本发明公开了一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条,包括支撑基底、依次位于支撑基底上方的金属反光层、彩色层以及保护膜,支撑基底的下方依次设置有背胶层、离型膜,本发明还公开了一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法:选取合格支撑基底材料并进行表面清洁;在支撑基底上方采用PVD进行金属反光层镀膜;在金属反光层上方进行PVD彩色层镀膜;镀膜完成后将此合格材料裁切成所需要形状;在合格成形材料的下方依次上背胶层和离型膜;最后在合格成型材料的彩色层上方贴附一层保护膜。本发明的具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条能使屏幕外观更加多彩美观,有效提高产品的使用价值。

本发明涉及屏幕外观装饰技术领域,具体而言,特别涉及一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条及其制备方法。
背景技术
在科技迅猛发展的今天,人们对于笔记本、液晶显示器、计算机和液晶电视的视觉要求越来越高,现在市面上的大部分显示器系统中,人们往往全心关注于显示画面的清晰度要求而忽略屏幕周缘的装饰效果,在关机状态时,此类显示器的屏幕边框装饰粗糙、样式简单,毫无美感可言,严重影响屏幕的观赏效果和使用价值。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决现有技术中的上述技术问题之一。有鉴于此,本发明需要提供一种使屏幕外观更加多彩美观,提升产品使用价值且具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条及其制备方法。
本发明提供一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条,包括支撑基底、依次位于支撑基底上方的金属反光层、彩色层以及保护膜,所述支撑基底的下方依次设置有背胶层、离型膜。
根据本发明的一个实施例的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条,所述支撑基底的材质为金属材料或者塑料,所述支撑基底厚度为0.01~3mm。
根据本发明的一个实施例的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条,所述金属材料为铝、铁、铜、锌、铝合金、不锈钢中的任意一种。
根据本发明的一个实施例的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条,所述塑料为PE、PP、PC、PMMA、PVC和ABS中的任意一种。
本发明提供一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
步骤1、原材料的准备:选取一定厚度的合格支撑基底,并进行表面清洁;
步骤2、镀射金属反光层:采用PVD、水电镀、热浸镀中任一方法在支撑基底上方镀射一层一定厚度的金属反光层;
步骤3、镀射彩色层:采用PVD镀膜工艺在金属反光层上方镀射一层一定厚度的彩色层;
步骤4、成形:检验步骤3中生产出的产品是否为合格产品,并将合格产品通过冲切、激光切割、线切割或水刀切割中任一种方式裁切得到合格的成型材料 ;
步骤5、上背胶:在合格的成型材料的下方依次设置背胶层和离型膜;
步骤6、贴保护膜:在制备的合格的成型材料的彩色层的上方黏附一层保护膜。
根据本发明的一个实施例的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,步骤2中PVD工艺为蒸镀、溅射镀、离子镀中的任一种,采用靶材可以为铝、铬、镍、钛、锆、银、不锈钢中任一种,也可以是其他呈现银白色金属光泽的金属材料,所述金属反光层的厚度为0.01~100um。
根据本发明的一个实施例的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,步骤3中PVD工艺为蒸镀、溅射镀、离子镀中的任一种,其离子镀的工艺参数为工作压力为0.1~2Pa,弧电流为30~200A,偏压为0~150V,占空比为20~90%,所述的彩色层的厚度为0.01~20um,采用靶材为金属靶材或者金属氧化物靶材。
根据本发明的一个实施例的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,所采用的金属靶材为硅、钛、铌、钽、锡、铟或铟锡合金中任一种,以氧气为反应性气体,氩气为工作气体。
根据本发明的一个实施例的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,所采用的金属氧化物靶材为氧化硅、氧化钛、氧化铌、氧化钽、氧化锡、氧化铟中任一种,以氩气为工作气体。
根据本发明的一个实施例的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,步骤5中背胶层为双面胶或者不干胶涂布,所述双面胶或者不干胶涂布为黏性为1~1000g的硅胶、丙烯酸或者聚氨酯。
本发明的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条及其制备方法的有益效果在于,本发明中选取一定厚度的合格支撑基底,并进行表面清洁,在支撑基底上方采用PVD工艺镀射一层一定厚度的金属反光层,采用PVD镀膜工艺在金属反光层上方镀射一层一定厚度的彩色层,镀膜完成后将此彩色材料裁切得到合格的成型材料,在合格的成型材料的下方依次设置背胶层和离型膜,最后在制备的合格的成型材料的彩色层的上方黏附一层保护膜,此制备方法得到的屏幕装饰条主要应用于LCD、LED-TV、笔记本电脑和计算机等的屏幕上,此屏幕装饰条具有金属光泽,使用寿命长;在实际使用时撕除离型膜之后由背胶层贴附在屏幕所需的位置,使屏幕的外观更加多彩美观,提高产品的使用价值。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1所示,根据本发明的实施例,一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条包括支撑基底1、依次位于支撑基底1上方的金属反光层2、彩色层3以及保护膜4,支撑基底1的下方依次设置有背胶层5、离型膜6。
