本发明公开了一种园林除草剂,按质量份计,所述园林除草剂包括异丙甲草胺10‑15份、聚氨基甲酸酯8‑12份、麦饭石8‑12、草木灰3‑5、湿润剂2‑6份、抗冻剂3‑5份、增稠剂3‑8份、消泡剂4‑8、乙氧氟草醚7‑10、二甲戊灵2‑8份、二氯苯酚钾7‑10份、催化剂6‑15份、去离子水10‑25份、聚乙烯醇6‑14份。本发明所述的园林除草剂制备步骤合理,便于操作,且制备出的园林除草剂可以严重抑制各种不同杂草生长,通过调整比例甚至可以使杂草整体死亡,对于各种杂草均具有良好的抑制效果,适用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种园林除草剂。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,化学除草剂的推广应用已作为省工、省时、省成本的有力增产措施之一。园林除草剂目前品种较多,其中具有代表性的有草甘膦、嘧黄隆、百草枯、稳杀得、盖草能、茅草枯等,这些除草剂对园林杂草的防治起到了一定的作用。但是在园林杂草的发生绝大多数是多科、多种杂草共生,种子、幼芽、幼草、成草交错,而这些除草剂以单剂使用,或是只能杀死杂草的地上绿色部分。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种园林除草剂,解决除草剂除草单一的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种园林除草剂,按质量份计,所述园林除草剂包括异丙甲草胺10-15份、聚氨基甲酸酯8-12份、麦饭石8-12、草木灰3-5份、湿润剂2-6份、抗冻剂3-5份、增稠剂3-8份、消泡剂4-8份、乙氧氟草醚7-10份、二甲戊灵2-8份、二氯苯酚钾7-10份、催化剂6-15份、去离子水10-25份、聚乙烯醇6-14份。
优选的,按质量份计,所述园林除草剂包括异丙甲草胺12份、聚氨基甲酸酯9份、麦饭石12份、草木灰3份、湿润剂2份、抗冻剂3份、增稠剂4份、消泡剂4份、乙氧氟草醚8份、二甲戊灵3份、二氯苯酚钾8份、催化剂7份、去离子水16份、聚乙烯醇9份。
优选的,园林除草剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)异丙甲草胺、聚氨基甲酸酯、麦饭石、草木灰、去离子水加入反应釜搅拌混合均匀后加入催化剂,保持温度在40-60度反应2-4小时得到混合液A;
(2)将混合液A冷却至室温后,加入乙氧氟草醚、二甲戊灵、二氯苯酚钾、聚乙烯醇,进行高速搅拌2小时后,再进行低速搅拌,低速搅拌时加入消泡剂,搅拌3小时得到混合液B;
(3)再将湿润剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂加入上述混合液B中,保持温度在1-10度,搅拌1小时;
(4)上述搅拌结束后,继续保持温度在1-10度3小时即得除草剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的园林除草剂制备步骤合理,便于操作,且制备出的园林除草剂可以严重抑制各种不同杂草生长,通过调整比例甚至可以使杂草整体死亡,对于各种杂草均具有良好的抑制效果,适用范围广。

实施例1
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种园林除草剂,按质量份计,所述园林除草剂包括异丙甲草胺10-15份、聚氨基甲酸酯8-12份、麦饭石8-12份、草木灰3-5 份、湿润剂2-6份、抗冻剂3-5份、增稠剂3-8份、消泡剂4-8份、乙氧氟草醚7-10份、二甲戊灵2-8份、二氯苯酚钾7-10份、催化剂6-15份、去离子水 10-25份、聚乙烯醇6-14份。
实施例2
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种园林除草剂,按质量份计,所述园林除草剂包括异丙甲草胺12份、聚氨基甲酸酯9份、麦饭石12份、草木灰3份、湿润剂2份、抗冻剂3份、增稠剂4份、消泡剂4份、乙氧氟草醚8份、二甲戊灵3份、二氯苯酚钾8份、催化剂7份、去离子水16份、聚乙烯醇9份。
实施例3
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种园林除草剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)异丙甲草胺、聚氨基甲酸酯、麦饭石、草木灰、去离子水加入反应釜搅拌混合均匀后加入催化剂,保持温度在40-60度反应2-4小时得到混合液A;
(2)将混合液A冷却至室温后,加入乙氧氟草醚、二甲戊灵、二氯苯酚钾、聚乙烯醇,进行高速搅拌2小时后,再进行低速搅拌,低速搅拌时加入消泡剂,搅拌3小时得到混合液B;
(3)再将湿润剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂加入上述混合液B中,保持温度在1-10度,搅拌1小时;
(4)上述搅拌结束后,继续保持温度在1-10度3小时即得除草剂。
综上所述,本发明所述的园林除草剂制备步骤设计合理,制备出的园林除草剂可以严重抑制各种不同杂草生长以及滋生,通过调整配方比例甚至可以使杂草整体死亡,对于各种杂草均具有良好的抑制效果,适用范围广。

1.一种园林除草剂,其特征在于,按质量份计,所述园林除草剂包括异丙甲草胺10-15份、聚氨基甲酸酯8-12份、麦饭石8-12份、草木灰3-5份、湿润剂2-6份、抗冻剂3-5份、增稠剂3-8份、消泡剂4-8份、乙氧氟草醚7-10份、二甲戊灵2-8份、二氯苯酚钾7-10份、催化剂6-15份、去离子水10-25份、聚乙烯醇6-14份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种园林除草剂,其特征在于,按质量份计,所述园林除草剂包括异丙甲草胺12份、聚氨基甲酸酯9份、麦饭石12份、草木灰3份、湿润剂2份、抗冻剂3份、增稠剂4份、消泡剂4份、乙氧氟草醚8份、二甲戊灵3份、二氯苯酚钾8份、催化剂7份、去离子水16份、聚乙烯醇9份。
3.一种如权利要求1-2中任一项所述的园林除草剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)异丙甲草胺、聚氨基甲酸酯、麦饭石、草木灰、去离子水加入反应釜搅拌混合均匀后加入催化剂,保持温度在40-60度反应2-4小时得到混合液A;
(2)将混合液A冷却至室温后,加入乙氧氟草醚、二甲戊灵、二氯苯酚钾、聚乙烯醇,进行高速搅拌2小时后,再进行低速搅拌,低速搅拌时加入消泡剂,搅拌3小时得到混合液B;
(3)再将湿润剂、抗冻剂、增稠剂加入上述混合液B中,保持温度在1-10度,搅拌1小时;
(4)上述搅拌结束后,继续保持温度在1-10度3小时即得除草剂。
