Abstract
本发明提供了一种军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法。它解决了现有篷盖布的结构过于简单,没有防水、耐腐蚀和耐气候的功能,使用单一,且没有加工方法等技术问题。本军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法,该方法包括以下步骤:a、选取市场出售的线密度,1000D*1000D的涤纶丝机织布作为基布层;b、称取PVC糊树脂115份、增塑剂28份、稳定剂6份、阻燃剂18份、粘合剂8份、钛白粉4份、隔热粉12份和颜料21份投入到搅拌机中,制得PVC涂液;c、将步骤a中的基布层放入到涂层装置中,将步骤b中的PVC涂液倒入到涂层装置的搅拌桶中,将PVC涂液均匀涂刷在基布层上下侧,形成PVC涂层;d、将涂刷好PVC涂层的基布层进行烘干。本发明具有产品质量高的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法。
背景技术
篷盖布是在织物上覆盖一层高分子涂层剂或其它材料制成的复合材料。这种复合材料不仅具有织物原有的性能和功能,更增加了涂层的性能和功能。由于可供选择的基布和涂层材料品种很多,加上涂层工艺的变化,因而篷盖布的品种繁多,功能齐全,适用面很广。
经检索,如中国专利文献公开了一种隔热耐老化PVC篷盖布【申请号:201410702441.6;公开号:CN 105619976A】。这种隔热耐老化PVC篷盖布,其特征在于,由网格布双面涂敷PVC涂层组成,所述PVC涂层的原料配方按照重量份数包括以下组分:PVC糊树脂80份、氯化聚乙烯10~30份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯40-85份、空心玻璃微珠10~20份、碳酸钙20-35份、稳定剂3-6份、抗氧化剂0-10份、粘合剂1-8份。
该专利中公开的篷盖布虽然可以减少对光热的吸收,提高其耐老化性能,但是,该篷盖布的结构过于简单,没有防水、耐腐蚀和耐气候的功能,使用单一,且没有加工方法,因此,设计出一种军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种军用卡车篷盖布,该篷盖布具有实用性强的特点。
本发明的第一个目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种军用卡车篷盖布,包括基布层,其特征在于,所述基布层上下侧均设置有PVC涂层,所述PVC涂层包括以下重量份的组分:PVC糊树脂110-120份、增塑剂25-30份、稳定剂3-8份、阻燃剂10-25份、粘合剂6-10份、钛白粉2-6份、隔热粉8-16份和颜料18-24份。
采用以上组分,PVC涂层的主要成分为PVC糊树脂,又在其中添加了增塑剂、稳定剂、阻燃剂、粘合剂、钛白粉、隔热粉和颜料,使PVC涂层具备高强力、防水、耐腐蚀、耐气候和阻燃的功能,从而可使篷盖布能在非常规的环境中使用,实用性强。
所述PVC涂层包括以下重量份的组分:PVC糊树脂115份、增塑剂28份、稳定剂6份、阻燃剂18份、粘合剂8份、钛白粉4份、隔热粉12份和颜料21份。
本发明的第二个目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法,该加工方法具有产品质量高的特点。
本发明的第二个目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
a、选取市场出售的线密度,1000D*1000D的涤纶丝机织布作为基布层,当然也可以选取市场上出售的其它类型的机织布作为基布层;
b、称取PVC糊树脂110-120份、增塑剂25-30份、稳定剂3-8份、阻燃剂10-25份、粘合剂6-10份、钛白粉2-6份、隔热粉8-16份和颜料18-24份投入到搅拌机中,制得PVC涂液,搅拌时间为1-2h,搅拌机为市场上出售的现有的设备;
