技术领域
本发明涉及薯类淀粉加工行业,特别涉及一种淀粉加工分离筛。 
背景技术
薯类粉碎渣浆分离装置是以鲜薯为原料生产淀粉的主要设备。由锯齿辊式粉碎机配置水冲式的过滤筒构成的粉碎渣浆分离设备,被认为是目前使用效果较好的薯类粉碎渣浆分离机械。但由于渣浆中有黄粉、果胶容易堵塞滤网,其采用二级过滤筒分离渣浆,生产效率和出粉率低,且粉浆质量难以满足高品质淀粉的生产要求。因此,有必要对其做进一步改进。 
本发明就能有效克服上述缺点,提供一种结构简单、滤网便于更换、渣浆分离效果好的淀粉加工分离筛。 
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种淀粉加工分离筛,由机架、水池、电机、中轴、给料管、毛刷、滤网、搅拌叶轮、筛筒、清洗水管所组成。机架置于水池上,筛筒通过中轴安装在机架上,中轴与驱动电机相连接,筛筒外层设置滤网,内部设置中轴,搅拌叶轮固定于中轴上,毛刷固定于搅拌叶轮上;筛筒前端设有给料管,尾部设有清洗水管连接于中轴上。 
本发明的优点和有益效果:该分离筛在分离各种薯类的渣浆时滤网上都没有附着物,使滤网容易更换,即提高生产效率又不增加生产成本;同时它还具有结构简单,滤网便于更换,渣浆分离效果好等特点。

一种淀粉加工分离筛,由机架(1)、水池(2)、电机(3)、中轴(4)、给料管(5)、毛刷(6)、滤网(7)、搅拌叶轮(8)、筛筒(9)、清洗水管(10)所组成。机架(1)置于水池(2)上,筛筒(9)通过中轴(4)安装在机架(1)上,中轴(4)与驱动电机(3)相连接,筛筒(9)外层设置滤网(7),内部设置中轴(4),搅拌叶轮(8)固定于中轴(4)上,毛刷(6)固定于搅拌叶轮(8)上;筛筒(9)前端设有给料管(5),尾部设有清洗水管(10)连接于中轴(4)上。 
本发明的工作方式为:设置于筛筒(9)内的搅拌叶轮(8),在电机(3)的驱动下均匀转动,搅拌叶轮(8)上设置有毛刷(6),当渣浆经给料管(5)进入筛筒(9)后,搅拌叶轮(8)便对其进行搅拌均匀,清洗水管(10)经中轴(4)喷淋大量的清洗水,使渣浆有效分离;毛刷(6)的作用是使滤网(7)内侧不着附着物。 
上述实施例是本发明的优选实施方式,同时,本发明还可以有其他的方式实现,也就是说,在没有脱离本发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换也应该列入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种淀粉加工分离筛,由机架(1)、水池(2)、电机(3)、中轴(4)、给料管(5)、毛刷(6)、滤网(7)、搅拌叶轮(8)、筛筒(9)、清洗水管(10)所组成,其特征在于:机架(1)置于水池(2)上,筛筒(9)通过中轴(4)安装在机架(1)上,中轴(4)与驱动电机(3)相连接,筛筒(9)外层设置滤网(7),内部设置中轴(4),搅拌叶轮(8)固定于中轴(4)上,毛刷(6)固定于搅拌叶轮(8)上;筛筒(9)前端设有给料管(5),尾部设有清洗水管(10)连接于中轴(4)上。
