本发明公开了一种园林除草剂,所述的除草剂由下列重量份数的各组分组成:二氯喹啉酸10‑15.8份,烯草酮5‑10份,烯禾啶0.5‑1.0份,氯氨吡啶酸2.3‑4.8份,小麦胚芽粉12‑14份,溴乙烷3‑6份,脂肪酸0.4‑1.0份,枸橼酸钠4‑6份,肌酐2‑8份,秸秆提取物6‑9份,油茶籽油5‑9份,助剂2‑2.5份。本发明的园林除草剂通过将其各种组分混合,并通过特殊的制备方法进行制备,可以将园林中的杂草去除,并且不伤害其中的观赏类作物,尤其对一些比较难以去除的杂草,如菟丝子等效果良好。

技术领域
本发明涉及园林除草剂,特别涉及一种园林除草剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
园林中生长杂草容易抢夺观赏植物等的营养,目前的除草剂均是广谱除草剂,因园林中杂草等较多,容易将杂草和观赏植物一起除去。
而且目前的除草剂效果较差,并且尤其对菟丝草等比较难以去除的杂草效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种园林除草剂及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种园林除草剂,所述的除草剂由下列重量份数的各组分组成:二氯喹啉酸10-15.8份,烯草酮5-10份,烯禾啶0.5-1.0份,氯氨吡啶酸2.3-4.8份,小麦胚芽粉12-14份,溴乙烷3-6份,脂肪酸0.4-1.0份,枸橼酸钠4-6份,肌酐2-8份,秸秆提取物6-9份,油茶籽油5-9份,助剂2-2.5份。
作为优选,所述的助剂为分散剂、消泡剂、悬浮剂中的至少一种。
本发明还公开了一种园林除草剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将小麦胚芽粉、二氯喹啉、烯草酮放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,清除杂质后得到混合物a;
2)在烧瓶中加入氯氨吡啶酸、溴乙烷、烯禾啶、脂肪酸,加入油茶籽油后进行,在烧瓶底进行加热,烧瓶中的物质加热至90℃时,停止加热,得到粘稠糊状物b;
3)将混合物a和糊状物b进行混合,搅拌均匀,冷却至30-40℃后保温2-3小时,继续升温到60-70℃后保温3-4小时,得到混合物c;
4)将枸橼酸钠、肌酐放入烧瓶中,加热到70-80℃后经过油浴从管子回流到试剂瓶中,冷却至室温,得到混合物d待用;
5)将秸秆提取物用质量浓度为70%的酒精进行浸泡5-6小时,后滤渣,留下上清液;
6)将混合物c、混合物d、步骤5)中得到的上清液和助剂混合,放入离心机中,1200-1500r/min的旋转速度下离心5-10min,滤去沉淀物,将余下的液体冷却至常温;
7)包装填充剂进行包装填充,即成成品。
本发明的第三目的是公开了一种园林除草剂在园林除草方面的应用。
本发明的园林除草剂通过将其各种组分混合,并通过特殊的制备方法进行制备,可以将园林中的杂草去除,并且不伤害其中的观赏类作物,尤其对一些比较难以去除的杂草,如菟丝子等效果良好。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
实施例1:
一种园林除草剂,所述的除草剂由下列重量份数的各组分组成:二氯喹啉酸10-15.8份,烯草酮10份,烯禾啶1.0份,氯氨吡啶酸4.8份,小麦胚芽粉14份,溴乙烷6份,脂肪酸1.0份,枸橼酸钠6份,肌酐8份,秸秆提取物9份,油茶籽油9份,助剂2.5份。本发明中,助剂为分散剂、消泡剂、悬浮剂中的至少一种。
上述园林除草剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将小麦胚芽粉、二氯喹啉、烯草酮放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,清除杂质后得到混合物a;
2)在烧瓶中加入氯氨吡啶酸、溴乙烷、烯禾啶、脂肪酸,加入油茶籽油后进行,在烧瓶底进行加热,烧瓶中的物质加热至90℃时,停止加热,得到粘稠糊状物b;
3)将混合物a和糊状物b进行混合,搅拌均匀,冷却至30-40℃后保温2-3小时,继续升温到60-70℃后保温3-4小时,得到混合物c;
4)将枸橼酸钠、肌酐放入烧瓶中,加热到70-80℃后经过油浴从管子回流到试剂瓶中,冷却至室温,得到混合物d待用;

一种园林除草剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将小麦胚芽粉、二氯喹啉、烯草酮放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,清除杂质后得到混合物a;
2)在烧瓶中加入氯氨吡啶酸、溴乙烷、烯禾啶、脂肪酸,加入油茶籽油后进行,在烧瓶底进行加热,烧瓶中的物质加热至90℃时,停止加热,得到粘稠糊状物b;
3)将混合物a和糊状物b进行混合,搅拌均匀,冷却至30-40℃后保温2-3小时,继续升温到60-70℃后保温3-4小时,得到混合物c;
4)将枸橼酸钠、肌酐放入烧瓶中,加热到70-80℃后经过油浴从管子回流到试剂瓶中,冷却至室温,得到混合物d待用;

将本除草剂加水稀释成1:50浓度后,进行喷洒,三个月后检查除草情况。
本发明和现有技术相比,本发明的园林除草剂通过将其各种组分混合,并通过特殊的制备方法进行制备,可以将园林中的杂草去除,并且不伤害其中的观赏类作物,尤其对一些比较难以去除的杂草,如菟丝子等效果良好。

1.一种园林除草剂,其特征在于:所述的除草剂由下列重量份数的各组分组成:二氯喹啉酸10-15.8份,烯草酮5-10份,烯禾啶0.5-1.0份,氯氨吡啶酸2.3-4.8份,小麦胚芽粉12-14份,溴乙烷3-6份,脂肪酸0.4-1.0份,枸橼酸钠4-6份,肌酐2-8份,秸秆提取物6-9份,油茶籽油5-9份,助剂2-2.5份。
2.如权利要求1中所述的园林除草剂,其特征在于:所述的助剂为分散剂、消泡剂、悬浮剂中的至少一种。
3.一种园林除草剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)将小麦胚芽粉、二氯喹啉、烯草酮放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,清除杂质后得到混合物a;
2)在烧瓶中加入氯氨吡啶酸、溴乙烷、烯禾啶、脂肪酸,加入油茶籽油后进行,在烧瓶底进行加热,烧瓶中的物质加热至90℃时,停止加热,得到粘稠糊状物b;
3)将混合物a和糊状物b进行混合,搅拌均匀,冷却至30-40℃后保温2-3小时,继续升温到60-70℃后保温3-4小时,得到混合物c;
