本发明公开了一种特种车辆用警示灯,包括壳体和若干灯组,所述壳体包括安装基座和上盖,所述上盖盖设在安装基座上,所述灯组分别通过灯架设置在安装基座上并沿安装基座周向设置,所述上盖上设置有插接槽,所述灯架上设置有滑移块,所述滑移块与插接槽插接配合,所述滑移块通过连接板与灯架连接,所述相邻滑移块之间还设置有用于保证相邻灯组间距的隔挡片,所述隔挡片可滑动的插设在插接槽上,所述隔挡片两端分别与滑移块抵触。其结构简单合理,实现便捷安装,定位准确,同时具有良好的密闭性。

特种车辆用警示灯
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,尤其是一种特种车辆用警示灯。
背景技术
特种车辆车顶通常装设有明显的警示灯以警示过往车辆避让,警示灯主要结构包括壳体以及设于壳体内腔周边的若干灯组,但是现有的警示灯对灯组安装繁琐,主要还是通过螺钉对灯组进行安装,操作繁琐,使得生产效率降低,同时通过螺钉进行定位时,难以保证灯组间的间隔位置,使得灯组位置出现偏差,容易与后续罩盖的安装发生冲突,从而增加次品率,降低经济效益,同时采用螺钉进行固定必然在灯罩壳体上钻设安装孔,而特种车辆会长时间在恶劣天气中形式,同时警示灯安装在车顶,饱经风雨,雨水污物容易从螺钉安装孔中进入,从而使得线路出现腐蚀,使得灯组出现接触不良、短路等现象,降低使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种特种车辆用警示灯,其结构简单合理,实现便捷安装,定位准确,同时具有良好的密闭性。
本发明提供一种特种车辆用警示灯,包括壳体和若干灯组,所述壳体包括安装基座和上盖,所述上盖盖设在安装基座上,所述灯组分别通过灯架设置在安装基座上并沿安装基座周向设置,所述上盖上设置有插接槽,所述灯架上设置有滑移块,所述滑移块与插接槽插接配合,所述滑移块通过连接板与灯架连接,所述相邻滑移块之间还设置有用于保证相邻灯组间距的隔挡片,所述隔挡片可滑动的插设在插接槽上,所述隔挡片两端分别与滑移块抵触。
这样设置的有益效果是:采用上述方案,采用这种插接的方式,在将上盖盖设后,将灯组和隔挡片逐个插入插接槽,这里灯组可以是多个没有间隔的光源组成的灯组也可以是单个光源组成的灯组,灯组通过滑移块可以在插接槽中滑动定位,从而实现对灯组的位置的选择,通过隔挡片可以保证相邻灯组的间距,使得灯组的定位更为准确,并可以有效限制灯组的滑移,同时取消了螺钉的固定,避免在壳体上钻设安装孔,有效避免雨水污物从壳体外进入,避免线路出现腐蚀,延长使用寿命。
本发明进一步设置为各隔挡片分别通过遮挡片与滑移块抵触,所述遮挡片与插接槽插接配合,所述遮挡片与滑移块抵触的一端上设置托板,所述托板与滑移块抵触,所述托板上形成有用于限制连接板滑移的卡槽,所述连接板插设在卡槽上。
这样设置的有益效果是:采用上述方案,在隔挡片与滑移块之间设置遮挡片,遮挡片上设置托板,相邻托板上的卡槽组合形成限位槽,实现对连接板的限位,采用这种结构,可以进一步对灯架进行固定,避免灯架从插接槽中脱离出去,使得灯组安装更为牢固,保证设备的可靠性。
本发明进一步设置为所述遮挡片上沿连接板插入方向还设置有辅助凸筋,所述辅助凸筋设置于卡槽两侧,所述辅助凸筋插入端呈斜面设置。
这样设置的有益效果是:采用上述方案,设置辅助凸筋,使得遮挡板的插入更为流畅,不会在托板边缘与滑移块接触处发生抵触,使得安装更为流畅,进一步提高生产效率。
本发明进一步设置为所述遮挡片与隔挡片抵触的一端设置有用于标示遮挡片位置的凸缘。
这样设置的有益效果是:采用上述方案,设置凸缘便于观察遮挡板的位置,方便进行安装,提高生产效率。
本发明进一步设置为所述灯架和滑移块间距大于托板厚度设置。
这样设置的有益效果是:采用上述方案,这里大于仅仅是稍稍大于,便于托板的置入,同时可以对托板起到限位的作用。

由图1至图4可以看出,本发明公开了一种特种车辆用警示灯,包括壳体和若干灯组3,所述壳体包括安装基座1和上盖2,所述上盖2盖设在安装基座1上,所述灯组3分别通过灯架4设置在安装基座1上并沿安装基座1周向设置,所述上盖2上设置有插接槽21,所述灯架4上设置有滑移块41,所述滑移块41与插接槽21插接配合,所述滑移块41通过连接板42与灯架4连接,所述相邻滑移块41之间还设置有用于保证相邻灯组3间距的隔挡片6,所述隔挡片6可滑动的插设在插接槽21上,各隔挡片6两端分别通过遮挡片5与滑移块41抵触,所述遮挡片5与插接槽21插接配合,所述遮挡片5与滑移块41抵触的一端上设置托板51,所述托板51与滑移块41抵触,所述托板51上形成有用于限制连接板42滑移的卡槽52,所述连接板42插设在卡槽52上,所述遮挡片5上沿连接板42插入方向还设置有辅助凸筋53,所述辅助凸筋53设置于卡槽52两侧,所述辅助凸筋53插入端呈斜面设置,所述遮挡片5与隔挡片6抵触的一端设置有用于标示遮挡片5位置的凸缘54。所述灯架4和滑移块41间距大于托板51厚度设置。

1.一种特种车辆用警示灯,包括壳体和若干灯组,所述壳体包括安装基座和上盖,所述上盖盖设在安装基座上,所述灯组分别通过灯架设置在安装基座上并沿安装基座周向设置,其特征在于:所述上盖上设置有插接槽,所述灯架上设置有滑移块,所述滑移块与插接槽插接配合,所述滑移块通过连接板与灯架连接,所述相邻滑移块之间还设置有用于保证相邻灯组间距的隔挡片,所述隔挡片可滑动的插设在插接槽上,所述隔挡片两端分别与滑移块抵触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的特种车辆用警示灯,其特征在于:各隔挡片分别通过遮挡片与滑移块抵触,所述遮挡片与插接槽插接配合,所述遮挡片与滑移块抵触的一端上设置托板,所述托板与滑移块抵触,所述托板上形成有用于限制连接板滑移的卡槽,所述连接板插设在卡槽上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的特种车辆用警示灯,其特征在于:所述遮挡片上沿连接板插入方向还设置有辅助凸筋,所述辅助凸筋设置于卡槽两侧,所述辅助凸筋插入端呈斜面设置。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的特种车辆用警示灯,其特征在于:其特征在于:所述遮挡片与隔挡片抵触的一端设置有用于标示遮挡片位置的凸缘。
