本发明提供了一种高强度土工格栅,包括:B和C的双层复合体叠加16‑3000层而成的叠加复合体,所述B为玻纤改性聚丙烯或碳纤维改性聚丙烯,所述C为低压聚乙烯;所述土工格栅按照A‑(BC)n‑A的排列方式复合,其中n为BC双层结构的层数;n=16‑3000,所述A包括无规聚丙烯,所述土工格栅的单拉格栅的拉伸强度为49‑220kN/m。本发明的土工格栅具有可回收、无毒等特性,真正实现了绿色、环保的多用途特性;物理性能、耐高低温性能优异;具有固地(沙)、渗水保水、防拉断、承重的特点,使用年限50年以上。

Description

高强度土工格栅及其制备方法
本申请是针对申请号为201510847579.X、申请日为2015年11月26日、发明名称为一种固土、渗水、承重新型环保土工材料及其制备方法”的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及土工、道路及土工工程的一种新型环保材料。
背景技术
土工材料是土木工程应用的合成材料的总称。作为一种土木工程材料,它是以人工合成的聚合物(如塑料、化纤、合成橡胶等)为原料,制成各种类型的产品,置于土体内部、表面或各种土体之间,发挥加强或保护土体的作用。
在公路建设中的边坡治理,河渠护理等,通常采用水泥打桩、格子型固化,其工期长,投资大,还不能防水,在治沙工程中也存在类似问题,加上城市海绵化的产业政策导向,需要新型节能环保的土工材料。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种土工格栅。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:
一种土工格栅,包括:B和C的双层复合体叠加16-3000层而成的叠加复合体,所述B为玻纤改性聚丙烯或碳纤维改性聚丙烯,所述C为低压聚乙烯;所述土工格栅按照A-(BC)n-A的排列方式复合,其中n为BC双层结构的层数;n=16-3000,所述A包括无规聚丙烯,所述土工格栅的单拉格栅的拉伸强度为49-220kN/m。
本发明所述的叠加是B料和C料的物理成层粘合,不发生化学反应和物料的无序混合。本发明大大提高了材料的应用性能,如力学强度、阻隔性等等。
进一步,所述B与C的重量比为(80-90):(10-30)。
进一步,所述玻纤改性聚丙烯的玻纤为10-30%,碳纤维改性聚丙烯中的碳纤维10-30%。
进一步,无规聚丙烯中可以添加D-色母料。
进一步,其组成包括:A-无规聚丙烯5-20份、B 80-90份、C 10-30份、D-色母料2-10份,按重量份数计。
本发明的目的还在于保护所述土工格栅的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将B、C分别经混炼塑化挤出,经分配成B和C的双层复体,双层复体叠加16-3000层形成叠加复合体,将其与其它混炼塑化挤出物经分配挤出复合材料;所述挤出温度控制在160-280℃。
进一步,所述土工格栅的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在A中加入D拌匀投入第一挤出机经混炼塑化挤出,B投入第二挤出机料斗内经混炼塑化挤出,C投入第三挤出机料斗内经混炼塑化挤出;挤出加工温度控制在160-280℃;
(2)将步骤(1)所得B挤出料和C挤出料通过分配器分成B、C的双层复体,然后叠加挤出16-3000层的叠加复合体;叠加复合体、A挤出料,通过分配机经分配挤出,经过T型头模具形成A-(BC)n-A复合材料;经压制、定型、冷却、切割为要求的片材;
(3)根据需要将片材进行分割、冲切形成不同宽度和厚度的带孔条状片材,间隔交叉焊接得到网状结构的土工格栅。
本发明制得的土工格栅使用年限可达50年以上,片材厚度为0.5-2mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的土工格栅具有可回收、无毒等特性,真正实现了绿色、环保的多用途特性。
本发明的土工格栅物理性能、耐高低温性能优异。
本发明的土工格栅具有固地(沙)、渗水保水、防拉断、承重的特点,使用年限50年以上。