c、将步骤a中的基布层放入到涂层装置中,将步骤b中的PVC涂液倒入到涂层装置的搅拌桶中,将PVC涂液均匀涂刷在基布层上下侧,形成PVC涂层;
d、将涂刷好PVC涂层的基布层进行烘干,烘干温度为100-140℃,烘干时间为16-20h。
采用以上方法,可快速将PVC涂层包覆在基布层两侧,PVC涂层可对基布层起到较好的保护作用,可大大提高基布层的性能,产品质量高。
所述步骤c中的涂层装置包括机架,所述机架上设置有涂层辊和放料槽,涂层辊位于放料槽正上方,涂层辊与一能带动其上下升降的升降结构相连,机架上设置有能对放料槽输送涂料的送料机构和能对涂层厚度进行调节的调节机构。
涂层装置的工作原理如下:将需要涂层的基布层绕过涂层辊,通过送料机构将涂料输送到放料槽中,涂层辊将放料槽中的涂料涂覆在基布层上,通过调节机构将涂层的厚度调节到所需值,从而实现其涂层作业,涂层快速。
所述送料机构包括上部开口的搅拌桶、调节板和安装架,搅拌桶通过支架固定在机架上,搅拌桶底部通过输送管和放料槽相连通,输送管中设置有输送泵,调节板滑动设置在搅拌桶内且将搅拌桶分为上搅拌部和下存料部,调节板上设置有能连通上搅拌部和下存料部的连接管,连接管中设置有电磁阀,机架上设置有使调节板向上移动的推动结构,安装架固定在机架上,安装架上设置有驱动气缸,驱动气缸的活塞杆竖直向下,驱动气缸的活塞杆端部和升降板相连,升降板上固定有步进电机,步进电机的输出轴竖直向下,步进电机的输出轴上固定有搅拌件。
当需要将涂料输送到放料槽中,将原料放到搅拌筒的上搅拌部中,控制驱动气缸的活塞杆向下移动,驱动气缸的活塞杆带动升降板向下移动,升降板带动步进电机的输出轴转动,步进电机的输出轴带动搅拌件转动,搅拌件将物料搅拌均匀,控制电池阀处于打开状态,同时,通过推动结构使调节板向上移动,上搅拌部中的涂料通过连接管进入到下存料部中,当上搅拌部中的涂料全部流到下存料部中后,开启输送泵,将下存料部中的涂料通过输送管输送到放料槽中;同时,控制电磁阀处于关闭状态,上搅拌部可继续进行原料的搅拌,从而可实现连续不间断作业,输送效率高。
所述推动结构包括推杆电机和推动杆,推杆电机固定在支架上,推杆电机的推杆竖直向上,推动杆一端和推杆电机的推杆端部相连,推动杆的另一端伸入到下存料部中。
当需要使调节板向上移动时,控制推杆电机的推杆向上移动,推杆电机的推杆带动推动杆向上移动,推动杆使调节板向上移动;调节板向上移动好后,控制推杆电机的推杆向下移动,调节板可在自身重力的作用下进行复位。
所述升降结构包括升降气缸、导轨、滑块和安装座,导轨竖直固定在机架上,滑块设置在导轨上,升降气缸固定在机架上,升降气缸的活塞杆竖直向下,升降气缸的活塞杆端部和滑块相连,安装座固定在滑块上,涂层辊设置在安装座上。
当需要调节涂层辊的高度位置时,控制升降气缸的活塞杆上下移动,升降气缸的活塞杆带动滑块上下移动,滑块带动安装座上下移动,安装座带动涂层辊上下移动。
所述涂层辊包括定位轴、左调节部、右调节部和工作部,定位轴设置在安装座上,工作部固定在定位轴上,左调节部滑动设置在定位轴上,左调节部与一能带动其来回移动的左移动结构相连,且左调节部能和工作部左端相抵靠,右调节部滑动设置在定位轴上,右调节部与一能带动其来回移动的右移动结构相连,且右调节部能和工作部右端相抵靠。
采用以上结构,通过左调节部和右调节部的调节作用,可使其能适应不同宽度的基布层,实用性强。
所述左移动结构包括左气缸和左固定板,左固定板固定在定位轴左端,左气缸固定在左固定板上,左气缸的活塞杆端部和左调节部相连;所述右移动结构包括右气缸和右固定板,右固定板固定在定位轴右端,右气缸固定在右固定板上,右气缸的活塞杆端部和右调节部相连。
采用以上结构,控制左气缸的活塞杆来回移动,左气缸的活塞杆带动左调节部来回移动,可使左调节部和工作部脱离或接触;控制右气缸的活塞杆来回移动,右气缸的活塞杆带动右调节部来回移动,可使右调节部和工作部脱离或接触。
