泡处理2-3小时后,取出,其中改性盐溶液由以下重量份的组分制成:植酸钠24-28份、乙二酸铵11-15份、丙烯磺酸钠17-23份、水360-400份;
(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的渔网表面涂刷防污液,然后自然风干后,制得成品,其中防污液由以下重量份的组分制成:5-硝基苯并咪唑硝酸盐4-6份、N,N-二甲基间甲苯胺5-9份、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯7-10份、2,6-二氯异烟酸1-3份、聚丁烯39-45份、偏三甲苯46-55份、乙酸乙酯66-70份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的改性盐溶液与渔网的体积质量比为5-7L:1kg。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的防污液采用以下方法制成:将聚丁烯溶于偏三甲苯和乙酸乙酯的混合液中,继续向其中加入5-硝基苯并咪唑硝酸盐、N,N-二甲基间甲苯胺、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯、2,6-二氯异烟酸,搅拌均匀后,制得防污液。
由以上的技术可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种防污渔网的制备方法,操作简单,绿色环保,防污剂不会影响渔网自身的各项性能,同时能显著的提升渔网的防污效果,可有效的避免污损生物在渔网表面的附着,极大地延长了渔网的使用寿命。步骤(1)中的改性液,可有效的提升渔网表面的活性,进而提升了防污液在表面的附着力;步骤(2)中的防污液,可有效的抑制污损生物在渔网表面的生长繁殖。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种防污渔网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的渔网清洗干净后,放入85℃的改性盐溶液中浸泡处理2小时后,取出,其中改性盐溶液由以下重量份的组分制成:植酸钠24份、乙二酸铵11份、丙烯磺酸钠17份、水360份;
(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的渔网表面涂刷防污液,然后自然风干后,制得成品,其中防污液由以下重量份的组分制成:5-硝基苯并咪唑硝酸盐4份、N,N-二甲基间甲苯胺5份、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯7份、2,6-二氯异烟酸1份、聚丁烯39份、偏三甲苯46份、乙酸乙酯66份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的改性盐溶液与渔网的体积质量比为5L:1kg。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的防污液采用以下方法制成:将聚丁烯溶于偏三甲苯和乙酸乙酯的混合液中,继续向其中加入5-硝基苯并咪唑硝酸盐、N,N-二甲基间甲苯胺、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯、2,6-二氯异烟酸,搅拌均匀后,制得防污液。
实施例2
一种防污渔网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的渔网清洗干净后,放入87℃的改性盐溶液中浸泡处理2.5小时后,取出,其中改性盐溶液由以下重量份的组分制成:植酸钠26份、乙二酸铵13份、丙烯磺酸钠20份、水380份;
(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的渔网表面涂刷防污液,然后自然风干后,制得成品,其中防污液由以下重量份的组分制成:5-硝基苯并咪唑硝酸盐5份、N,N-二甲基间甲苯胺7份、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯8份、2,6-二氯异烟酸2份、聚丁烯43份、偏三甲苯50份、乙酸乙酯68份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的改性盐溶液与渔网的体积质量比为6L:1kg。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的防污液采用以下方法制成:将聚丁烯溶于偏三甲苯和乙酸乙酯的混合液中,继续向其中加入5-硝基苯并咪唑硝酸盐、N,N-二甲基间甲苯胺、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯、2,6-二氯异烟酸,搅拌均匀后,制得防污液。
实施例3
一种防污渔网的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的渔网清洗干净后,放入90℃的改性盐溶液中浸泡处理3小时后,取出,其中改性盐溶液由以下重量份的组分制成:植酸钠28份、乙二酸铵15份、丙烯磺酸钠23份、水400份;
(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的渔网表面涂刷防污液,然后自然风干后,制得成品,其中防污液由以下重量份的组分制成:5-硝基苯并咪唑硝酸盐6份、N,N-二甲基间甲苯胺9份、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯10份、2,6-二氯异烟酸3份、聚丁烯45份、偏三甲苯55份、乙酸乙酯70份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中的改性盐溶液与渔网的体积质量比为7L:1kg。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中的防污液采用以下方法制成:将聚丁烯溶于偏三甲苯和乙酸乙酯的混合液中,继续向其中加入5-硝基苯并咪唑硝酸盐、N,N-二甲基间甲苯胺、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯、2,6-二氯异烟酸,搅拌均匀后,制得防污液。

1.一种防污渔网的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将编织成型的渔网清洗干净后,放入85-90℃的改性盐溶液中浸泡处理2-3小时后,取出,其中改性盐溶液由以下重量份的组分制成:植酸钠24-28份、乙二酸铵11-15份、丙烯磺酸钠17-23份、水360-400份;
(2)在经过步骤(1)处理的渔网表面涂刷防污液,然后自然风干后,制得成品,其中防污液由以下重量份的组分制成:5-硝基苯并咪唑硝酸盐4-6份、N,N-二甲基间甲苯胺5-9份、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯7-10份、2,6-二氯异烟酸1-3份、聚丁烯39-45份、偏三甲苯46-55份、乙酸乙酯66-70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污渔网的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)中的改性盐溶液与渔网的体积质量比为5-7L:1kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防污渔网的制备方法,其特征在于,上述步骤(2)中的防污液采用以下方法制成:将聚丁烯溶于偏三甲苯和乙酸乙酯的混合液中,继续向其中加入5-硝基苯并咪唑硝酸盐、N,N-二甲基间甲苯胺、对甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯、2,6-二氯异烟酸,搅拌均匀后,制得防污液。
