本发明涉及一种过滤装置，具体是一种用于化工生产的过滤装置。
背景技术
化工，即化学工业，普及到人类生活的方方面面。在现代生活中，几乎随时随地都离不开化工产品，从衣、食、住、行等物质生活到文化艺术、娱乐等精神生活，都需要化工产品为之服务。有些化工产品在人类发展历史中，起着划时代的重要作用。它们的生产和应用，甚至代表着人类文明的一定历史阶段。凡运用化学方法改变物质组成或结构、或合成新物质的，都属于化学生产技术，也就是化学工艺，所得的产品被称为化学品或化工产品，化工产品在生产时固液混合物需要进行过滤处理，得到干净的滤液，现有的过滤装置在过滤时容易物料堆积，从而使得过滤不充分，效率低下。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种用于化工生产的过滤装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种用于化工生产的过滤装置，包括储物桶、投料口、出液管、过滤网、固定架、连接杆、转盘、转动杆和电机，所述储物桶的顶部设置投料口，所述储物桶的一侧设置出液管，所述储物桶的内部安装过滤网，所述过滤网的顶部两端均设置固定架，所述固定架的底部设置连接杆，所述连接杆的底部设置转盘，所述转盘的底部设置转动杆，所述转动杆的底部设置电机。
优选的，所述转盘通过转动杆与电机呈转动连接。
优选的，所述连接杆安装在远离转盘圆心的一侧。
优选的，所述出液管安装在靠近储物桶的底部一侧。
本发明的有益效果：通过在过滤网的两端均设置固定架，其中一个固定架的底部设置连接杆，连接杆的下方设置转盘，电机带动转盘转动的时候连接杆带着固定架做圆周运动，使得过滤网上的材料不停的晃动，使得装置过滤效果更佳。

请参阅图1所示，一种用于化工生产的过滤装置，包括储物桶1、投料口2、出液管3、过滤网4、固定架5、连接杆6、转盘7、转动杆8和电机9，储物桶1的顶部设置投料口2，储物桶1的一侧设置出液管3，储物桶1的内部安装过滤网4，过滤网4的顶部两端均设置固定架5，固定架5的底部设置连接杆6，连接杆6的底部设置转盘7，转盘7的底部设置转动杆8，转动杆8的底部设置电机9。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案，转盘7通过转动杆8与电机9呈转动连接。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案，连接杆6安装在远离转盘7圆心的一侧。
作为本发明的一种技术优化方案，出液管3安装在靠近储物桶1的底部一侧。
本发明在使用时，首先将化工材料混合液从投料口投入储物桶，通过在过滤网的两端均设置固定架，其中一个固定架的底部设置连接杆，连接杆的下方设置转盘，电机带动转盘转动的时候连接杆带着固定架做圆周运动，使得过滤网上的材料不停的晃动，使得装置过滤效果更佳，最后滤液从出液管排出。
不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种用于化工生产的过滤装置，包括储物桶（1）、投料口（2）、出液管（3）、过滤网（4）、固定架（5）、连接杆（6）、转盘（7）、转动杆（8）和电机（9），其特征在于：所述储物桶（1）的顶部设置投料口（2），所述储物桶（1）的一侧设置出液管（3），所述储物桶（1）的内部安装过滤网（4），所述过滤网（4）的顶部两端均设置固定架（5），所述固定架（5）的底部设置连接杆（6），所述连接杆（6）的底部设置转盘（7），所述转盘（7）的底部设置转动杆（8），所述转动杆（8）的底部设置电机（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于化工生产的过滤装置，其特征在于：所述转盘（7）通过转动杆（8）与电机（9）呈转动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于化工生产的过滤装置，其特征在于：所述连接杆（6）安装在远离转盘（7）圆心的一侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于化工生产的过滤装置，其特征在于：所述出液管（3）安装在靠近储物桶（1）的底部一侧。