所述机架上固定有导向杆,导向杆上分别设置有左滑动块和右滑动块,左滑动块上螺纹连接有左定位螺栓,且左定位螺栓能和导向杆相抵靠,右滑动块上螺纹连接有右定位螺栓,且右定位螺栓能和导向杆相抵靠;所述放料槽包括左料槽、右料槽、将左料槽与右料槽连接在一起的橡胶连接板,左料槽固定在左滑动块上,右料槽固定在右滑动块上。
采用以上结构,通过橡胶连接板可使左料槽和右料槽之间的距离可调节,从而实现放料槽容积的可变,调节方便。
所述调节机构包括刮刀、支撑辊和固定架,支撑辊水平设置在机架上,固定架固定在机架上,固定架上设置有调节气缸,调节气缸的活塞杆竖直向下,调节气缸的活塞杆端部和刮刀相连,刮刀位于支撑辊上方,且刮刀和支撑辊之间具有供布料通过的间隙。
当需要将涂层的厚度调节到所需值,控制调节气缸的活塞杆上下移动,调节气缸的活塞杆带动刮刀上下动,使刮刀和支撑辊的间隙调节到合适值。
所述固定架上设置有能对刮刀进行清理的清理结构,清理结构包括清理刷、齿轮、齿条、伺服电机、接料盒、导杆和导套,导杆固定在固定架上,导套设置在导杆上,清理刷固定在导套上,清理刷上具有与刮刀相匹配的清理部,接料盒通过连接杆固定在导套上,且接料盒位于清理刷正下方,齿条固定在固定架上,伺服电机固定在导套上,齿轮固定在伺服电机的输出轴上,齿轮与齿条相啮合。
当需要对刮刀进行清理时,控制伺服电机的输出轴转动,伺服电机的输出轴带动齿轮转动,齿轮与齿条相啮合使导套沿着导杆来回移动,导套带动清理刷来回移动,清理刷将刀架清理干净,杂物收集在接料盒中,清理方便。
所述固定架上还设置有能提示刀架异常的提示结构,提示结构包括控制器、行程开关、检测块、弹簧、警灯和定位板,定位板固定在固定架上,行程开关固定在定位板上,弹簧上端和定位板相连,弹簧下端和检测块相连,检测块能与行程开关相抵靠,警灯固定在固定架上,行程开关和警灯均与该控制器相连。
采用以上结构,当刮刀处的涂料过多时,涂料使检测块克服弹簧的弹力向上移动,检测块和行程开关接触,行程开关将信号传递给控制器,控制器控制警灯发出提示光,提示直观。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本篷盖布中PVC涂层的主要成分为PVC糊树脂,又在其中添加了增塑剂、稳定剂、阻燃剂、粘合剂、钛白粉、隔热粉和颜料,使PVC涂层具备高强力、防水、耐腐蚀、耐气候和阻燃的功能,从而可使篷盖布能在非常规的环境中使用,实用性强。
2、本加工方法可快速将PVC涂层包覆在基布层两侧,PVC涂层可对基布层起到较好的保护作用,可大大提高基布层的性能,产品质量高。
3、通过输送泵将涂料输送到放料槽中,涂层辊将放料槽中的涂料涂覆在基布层上,通过调节气缸使刮刀和支撑辊的间隙调节到合适值,从而实现其涂层作业,涂层快速。
4、通过伺服电机的输出轴带动齿轮转动,齿轮与齿条相啮合使导套沿着导杆来回移动,导套带动清理刷来回移动,清理刷将刀架清理干净,清理方便。

本军用卡车篷盖布,包括基布层,基布层上下侧均设置有PVC涂层,PVC涂层包括以下重量份的组分:PVC糊树脂110-120份、增塑剂25-30份、稳定剂3-8份、阻燃剂10-25份、粘合剂6-10份、钛白粉2-6份、隔热粉8-16份和颜料18-24份;在本实施例中,增塑剂采用市场上可以买到的现有产品,粘合剂采用市场上可以买到的异氰酸酯胶,阻燃剂采用市场上可以买到的氢氧化铝或三氧化二锑;采用该组分,PVC涂层的主要成分为PVC糊树脂,又在其中添加了增塑剂、稳定剂、阻燃剂、粘合剂、钛白粉、隔热粉和颜料,使PVC涂层具备高强力、防水、耐腐蚀、耐气候和阻燃的功能,从而可使篷盖布能在非常规的环境中使用,实用性强。

b、称取PVC糊树脂110-120份、增塑剂25-30份、稳定剂3-8份、阻燃剂10-25份、粘合剂6-10份、钛白粉2-6份、隔热粉8-16份和颜料18-24份投入到搅拌机中,制得PVC涂液,搅拌时间为1-2h,搅拌机为市场上出售的现有的设备;在本实施例中,称取PVC糊树脂115份、增塑剂28份、稳定剂6份、阻燃剂18份、粘合剂8份、钛白粉4份、隔热粉12份和颜料21份投入到搅拌机中,搅拌时间为1.5h;
