Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗静电防锈袋,包括以下重量份的组分:塑料60~80份,防锈剂10~20份,改性剂5~10份,偶联剂1~5份,增塑剂1~5份,有机硅润滑剂0.1~1份;无卤阻燃剂10~20份、防潮剂1~3份和抗静电剂0.5~1.5份。本发明还公开了一种抗静电防锈袋的制备方法。本发明提供的一种抗静电防锈袋及其制备方法,改性剂包括疏水剂以及1~3份防潮剂的设置,使本发明的防锈袋具有疏水隔水功能,防止海运环境中的水分和盐分进入防锈袋,防止外界的水分和盐分与气相缓蚀剂反应,从而降低气相缓蚀剂的防锈功能,故本发明的防锈袋适合高湿高盐环境,使有色金属的防锈保护时间可长达5~7年。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电防锈袋及其制备方法,属于高分子材料及加工技术领域。
背景技术
金属加工件在生产加工及运输的过程中,很容易生锈,这就需要使用到防锈袋,防锈袋具有良好的可塑性,能克服传统的防锈产品保护不充分的弱点;具有良好的透明性;有效的产品保护时间可达到1-3年。防锈袋内含有起到防锈作用的气相缓蚀剂,气相缓蚀剂的挥发性随温度的升高而增加,需要特别注意的是:气相缓蚀剂在相对湿度大于75%的环境中,其缓蚀效果将降低,如何防止有色金属在运输(特别是海运)过程中的锈蚀,是目前亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够防止有色金属在运输(特别是海运)过程中发生锈蚀,保护有色金属时间可长达5~7年的抗静电防锈袋及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种抗静电防锈袋,包括以下重量份的组分:塑料60~80份,防锈剂10~20份,改性剂5~10份,偶联剂1~5份,增塑剂1~5份,有机硅润滑剂0.1~1份;无卤阻燃剂10~20份、防潮剂1~3份和抗静电剂0.5~1.5份。
所述塑料包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯和聚氨酯中一种或几种。
所述抗静电剂包括非离子型表面活性抗静电剂;所述非离子型表面活性抗静电剂包括乙氧基化烷基胺或乙氧基化烷基酸胺。
所述防锈剂包括含氮杂环类化学物、长链羧酸和无机盐,三者的比例为1:(1~2):(0.1~0.5)。
所述含氮杂环类化学物包括苯骈三氮唑;所述长链羧酸包括十二酸、十三酸和十四酸中的一种或几种;所述无机盐包括碳酸钙和/或碳酸镁。
所述改性剂包括疏水剂,所述疏水剂包括长链烷烃或聚氧乙烯。
所述防潮剂包括羧甲基纤维素或羟丙基甲基纤维素。
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
所述无卤阻燃剂包括磷酸盐类化合物;所述磷酸盐类化合物的白度≥95,分解温度≥350℃。
一种抗静电防锈袋的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S01,混料:将长链羧酸加热至至少70°,再加入含氮杂环类化学物和无机盐,搅拌使之全部溶解,然后再加入塑料、改性剂、偶联剂、增塑剂、有机硅润滑剂、无卤阻燃剂、防潮剂和抗静电剂,搅拌使全部混合均匀得混合料;
S02,将上述混合料加入塑料薄膜机中,依次进行熔融、挤出、成型、冷却、处理、收卷、裁切、包装的工序。
所述含氮杂环类化学物和无机盐可分批多次加入。
本发明提供的一种抗静电防锈袋及其制备方法,改性剂包括疏水剂以及1~3份防潮剂的设置,使本发明的防锈袋具有疏水隔水功能,防止海运环境中的水分和盐分进入防锈袋,防止外界的水分和盐分与气相缓蚀剂反应,从而降低气相缓蚀剂的防锈功能,故本发明的防锈袋适合高湿高盐环境,使有色金属的防锈保护时间可长达5~7年。抗静电剂的加入,使本发明可赋予防锈袋表面一定的润滑性、降低摩擦系数、抑制和减少静电荷产生,具有防静电,不易积尘等功能。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种抗静电防锈袋,包括以下重量份的组分:塑料60份,防锈剂10份,改性剂5份,偶联剂1份,增塑剂1份,有机硅润滑剂0.1份;无卤阻燃剂10份、防潮剂1份和抗静电剂0.5份。
所述塑料包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯和聚氨酯中一种或几种。
所述抗静电剂包括非离子型表面活性抗静电剂;所述非离子型表面活性抗静电剂包括乙氧基化烷基胺或乙氧基化烷基酸胺。
