Abstract

本发明提供了一种室温固化柔性环氧树脂胶粘剂,由A组份和B组份组成,所述的A组份中原料的重量份数分别为大分子韧性环氧树脂100;聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5‑50;腰果酚缩水甘油醚3‑20;邻苯二甲酸酯1‑20;填料10‑40;B组份中原料的重量份数分别为聚酰胺650 100;KH560 1‑5;DMP‑30 1‑5。本发明利用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的柔顺性和粘附性,使该款胶粘剂能够有更好柔韧性及附着力。本发明主要利用大分子新型环氧树脂的多羟基,长碳链使其达到剪切强度可达20MPa,剥离强度40MPa以上。

技术领域:
本发明属于化工领域,涉及一种环氧树脂胶粘剂,具体来是一种室温固化柔性环氧树脂胶粘剂。
背景技术:
环氧树脂具有优异的力学和粘接性能,现已广泛应用在粘胶剂领域,由于环氧树脂存在柔韧性差的缺点,其剥离强度和抗冲击性能差,使用过程中由于机械应力或温度变化容易发生开裂现象。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种室温固化柔性环氧树脂胶粘剂,所述的这种室温固化柔性环氧树脂胶粘剂要解决现有技术中的环氧树脂柔韧性差、剥离强度和抗冲击性能差、使用过程中容易发生开裂现象的技术问题。
本发明提供了一种室温固化柔性环氧树脂胶粘剂,由A组份和B组份组成,所述的A组份和B组份中各原料的重量份数如下:
A组份:
B组份:
聚酰胺650, 100;
KH560, 1-5;
DMP-30, 1-5。
进一步的,所述的A组份和B组份中各原料的重量份数如下:
A组份:
B组份:
聚酰胺650, 100;
KH560, 3;
DMP-30, 3。
具体的,所述的大分子韧性环氧树脂的分子量为3000-5000。
优选的,所述的大分子韧性环氧树脂选自美东生物的MP-1075。
本发明利用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛树脂的柔顺性和粘附性,使该款胶粘剂能够有更好柔韧性及附着力。本发明主要利用大分子新型环氧树脂的多羟基,长碳链使其达到剪切强度可达20MPa,剥离强度40MPa以上。
本发明和已有技术相比,其技术效果是积极和明显的,本发明提高了普通环氧树脂的柔韧性抗冲击性,剥离强度。粘结性更好,更抗冲击。环氧胶一般硬度高,脆性大,本发明采用大分子韧性环氧树脂,配合聚酰胺使用后有更好的粘结效果,韧性好,抗冲击和剥离强度提高。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
A组份:100克环氧树脂,10克聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,5克腰果酚缩水甘油醚,5克邻苯二甲酸酯,20克填料。B组份:100克聚酰胺650,3克KH560,3克DMP-30。
本发明的制备过程是,先按照重量份数称取各原料,然后放入一个容器中混合均匀使用。本实施例的剪切强度可达30MPa,剥离强度42MPa以上。
实施例2
A组份:100克环氧树脂,15克聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,3克腰果酚缩水甘油醚,8克邻苯二甲酸酯,15克填料。B组份:100克聚酰胺650,3克KH560,3克DMP-30。
本发明的制备过程是,先按照重量份数称取各原料,然后放入一个容器中混合均匀使用。本实施例的剪切强度可达32MPa,剥离强度45MPa以上。