c、将步骤a中的基布层放入到涂层装置中,将步骤b中的PVC涂液倒入到涂层装置的搅拌桶中,将PVC涂液均匀涂刷在基布层上下侧,形成PVC涂层;
d、将涂刷好PVC涂层的基布层进行烘干,烘干温度为100-140℃,烘干时间为16-20h;在本实施例中,烘干温度为120℃,烘干时间为18h。
采用该方法,可快速将PVC涂层包覆在基布层两侧,PVC涂层可对基布层起到较好的保护作用,可大大提高基布层的性能,产品质量高。
如图1所示,步骤c中的涂层装置包括机架1,机架1的材料为铸铁;机架1上设置有涂层辊3和放料槽2,涂层辊3位于放料槽2正上方,涂层辊3与一能带动其上下升降的升降结构相连,机架1上设置有能对放料槽2输送涂料的送料机构和能对涂层厚度进行调节的调节机构。
如图5所示,送料机构包括上部开口的搅拌桶46、调节板43和安装架38,搅拌桶46通过支架36固定在机架1上,支架36通过焊接的方式固定在机架1上,搅拌桶46通过螺栓连接的方式固定在支架36上;搅拌桶46底部通过输送管48和放料槽2相连通,输送管48中设置有输送泵49,调节板43滑动设置在搅拌桶46内且将搅拌桶46分为上搅拌部和下存料部,调节板43可沿着搅拌桶46上下滑动;调节板43上设置有能连通上搅拌部和下存料部的连接管45,连接管45中设置有电磁阀44,机架1上设置有使调节板43向上移动的推动结构,安装架38固定在机架1上,安装架38通过螺栓连接的方式固定在机架1上;安装架38上设置有驱动气缸39,驱动气缸39固定在安装架38上;驱动气缸39的活塞杆竖直向下,驱动气缸39的活塞杆端部和升降板40相连,升降板40上固定有步进电机41,升降板40上通过螺栓连接的方式固定有步进电机41;步进电机41的输出轴竖直向下,步进电机41的输出轴上固定有搅拌件42,步进电机41的输出轴上通过焊接的方式固定有搅拌件42。
如图5所示,推动结构包括推杆电机37和推动杆47,推杆电机37固定在支架36上,推杆电机37通过螺栓连接的方式固定在支架36上;推杆电机37的推杆竖直向上,推动杆47一端和推杆电机37的推杆端部相连,推动杆47一端通过螺栓连接的方式和推杆电机37的推杆端部相连;推动杆47的另一端伸入到下存料部中。
如图2所示,升降结构包括升降气缸23、导轨19、滑块21和安装座20,导轨19竖直固定在机架1上,导轨19通过螺栓连接的方式固定在机架1上;滑块21设置在导轨19上,升降气缸23固定在机架1上,升降气缸23通过螺栓连接的方式固定在机架1上;升降气缸23的活塞杆竖直向下,升降气缸23的活塞杆端部和滑块21相连,安装座20固定在滑块21上,安装座20通过螺栓连接的方式固定在滑块21上;涂层辊3设置在安装座20上。
如图2所示,涂层辊3包括定位轴3d、左调节部3a、右调节部3c和工作部3b,定位轴3d设置在安装座20上,工作部3b固定在定位轴3d上,左调节部3a滑动设置在定位轴3d上,左调节部3a与一能带动其来回移动的左移动结构相连,且左调节部3a能和工作部3b左端相抵靠,右调节部3c滑动设置在定位轴3d上,右调节部3c与一能带动其来回移动的右移动结构相连,且右调节部3c能和工作部3b右端相抵靠;采用该结构,通过左调节部3a和右调节部3c的调节作用,可使其能适应不同宽度的基布层,实用性强。
如图2所示,左移动结构包括左气缸27和左固定板26,左固定板26固定在定位轴3d左端,左气缸27固定在左固定板26上,左气缸27的活塞杆端部和左调节部3a相连;右移动结构包括右气缸24和右固定板25,右固定板25固定在定位轴3d右端,右气缸24固定在右固定板25上,右气缸24的活塞杆端部和右调节部3c相连;采用该结构,控制左气缸27的活塞杆来回移动,左气缸27的活塞杆带动左调节部3a来回移动,可使左调节部3a和工作部3b脱离或接触;控制右气缸24的活塞杆来回移动,右气缸24的活塞杆带动右调节部3c来回移动,可使右调节部3c和工作部3b脱离或接触。
