本发明涉及了一种脚垫,尤其是涉及了一种汽车用合金板平压拼接脚垫的制作方法,组成为合金板形状根据汽车座位的底脚面大小裁剪,合金板弯曲采用模具冷压定型,合金板块的底端左右两侧开有凹槽,合金板表面进行颜色辊涂的涂料处理,底层皮革形状与上述的合金大小保持一致,两组并排的合金板内侧设有能容纳T字型塑胶构件的槽位,合金板的凹槽表层涂有粘胶,粘胶与嵌入的T字型塑胶构件的横杆面粘合,然后经模具压合,将粘合完毕的合金板脚垫通过机械进行模具开型,用封边条对开型后的脚垫进行封边,本汽车用合金板平压拼接脚垫的制作方法解决传统的脚垫容易吸尘和难以清洗的问题,合金板脚垫具有更好的抗压、耐磨、易清洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及了一种脚垫,尤其是涉及了一种汽车用合金板平压拼接脚垫的制作方法。
背景技术
随着日常生活质量的提高,人们会选择自驾出行,由于经常驾驶车辆,车内的脚垫容易产生积尘,而在驾驶车辆时候车内的空间处于封闭状态,脚垫上的积尘经过踩踏溅起,长时间在多尘封闭的空间中驾驶车辆容易影响身体健康,普遍人们会在汽车脚踏的位置上铺一层塑料脚垫,塑料本身容易产生异味,或在汽车脚踏上铺一层呢绒脚垫,呢绒虽然没有异味,但呢绒本身容易吸尘导致积尘的情况更加严重,塑料和呢绒本身不具备耐磨耐撞击的特性,经过长期使用和暴晒容易磨损或破裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车用合金板平压拼接脚垫的制作方法,本汽车用合金板平压拼接脚垫的制作方法解决传统的脚垫容易吸尘和难以清洗的问题,合金板脚垫具有更好的抗压、耐磨、易清洁。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种汽车用合金板平压拼接脚垫的制作方法,由合金板、EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层、T字型塑胶构件、粘胶、底层皮革组成,合金板的厚度为1-2mm,合金板形状根据汽车座位的底脚面大小裁剪,合金板弯曲采用模具冷压定型,EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层的厚度为3-4mm,合金板的底端左右两侧开有凹槽,合金板表面进行颜色辊涂的涂料处理,粘胶由TPR(热塑性橡胶)和EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)组成的混合物,底层皮革形状与上述的合金大小保持一致,两组并排的合金板内侧设有能容纳T字型塑胶构件的槽位,合金板的凹槽表层涂有粘胶,粘胶与嵌入的T字型塑胶构件的横杆面粘合,在合金板底面涂有粘胶再与EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层的表层粘合,将表面涂有粘胶的底层皮革粘合在EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层的另一侧上,然后经模具压合,压力为 6-10kg/cm2,将粘合完毕的合金板脚垫通过机械进行模具开型,用封边条对开型后的脚垫进行封边。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:合金板的厚度为1-2mm,合金板形状根据汽车座位的底脚面大小裁剪,合金板弯曲采用模具冷压定型,合金板根据汽车垫面的角度而定型,EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层的厚度为3-4mm,EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层用于固定合金板和底层皮革,EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层具有很好的弹性,由于汽车底脚面经常凹凸不平,EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层能吸合凹凸的部分使得放置的脚垫更加平滑,合金板的底端左右两侧开有凹槽,合金板表面进行颜色辊涂的涂料处理,合金板可根据喜好辊涂不同的颜色,粘胶由TPR(热塑性橡胶)和EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)组成的混合物,相比一般的胶水具有更好的粘合力,底层皮革形状与上述的合金板大小保持一致,两组并排的合金板内侧设有能容纳T字型塑胶构件的槽位,合金板的凹槽表层涂有粘胶,粘胶与嵌入的T字型塑胶构件的横杆面粘合,T字型塑胶构件为弹性软胶,两组拼接后的合金板可以以T字型塑胶构件为中心点随意横向弯曲合金板面,在合金板底面涂有粘胶再与EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层的表层粘合,将表面涂有粘胶的底层皮革粘合在EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层的另一侧上,然后经模具压合,压力为 6-10kg/cm2,将粘合完毕的合金板脚垫通过机械进行模具开型,用封边条对开型后的脚垫进行封边,合金板脚垫具有很强的抗压能力,表面平滑不容易积尘轻松能将赃物清洗掉,合金板不会受高温差影响而破裂变形,当汽车陷入泥潭或轮胎打滑等紧急情况时可将合金板脚垫放置在轮胎边上,让合金板脚垫作为捉力的支撑平台使用,本汽车用合金板平压拼接脚垫的制作方法解决传统的脚垫容易吸尘和难以清洗的问题,合金板脚垫具有更好的抗压、耐磨、易清洁的特点。