实施例1
一种土工格栅,按重量份数,其组成为:A-无规聚丙烯5-20份、B 80-90份、C 10-30份、D-色母料2-10份。B为玻纤改性聚丙烯或碳纤维改性聚丙烯,所述C为低压聚乙烯。玻纤改性聚丙烯其中玻纤为10-30%,碳纤维改性聚丙烯中的碳纤维10-30%。
所述土工格栅的制备方法如下:
(1)在A中加入D拌匀投入A挤出机经混炼塑化挤出,B投入B挤出机料斗内经混炼塑化挤出,C投入C挤出机料斗内经混炼塑化挤出;挤出加工温度控制在160-280℃;
(2)将步骤(1)所得B挤出料和C挤出料通过分配器分成B、C的双层复体,然后进入叠加机叠加挤出2400层的叠加复合体;叠加复合体、A挤出料,通过分配机经分配挤出,经过T型头模具形成A、BC、BC…A(A-(BC)n-A,n=2400层)的复合发泡材料;经压制、定型、冷却、切割等常规处理为所要求的片材;
(3)根据需要将片材进行分割、冲切等常规处理形成不同宽度和厚度的带孔条状
片材,间隔交叉焊接得到网状结构的土木格栅。其使用年限50年以上,静载5-7吨,片材厚度在0.5-2mm的新型土木材料。
本产品符合GB/T 17689-2008,其性能表1所示(产品尺寸1830*915*15mm)。

2.本产品铺设于边坡或河渠,可种植植物,本产品有效的固土、渗水保水,植株生长发育良好。
3.产品长期分别或者交替置于90℃和-50℃的环境中,其性能不变,使用年限可达到50年。
4.耐温性测试:将产品放置于100℃,保持60min后,产品无气泡、裂痕和软化现象,继续加热到180℃,保持90min,尺寸膨胀率0.1%,再快速降温到零摄氏度(10s内迅速转移至0℃的环境),保持2h,采用2mm钉子钉在产品上,无开裂现象。再次进行物理性能测试,其性能相对于表1无明显变化。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (7)

1.土工格栅,其特征在于,包括:B和C的双层复合体叠加16-3000层而成的叠加复合体,所述B为玻纤改性聚丙烯或碳纤维改性聚丙烯,所述C为低压聚乙烯;所述土工格栅按照A-(BC)n-A的排列方式复合,其中n为BC双层结构的层数;n=16-3000,所述A包括无规聚丙烯,所述土工格栅的单拉格栅的拉伸强度为49-220kN/m。
2.根据权利要求1所述的土工格栅,其特征在于,所述B与C的重量比为(80-90):(10-30)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的土工格栅,所述玻纤改性聚丙烯的玻纤为10-30%,碳纤维改性聚丙烯中的碳纤维10-30%。
4.如权利要求1所述的土工格栅,无规聚丙烯中可以添加D-色母料。
5.如权利要求4所述的土工格栅,其组成包括:A-无规聚丙烯5-20份、B 80-90份、C 10-30份、D-色母料2-10份,按重量份数计。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的土工格栅的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将B、C分别经混炼塑化挤出,经分配成B和C的双层复体,双层复体叠加16-3000层形成叠加复合体,将其与其它混炼塑化挤出物经分配挤出复合材料;所述挤出温度控制在160-280℃。
7.如权利要求4或5所述的土工格栅的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在A中加入D拌匀投入第一挤出机经混炼塑化挤出,B投入第二挤出机料斗内经混炼塑化挤出,C投入第三挤出机料斗内经混炼塑化挤出;挤出加工温度控制在160-280℃;
(2)将步骤(1)所得B挤出料和C挤出料通过分配器分成B、C的双层复体,然后叠加挤出16-3000层的叠加复合体;叠加复合体、A挤出料,通过分配机经分配挤出,经过T型头模具形成A-(BC)n-A复合材料;经压制、定型、冷却、切割为要求的片材;
