本实用新型公开了一种超导电缆绞缆股线连接装置，已解决现有电缆连接采用手工接头费工费力的问题。它包括连接管，在连接管两端为连接孔，所述连接管的中心设有挡板，所述连接孔中插有电缆接头。本实用新型主要用于超导电缆绞缆股线的连接，采用本实用新型连接装置后，由于接头的外径和原有电缆相同，过模具时省时省力，省材料。本实用新型连接装置能实现简单、快速有效连接，并具有很大的握力载荷，能实现电缆的顺利成缆。

本实用新型涉及一种电缆股线连接装置，具体的说是超导电缆绞缆股线连接装置。
背景技术
超导电缆（CICC电缆）生产由于受到导体长度的影响，在生产时不可避免的存在大量接头，以往连接接头都是穿过模具以后进行手工接头，这样在生产是产生较大的浪费，过线模具多的情况下，既浪费材料又浪费时间。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种超导电缆绞缆股线连接装置，已解决现有电缆连接采用手工接头费工费力的问题。

一种超导电缆绞缆股线连接装置，它包括连接管，在连接管两端为连接孔，所述连接管的中心设有挡板，所述连接孔中插有电缆接头。
本实用新型主要用于超导电缆绞缆股线的连接，采用本实用新型连接装置后，由于接头的外径和原有电缆相同，过模具时省时省力，省材料。本实用新型连接装置能实现简单、快速有效连接，并具有很大的握力载荷，能实现电缆的顺利成缆。

具体实施方式
一种超导电缆绞缆股线连接装置，它包括连接管1，在连接管1两端为连接孔2，所述连接管1的中心设有挡板3，所述连接孔2中插有电缆接头4。
工作时，将需连接的两段电缆接头分别从连接管1两端的连接孔2插入，插至挡板3处，插入的电缆接头要紧密，不能松动；将压接模具装入压接机，再将插好电缆接头的连接管放入压接模具中，连通电源，压接成型。

1.一种超导电缆绞缆股线连接装置，其特征在于：它包括连接管（1），在连接管（1）两端为连接孔（2），所述连接管（1）的中心设有挡板（3），所述连接孔（2）中插有电缆接头（4）。
