(5)将步骤(4)出来的胶料装入模具,放入硫化机进行硫化成型,即得。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)~(3)中,塑炼温度至100℃后将胶料取出,停放时间均为24h。

Claims (6)

1.一种自结皮橡胶材料,其特征在于,所述材料由包括如下重量份的原料制成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的自结皮橡胶材料,其特征在于,所述硫化活化剂包括氧化锌;
所述促进剂包括促进剂DM、促进剂D、促进剂M;
所述填充剂包括钙粉和滑石粉;
所述增塑剂包括硬脂酸和环烷油;
所述软化剂包括二甘醇和聚乙二醇;
所述有机发泡剂包括发泡剂AC和发泡剂OBSH;
所述无机发泡剂包括碳酸氢钠。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自结皮橡胶材料,其特征在于,所述材料由如下重量份的原料组成:
天然橡胶85-95份,高苯乙烯8-12份,氧化锌3-5份,硫磺1-3份,促进剂DM 0.2-0.3份,促进剂D 0.1-0.25份,促进剂M 0.3-0.5份,钙粉35-45份,滑石粉40-50份,硬脂酸2-3.5份,环烷油18-22份,二甘醇1-1.7份,聚乙二醇1.3-1.8份,石蜡2-4份,发泡剂AC7-9份,发泡剂OBSH 7-9份,碳酸氢钠6-8份。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的自结皮橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将天然橡胶放入密炼机进行一段塑炼,取出放入开炼机出片停放;
(2)将高苯乙烯、增塑剂、填充剂和步骤(1)塑炼后的胶料放入密炼机进行二段塑炼,取出放入开炼机,出片停放;
(3)将硫化活化剂、软化剂、石蜡、无机发泡剂和步骤(2)塑炼后的胶料放入密练机进行三段塑炼,取出放入开炼机,出片停放;
(4)将硫磺、促进剂、有机发泡剂和步骤(3)塑炼后的胶料放入开炼机混匀,进行薄通、出片;
(5)将步骤(4)出来的胶料装入模具,放入硫化机进行硫化成型,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自结皮橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)~(3)中,塑炼温度至100℃后将胶料取出,停放时间均为24h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的自结皮橡胶材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,硫化温度为120℃,时间为20min。
