As shown in fig. 5 and 1, the conveying device 1 includes a conveying frame 11, a plurality of rollers 12, a left lateral clamping mechanism 13, a longitudinal conveying mechanism 14, a ball mechanism 15, a conveying rail 16, a pallet 17, and a right lateral clamping mechanism 18. The right transverse clamping mechanism 18 comprises a right transverse clamping base plate 181, a right transverse clamping cylinder 182, a right transverse clamping plate 183, a right transverse clamping guide rail 184 and a right baffle 185; the right transverse clamping base plate 181 is slidingly connected to the longitudinal conveying guide rail 145 of the longitudinal conveying mechanism 14 and is fixed with the longitudinal conveying nut 144 of the longitudinal conveying mechanism 14, the cylinder body of the right transverse clamping cylinder 182 is mounted on the top surface of the right transverse clamping plate 183, the rod end of the piston rod of the right transverse clamping cylinder 182 is connected with the right baffle 185, the right baffle 185 is vertically fixed on the right transverse clamping base plate 181, the right transverse clamping plate 183 is slidingly connected to the right transverse clamping guide rail 184, and the right transverse clamping guide rail 184 is fixed on the right transverse clamping base plate 181.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the ball mechanism 15 includes a ball base 151, a lifting plate 152, a lifting cylinder 153, a plurality of ball mounting plates 154, and a plurality of balls 155; the ball base 151 is fixedly mounted on the conveyor frame 11, the cylinder body of the lifting cylinder 153 is fixed on the ball base 151, the fixing of the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 153 is connected with the bottom surface of the lifting plate 152, the plurality of ball mounting plates 154 are mounted on the top surface of the lifting plate 152 at intervals, the plurality of ball mounting plates 154 can penetrate out from gaps among the plurality of rollers 12, and the plurality of balls 155 are mounted on the ball mounting plates 154 at intervals.
As shown in fig. 2-6 and with reference to fig. 1A, the working principle of the present invention is as follows:
1. The transformer is manually put in from the production line, and the left transverse clamping plate 135 is driven by the left transverse clamping motor 132 in the conveying device 1 to be positioned in the center.
2. And then the mutual inductor is fastened by the action of the right transverse clamping cylinder 182 and pushed to the brushing position.
3. The negative electrode longitudinal lead screw 262 in the negative electrode longitudinal movement mechanism 26 positions the left and right of the positive electrode and the negative electrode transverse lead screw 282 in the negative electrode transverse movement mechanism 28 positions the front and rear into the screw hole of the end face of the left end face 101 of the transformer 10.

8. The negative electrode 211 is retracted to the safety position, and the positive electrode brush 215 is moved onto the upper end face of the left end face 101 of the transformer 10 by the positive electrode longitudinal screw 2132 of the positive electrode longitudinal movement mechanism 213.
9. The negative electrode 211 moves through the negative electrode longitudinal lead screw 262 and the negative electrode transverse lead screw 282 onto the screw hole site on the end face of the right end face 102 of the transformer 10.
10. The Z-direction screw 243 in the Z-direction moving mechanism 24 moves down onto the face of the transformer brushing position.
11. The positive electrode brush 215 repeatedly brushes back and forth on the terminal surface of the left end surface 101 of the transformer 10 for a set number of times.

The brush-coating work is completed, the Z-direction screw rod 243 in the Z-direction moving mechanism 24, the negative electrode transverse screw rod 282 returns first, and the positive electrode longitudinal screw rod 2132 in the positive electrode longitudinal moving mechanism 213 returns to the original initial position.
13. The left cross clamp plate 135 and the right cross clamp plate 183 unclamp the transformer and the transformer flows back to the line to the next station.