如图2所示,机架1上固定有导向杆16,导向杆16上分别设置有左滑动块15和右滑动块18,左滑动块15上螺纹连接有左定位螺栓14,且左定位螺栓14能和导向杆16相抵靠,右滑动块18上螺纹连接有右定位螺栓17,且右定位螺栓17能和导向杆16相抵靠;放料槽2包括左料槽2a、右料槽2c、将左料槽2a与右料槽2c连接在一起的橡胶连接板2b,左料槽2a固定在左滑动块15上,右料槽2c固定在右滑动块18上;采用该结构,通过橡胶连接板2b可使左料槽2a和右料槽2c之间的距离可调节,从而实现放料槽2容积的可变,调节方便。
如图1所示,调节机构包括刮刀7、支撑辊13和固定架9,支撑辊13水平设置在机架1上,固定架9固定在机架1上,固定架9通过焊接的方式固定在机架1上;固定架9上设置有调节气缸8,调节气缸8固定在固定架9上;调节气缸8的活塞杆竖直向下,调节气缸8的活塞杆端部和刮刀7相连,调节气缸8的活塞杆端部通过螺栓连接的方式和刮刀7相连;刮刀7位于支撑辊13上方,且刮刀7和支撑辊13之间具有供布料通过的间隙。
如图3、图4所示,固定架9上设置有能对刮刀7进行清理的清理结构,清理结构包括清理刷28、齿轮34、齿条31、伺服电机33、接料盒29、导杆32和导套35,导杆32固定在固定架9上,导杆32通过螺栓连接的方式固定在固定架9上;导套35设置在导杆32上,清理刷28固定在导套35上,清理刷28通过螺栓连接的方式固定在导套35上;清理刷28上具有与刮刀7相匹配的清理部28a,接料盒29通过连接杆固定在导套35上,且接料盒29位于清理刷28正下方,齿条31固定在固定架9上,齿条31通过螺栓连接的方式固定在固定架9上;伺服电机33固定在导套35上,伺服电机33通过螺栓连接的方式固定在导套35上;齿轮34固定在伺服电机33的输出轴上,齿轮34与齿条31相啮合。
如图1所示,固定架9上还设置有能提示刀架异常的提示结构,提示结构包括控制器12、行程开关5、检测块4、弹簧10、警灯11和定位板6,定位板6固定在固定架9上,定位板6通过螺栓连接的方式固定在固定架9上;行程开关5固定在定位板6上,行程开关5通过螺栓连接的方式固定在定位板6上;弹簧10上端和定位板6相连,弹簧10下端和检测块4相连,检测块4能与行程开关5相抵靠,警灯11固定在固定架9上,行程开关5和警灯11均与该控制器12相连,在本实施例中,控制器12采用市场上可以买到的单片机,单片机控制行程开关和灯的程序为现有,其程序不需要重新编辑;采用该结构,当刮刀7处的涂料过多时,涂料使检测块4克服弹簧10的弹力向上移动,检测块4和行程开关5接触,行程开关5将信号传递给控制器12,控制器12控制警灯11发出提示光,提示直观。
涂层装置的工作原理如下:将需要涂层的基布层绕过涂层辊3;将原料放到搅拌筒的上搅拌部中,控制驱动气缸39的活塞杆向下移动,驱动气缸39的活塞杆带动升降板40向下移动,升降板40带动步进电机41的输出轴转动,步进电机41的输出轴带动搅拌件42转动,搅拌件42将物料搅拌均匀,控制电池阀处于打开状态,同时,控制推杆电机37的推杆向上移动,推杆电机37的推杆带动推动杆47向上移动,推动杆47使调节板43向上移动,上搅拌部中的涂料通过连接管45进入到下存料部中,当上搅拌部中的涂料全部流到下存料部中后,开启输送泵49,将下存料部中的涂料通过输送管48输送到放料槽2中;同时,控制电磁阀44处于关闭状态,上搅拌部可继续进行原料的搅拌;涂层辊3将放料槽2中的涂料涂覆在基布层上,控制调节气缸8的活塞杆上下移动,调节气缸8的活塞杆带动刮刀7上下动,使刮刀7和支撑辊13的间隙调节到合适值,将涂层的厚度调节到所需值,从而实现其涂层作业,涂层快速;当需要对刮刀7进行清理时,控制伺服电机33的输出轴转动,伺服电机33的输出轴带动齿轮34转动,齿轮34与齿条31相啮合使导套35沿着导杆32来回移动,导套35带动清理刷28来回移动,清理刷28将刀架清理干净,杂物收集在接料盒29中,清理方便。

Claims (8)
1.一种军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
