本发明涉及防静电环氧地坪技术领域,尤其涉及一种防静电环氧地坪的铜箔与接地线的连接方法。
背景技术
在防静电环氧地坪铺设中,一般防静电环氧地坪铜箔与接地线链接,地面铺设的铜箔是需要引到墙上的,直接用地线链接墙上的铜箔,不美观,且操作复杂,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明通过使用铜扣将铜箔和接地线连接,使得铜箔无需引上墙。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防静电环氧地坪的铜箔与接地线的连接方法,首先使用铜扣与接地线相连接,接地线通过铜扣与室外的接地地桩连接,在所述地面上铺设铜箔,所述铜箔通过铜扣与接电线相连接。
进一步改进在于:所述铜扣采用膨胀螺丝进行加紧固定。
进一步改进在于:所述铜箔铺成“十”字状,且相邻间距相同。
进一步改进在于:所述铜箔宽度>10mm,厚0.05-0.08mm,电阻<0.08Ω。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的防静电环氧地坪铜箔与接地线使用铜扣链接,在施工过程中无需多处引铜箔至墙体上方,在接地线,保证了功能性又美观安全。