所述防锈剂包括含氮杂环类化学物、长链羧酸和无机盐,三者的比例为1:1:0.1。
所述含氮杂环类化学物包括苯骈三氮唑;所述长链羧酸包括十二酸、十三酸和十四酸中的一种或几种;所述无机盐包括碳酸钙和/或碳酸镁。
所述改性剂包括疏水剂,所述疏水剂包括长链烷烃或聚氧乙烯。
所述防潮剂包括羧甲基纤维素或羟丙基甲基纤维素。
所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
所述无卤阻燃剂包括磷酸盐类化合物;所述磷酸盐类化合物的白度≥95,分解温度≥350℃。
一种抗静电防锈袋的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S01,混料:将长链羧酸加热至至少70°,再加入含氮杂环类化学物和无机盐,搅拌使之全部溶解,然后再加入塑料、改性剂、偶联剂、增塑剂、有机硅润滑剂、无卤阻燃剂、防潮剂和抗静电剂,搅拌使全部混合均匀得混合料;
S02,将上述混合料加入塑料薄膜机中,依次进行熔融、挤出、成型、冷却、处理、收卷、裁切、包装的工序。
所述含氮杂环类化学物和无机盐可分批多次加入。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于:一种抗静电防锈袋,包括以下重量份的组分:塑料80份,防锈剂20份,改性剂10份,偶联剂5份,增塑剂5份,有机硅润滑剂1份;无卤阻燃剂20份、防潮剂3份和抗静电剂1.5份。
所述防锈剂包括含氮杂环类化学物、长链羧酸和无机盐,三者的比例为1: 2:0.5。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗静电防锈袋,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:塑料60~80份,防锈剂10~20份,改性剂5~10份,偶联剂1~5份,增塑剂1~5份,有机硅润滑剂0.1~1份;无卤阻燃剂10~20份、防潮剂1~3份和抗静电剂0.5~1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防锈袋,其特征在于:所述塑料包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯和聚氨酯中一种或几种;所述抗静电剂包括非离子型表面活性抗静电剂;所述非离子型表面活性抗静电剂包括乙氧基化烷基胺或乙氧基化烷基酸胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防锈袋,其特征在于:所述防锈剂包括含氮杂环类化学物、长链羧酸和无机盐,三者的比例为1:(1~2):(0.1~0.5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电防锈袋,其特征在于:所述含氮杂环类化学物包括苯骈三氮唑;所述长链羧酸包括十二酸、十三酸和十四酸中的一种或几种;所述无机盐包括碳酸钙和/或碳酸镁。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防锈袋,其特征在于:所述改性剂包括疏水剂,所述疏水剂包括长链烷烃或聚氧乙烯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防锈袋,其特征在于:所述防潮剂包括羧甲基纤维素或羟丙基甲基纤维素。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防锈袋,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电防锈袋,其特征在于:所述无卤阻燃剂包括磷酸盐类化合物;所述磷酸盐类化合物的白度≥95,分解温度≥350℃。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的一种抗静电防锈袋的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S01,混料:将长链羧酸加热至至少70°,再加入含氮杂环类化学物和无机盐,搅拌使之全部溶解,然后再加入塑料、改性剂、偶联剂、增塑剂、有机硅润滑剂、无卤阻燃剂、防潮剂和抗静电剂,搅拌使全部混合均匀得混合料;
S02,将上述混合料加入塑料薄膜机中,依次进行熔融、挤出、成型、冷却、处理、收卷、裁切、包装的工序。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种抗静电防锈袋的制备方法,其特征在于:所述含氮杂环类化学物和无机盐可分批多次加入。