a、选取市场出售的线密度,1000D*1000D的涤纶丝机织布作为基布层,当然也可以选取市场上出售的其它类型的机织布作为基布层;
b、称取PVC糊树脂115份、增塑剂28份、稳定剂6份、阻燃剂18份、粘合剂8份、钛白粉4份、隔热粉12份和颜料21份投入到搅拌机中,制得PVC涂液,搅拌时间为1.5h,搅拌机为市场上出售的现有的设备;
c、将步骤a中的基布层放入到涂层装置中,将步骤b中的PVC涂液倒入到涂层装置的搅拌桶中,将PVC涂液均匀涂刷在基布层上下侧,形成PVC涂层;
d、将涂刷好PVC涂层的基布层进行烘干,烘干温度为120℃,烘干时间为18h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c中的涂层装置包括机架,机架的材料为铸铁,所述机架上设置有涂层辊和放料槽,涂层辊位于放料槽正上方,涂层辊与一能带动其上下升降的升降结构相连,机架上设置有能对放料槽输送涂料的送料机构和能对涂层厚度进行调节的调节机构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法,其特征在于,所述送料机构包括上部开口的搅拌桶、调节板和安装架,搅拌桶通过支架固定在机架上,搅拌桶底部通过输送管和放料槽相连通,输送管中设置有输送泵,调节板滑动设置在搅拌桶内且将搅拌桶分为上搅拌部和下存料部,调节板上设置有能连通上搅拌部和下存料部的连接管,连接管中设置有电磁阀,机架上设置有使调节板向上移动的推动结构,安装架固定在机架上,安装架上设置有驱动气缸,驱动气缸的活塞杆竖直向下,驱动气缸的活塞杆端部和升降板相连,升降板上固定有步进电机,步进电机的输出轴竖直向下,步进电机的输出轴上固定有搅拌件。
4.根据权利要求3所述的军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法,其特征在于,所述推动结构包括推杆电机和推动杆,推杆电机通过螺栓连接的方式固定在支架上,推杆电机的推杆竖直向上,推动杆一端和推杆电机的推杆端部相连,推动杆的另一端伸入到下存料部中。
5.根据权利要求2所述的军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法,其特征在于,所述升降结构包括升降气缸、导轨、滑块和安装座,导轨竖直固定在机架上,滑块设置在导轨上,升降气缸固定在机架上,升降气缸的活塞杆竖直向下,升降气缸的活塞杆端部和滑块相连,安装座固定在滑块上,涂层辊设置在安装座上。
6.根据权利要求2所述的军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法,其特征在于,所述涂层辊包括定位轴、左调节部、右调节部和工作部,定位轴设置在安装座上,工作部固定在定位轴上,左调节部滑动设置在定位轴上,左调节部与一能带动其来回移动的左移动结构相连,且左调节部能和工作部左端相抵靠,右调节部滑动设置在定位轴上,右调节部与一能带动其来回移动的右移动结构相连,且右调节部能和工作部右端相抵靠。
7.根据权利要求6所述的军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法,其特征在于,所述左移动结构包括左气缸和左固定板,左固定板固定在定位轴左端,左气缸固定在左固定板上,左气缸的活塞杆端部和左调节部相连;所述右移动结构包括右气缸和右固定板,右固定板固定在定位轴右端,右气缸固定在右固定板上,右气缸的活塞杆端部和右调节部相连。
8.根据权利要求2所述的军用卡车篷盖布的加工方法,其特征在于,所述机架上固定有导向杆,导向杆上分别设置有左滑动块和右滑动块,左滑动块上螺纹连接有左定位螺栓,且左定位螺栓能和导向杆相抵靠,右滑动块上螺纹连接有右定位螺栓,且右定位螺栓能和导向杆相抵靠;所述放料槽包括左料槽、右料槽、将左料槽与右料槽连接在一起的橡胶连接板,左料槽固定在左滑动块上,右料槽固定在右滑动块上。