具体实施方式
本发明一种汽车用合金板平压拼接脚垫的制作方法,由合金板1、EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层2、T字型塑胶构件3、粘胶4、底层皮革5组成,合金板1的厚度为1-2mm,合金板1形状根据汽车座位的底脚面大小裁剪,合金板1弯曲采用模具冷压定型,合金板1根据汽车垫面的角度而定型,EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层2的厚度为3-4mm,EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层2用于固定合金板1和底层皮革5,EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层2具有很好的弹性,由于汽车底脚面经常凹凸不平,EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层2能吸合凹凸的部分使得放置的脚垫更加平滑,合金板1的底端左右两侧开有凹槽,合金板1表面进行颜色辊涂的涂料处理,合金板1可根据喜好辊涂不同的颜色,粘胶4由TPR(热塑性橡胶)和EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)组成的混合物,相比一般的胶水具有更好的粘合力,底层皮革5形状与上述的合金板1大小保持一致,两组并排的合金板1内侧设有能容纳T字型塑胶构件3的槽位,合金板1的凹槽表层涂有粘胶4,粘胶4与嵌入的T字型塑胶构件3的横杆面粘合,T字型塑胶构件3为弹性软胶,两组拼接后的合金板1可以以T字型塑胶构件3为中心点随意横向弯曲合金板1面,在合金板1底面涂有粘胶4再与EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层2的表层粘合,将表面涂有粘胶4的底层皮革5粘合在EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层2的另一侧上,然后经模具压合,压力为 6-10kg/cm2,将粘合完毕的合金板1脚垫通过机械进行模具开型,用封边条对开型后的脚垫进行封边,合金板1脚垫具有很强的抗压能力,表面平滑不容易积尘轻松能将赃物清洗掉,合金板1不会受高温差影响而破裂变形,当汽车陷入泥潭或轮胎打滑等紧急情况时可将合金板1脚垫放置在轮胎边上,让合金板1脚垫作为捉力的支撑平台使用。

1.一种汽车用合金板平压拼接脚垫的制作方法,组成为合金板(1)、EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层(2)、T字型塑胶构件(3)、粘胶(4)、底层皮革(5),其特征在于:合金板(1)的厚度为1-2mm,合金板(1)形状根据汽车座位的底脚面大小裁剪,合金板(1)弯曲采用模具冷压定型,EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层(2)的厚度为3-4mm,合金板(1)的底端左右两侧开有凹槽,合金板(1)表面进行颜色辊涂的涂料处理,底层皮革(5)形状与上述的合金板(1)大小保持一致,两组并排的合金板(1)内侧设有能容纳T字型塑胶构件(3)的槽位,合金板(1)的凹槽表层涂有粘胶(4),粘胶(4)与嵌入的T字型塑胶构件(3)的横杆面粘合,T字型塑胶构件(3)为弹性软胶,两组拼接后的合金板(1)可以以T字型塑胶构件(3)为中心点随意横向弯曲合金板(1)面,在合金板(1)底面涂有粘胶(4)再与EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层(2)的表层粘合,将表面涂有粘胶(4)的底层皮革(5)粘合在EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)中间层(2)的另一侧上,然后经模具压合,压力为 6-10kg/cm2,将粘合完毕的合金板(1)脚垫通过机械进行模具开型,用封边条对开型后的脚垫进行封边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车用合金板平压拼接脚垫的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的粘胶(4)是 由TPR(热塑性橡胶)和EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物)组成的混合物。