本发明的屏幕彩色装饰条具备金属光泽,使用寿命长,在实际使用时撕除离型膜6之后由背胶层5贴附在屏幕所需的位置,使屏幕的外观更加多彩美观,提高产品的使用价值。
如图1所示,支撑基底1的材质为金属材料或者塑料,支撑基底1厚度为0.01~3mm,由此,根据产品屏幕的不同,所需支撑基底1的优选厚度也不同。
如图1所示,金属材料为铝、铁、铜、锌、铝合金、不锈钢中的任意一种。
如图1所示,塑料为PE、PP、PC、PMMA、PVC和ABS中的任意一种。
如图2所示,根据本发明的实施例,一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
S100、原材料的准备:选取一定厚度的合格支撑基底1,并进行表面清洁;
S200、镀射金属反光层2:采用PVD、水电镀、热浸镀中任一方法在支撑基底上方镀射一层一定厚度的金属反光层;
S300、镀射彩色层3:采用PVD镀膜工艺在金属反光层上方镀射一层一定厚度的彩色层;
S400、成形:检验步骤3中生产出的产品是否为合格产品,并将合格产品通过冲切、激光切割、线切割或水刀切割中任一种方式裁切得到合格的成型材料 ;
S500、上背胶:在合格的成型材料的下方依次设置背胶层4和离型膜5;
S600、贴保护膜6:在制备的合格的成型材料的彩色层3的上方黏附一层保护膜6。
根据本发明的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,此制备方法得到的屏幕装饰条主要应用于LCD、LED-TV、笔记本电脑和计算机等的屏幕上,此屏幕装饰条具有金属光泽,使用寿命长;在实际使用时撕除离型膜6之后由背胶层5贴附在屏幕所需的位置,使屏幕的外观更加多彩美观,提高产品的使用价值。
如图2所示,根据本发明的实施例,一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法的S200中,PVD工艺为蒸镀、溅射镀、离子镀中的任一种,采用靶材可以为铝、铬、镍、钛、锆、银、不锈钢中任一种,也可以是其他呈现银白色金属光泽的金属材料,金属反光层2的厚度为0.01~100um。
如图2所示,根据本发明的实施例,一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法的S300中,PVD工艺为蒸镀、溅射镀、离子镀中的任一种,其离子镀的工艺参数为工作压力为0.1~2Pa,弧电流为30~200A,偏压为0~150V,占空比为20~90%,彩色层3的厚度为0.01~20um,采用靶材为金属靶材或者金属氧化物靶材。
如图2所示,所采用的金属靶材为硅、钛、铌、钽、锡、铟或铟锡合金中任一种,以氧气为反应性气体,氩气为工作气体。
如图2所示,所采用的金属氧化物靶材为氧化硅、氧化钛、氧化铌、氧化钽、氧化锡、氧化铟中任一种,以氩气为工作气体。
如图2所示,根据本发明的实施例,一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法的S500中,背胶层为双面胶或者不干胶涂布,双面胶或者不干胶涂布为黏性为1~1000g的硅胶、丙烯酸或者聚氨酯。由此,根据产品屏幕的不同,所需背胶层5的材质的黏性也不同。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条,其特征在于,包括支撑基底、依次位于支撑基底上方的金属反光层、彩色层以及保护膜,所述支撑基底的下方依次设置有背胶层、离型膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条,其特征在于,所述支撑基底的材质为金属材料或者塑料,所述支撑基底厚度为0.01~3mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条,其特征在于,所述金属材料为铝、铁、铜、锌、铝合金、不锈钢中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条,其特征在于,所述塑料为PE、PP、PC、PMMA、PVC和ABS中的任意一种。
5.一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
步骤1、原材料的准备:选取一定厚度的合格支撑基底,并进行表面清洁;
步骤2、镀射金属反光层:采用PVD、水电镀、热浸镀中任一方法在支撑基底上方镀射一层一定厚度的金属反光层;
步骤3、镀射彩色层:采用PVD镀膜工艺在金属反光层上方镀射一层一定厚度的彩色层;
步骤4、成形:检验步骤3中生产出的产品是否为合格产品,并将合格产品通过冲切、激光切割、线切割或水刀切割中任一种方式裁切得到合格的成型材料 ;
步骤5、上背胶:在合格的成型材料的下方依次设置背胶层和离型膜;
步骤6、贴保护膜:在制备的合格的成型材料的彩色层的上方黏附一层保护膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中PVD工艺为蒸镀、溅射镀、离子镀中的任一种,采用靶材可以为铝、铬、镍、钛、锆、银、不锈钢中任一种,也可以是其他呈现银白色金属光泽的金属材料,所述金属反光层的厚度为0.01~100um。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3中PVD工艺为蒸镀、溅射镀、离子镀中的任一种,其离子镀的工艺参数为工作压力为0.1~2Pa,弧电流为30~200A,偏压为0~150V,占空比为20~90%,所述的彩色层的厚度为0.01~20um,采用靶材为金属靶材或者金属氧化物靶材。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,其特征在于,所采用的金属靶材为硅、钛、铌、钽、锡、铟或铟锡合金中任一种,以氧气为反应性气体,氩气为工作气体。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,其特征在于,所采用的金属氧化物靶材为氧化硅、氧化钛、氧化铌、氧化钽、氧化锡、氧化铟中任一种,以氩气为工作气体。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有金属光泽的屏幕彩色装饰条的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5中背胶层为双面胶或者不干胶涂布,所述双面胶或者不干胶涂布为黏性为1~1000g的硅胶、丙烯酸或者聚氨酯。
