本发明涉及一种定向搬运装置，包括提升支架，其特征是：在所述提升支架的两侧固定安装支架，在固定支架上转动设置第一滚轮和第二滚轮，第一滚轮和第二滚轮的轴线分别沿X轴、Y轴方向设置。所述第一滚轮通过第一销轴转动设置在固定支架上。所述第二滚轮通过第二销轴转动设置在固定支架上。在所述安装支架上设置加强筋。本发明所述定向搬运装置结构简单，设计巧妙，在使用时可以实现X轴、Y轴方向上的搬运，实用性强，可广泛用于多种场合。

本发明涉及一种定向搬运装置，属于机械自动组装设备技术领域。
背景技术
物料搬运是指在同一场所范畴内进行的、以改变物料存放状态和空间位为主要目标的活动，简单地说物料搬运就是运用各种动力和搬运机械将物料保质、如数、准时、安全、经济地搬离和运到指定地点。物料搬运对仓库作业效率的提高是很重要的，物料搬运也直接影响到生产效率。在生产型企业中，物流经理通常要对货物搬运入库、货物在仓库中的存放、货物从存放地点到订单分拣区域的移动以及最终到达。
传统的搬运设备，尤其是大型搬运设备实现不同方向的搬运时需要辅助较为复杂的运输轨道系统，这样占用空间大，设备复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种定向搬运装置，结构简单，能够实现定向搬运。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，一种定向搬运装置，包括提升支架，其特征是：在所述提升支架的两侧固定安装支架，在固定支架上转动设置第一滚轮和第二滚轮，第一滚轮和第二滚轮的轴线分别沿X轴、Y轴方向设置。
进一步地，所述第一滚轮通过第一销轴转动设置在固定支架上。
进一步地，所述第二滚轮通过第二销轴转动设置在固定支架上。
进一步地，在所述安装支架上设置加强筋。
本发明所述定向搬运装置结构简单，设计巧妙，在使用时可以实现X轴、Y轴方向上的搬运，实用性强，可广泛用于多种场合。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-图3所示，本发明所述定向搬运装置包括提升支架4，提升支架4用于承载待搬运的物料，在提升支架4的两侧固定安装支架1，在固定支架1上通过第一销轴2转动设置第一滚轮3，在固定支架1上通过第二销轴6转动设置第二滚轮7，第一销轴2和第二销轴6分别沿X轴和Y轴方向设置，即第一滚轮3和第二滚轮7分别沿X轴、Y轴方向设置，实现对提升支架4在X轴、Y轴方向上的定位。
另外，在所述安装支架1上设置加强筋5，以提升整个搬运装置的稳定性。
本发明所述定向搬运装置在使用时可以实现X轴、Y轴方向上的搬运，实用性强，可广泛用于多种场合。

1.一种定向搬运装置，包括提升支架（4），其特征是：在所述提升支架（4）的两侧固定安装支架（1），在固定支架（1）上转动设置第一滚轮（3）和第二滚轮（7），第一滚轮（3）和第二滚轮（7）的轴线分别沿X轴、Y轴方向设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的定向搬运装置，其特征是：所述第一滚轮（3）通过第一销轴（2）转动设置在固定支架（1）上。
3.如权利要求1所述的定向搬运装置，其特征是：所述第二滚轮（7）通过第二销轴（6）转动设置在固定支架（1）上。
4.如权利要求1所述的定向搬运装置，其特征是：在所述安装支架（1）上设置加强筋（5）。
