背景技术
近来,已经进行了研究以提高车辆的燃料效率,已经进行了各种研究,诸如通过设计两缸发动机或三缸发动机。
然而,根据各种车辆驾驶条件,限制了两缸发动机或三缸发动机的输出和燃料效率的提高。
另外,两缸发动机或三缸发动机输出相对严重的振动,并且将用于抑制振动的元件,诸如平衡轴,应用到两缸发动机或三缸发动机受到限制。

发明内容
本发明的各方面旨在提供设置有2缸发动机和电动机的传动系,其具有减少振动和噪音并提高燃料效率的优点。

在该情况下,电动机/转子部分20包括转子部40和定子部50。
转子部40与曲轴12直接连接,并且存储用作飞轮的曲轴12的转动能,使得转子部40可以减小发动机10的振动。
定子部50和转子部40用作用于辅助发动机10的输出的电动机,并且当发动机10不操作时,可以是主要的驱动动力源。另外,定子部50和转子部40输出对应于发动机10的振动的补偿扭矩,使得定子部50和转子部40可以用作平衡配重。
定子部50包括芯板54和定子板56,其中线圈52沿芯板54的径向方向缠绕芯板54,在定子板56上形成有线圈槽57,其中线圈52插入线圈槽57。并且定子板56连接到电动机壳体30。
电动机壳体30和定子板56可以通过螺栓组装,使得可以容易地执行组装和拆卸。
由于定子部50设置在转子部40与电动机壳体30之间,因此可以容易地执行组装,并且因此电动机/转子部分20稳定。
用于安置定子部50的容纳部34可以在电动机壳体30处形成,因此可以抑制电动机/转子部分20的长度增加。
转子部40包括通过壳体孔32连接到曲轴12的突出部46、以及连接到突出部46并且磁体42连接到其上的盘48。
磁体42和对应于磁体42的线圈52垂直于曲轴12设置。
也就是说,磁体42和线圈52沿径向方向设置,因此可以抑制电动机/转子部分20的长度增加。
线圈槽57包括其中插入线圈52的包裹部58、以及宽度比包裹部58的宽度窄的进入部59,使得线圈52不被分离。
由于线圈52插入线圈槽57中,因此线圈52可以在没有附加部件的情况下稳定地固定在预定位置处。
传动系1可以进一步包括离合器70,离合器70可选择性地与转子部40的第二侧接触,用于将转子部40的旋转传递到变速器60,并且离合器70可以是摩擦离合器。
根据离合器70的连接状态,电动机/转子部分20可以通过从电池72供应的电力而用作起动电动机,并且还可以用作辅助发动机10的驱动动力源。
图7是根据本发明的示例性实施方式的传动系的示意图。
参考图7,在本发明的示例性实施方式中,发动机10与电动机/转子部分20直接连接,并且离合器70设置在变速器60与转子部40之间,用于选择性地将变速器60与转子部40连接。
根据离合器70的连接状态,电动机/转子部分20可以通过从电池72供应的电力而用作起动电动机,并且还可以用作辅助发动机10的驱动动力源。
另外,当不需要辅助动力时,电动机/转子部分20可以用作发电机,并且将产生的电力存储在电池72中。
图5是根据本发明的示例性实施方式的传动系的发动机的横截面图,并且图6是根据本发明的示例性实施方式的传动系的转子部的前视图。
参考图5和图6,平衡部44在转子部40的盘48的第一侧处形成为凹形。
也就是说,平衡部44可以是用作具有负值的平衡配重的空间。因此,可以减小转子部40的总重量,使得转子部40在高速方面是高效的。
平衡部44沿转子部40的圆周方向形成为扇形。
因此,可以简化沿转子部40的直径方向的横截面,并且在生产率方面是高效的。
在改进的示例性实施方式中,平衡部44可以包括密度比转子部40的盘48的密度低的材料。因此可以保持转子部40的刚性。
平衡部44在与曲轴12的连杆轴颈16对应的位置处形成。
连杆82与连杆轴颈16连接,并且连杆82与活塞80连接。平衡部44在与曲轴12的连杆轴颈16对应的位置处形成,用于抵消从曲轴12传递的不平衡转动能。
如附图所示,发动机10可以是两缸发动机,两缸发动机包括彼此以相同的相位角往复运动的两个活塞80。
平衡部44的形状,即图6所示的“α”,可以根据由于活塞80的往复运动导致的不平衡力来确定。
图8是根据本发明的示例性实施方式的传动系的局部透视图,图9是应用于根据本发明的示例性实施方式的传动系的平衡轴的透视图,并且图10是沿图9的线X-X的横截面图。
为了容易理解,图1至图7中所描述的传动系的相同或相似的元件将由相同的参考标号来表示,并且将省略重复的描述。
传递系1可以进一步包括设置在曲轴12下方的平衡轴90。
平衡轴90包括形成有凹部94的配重92,凹部94用于防止与连接到曲轴12的连杆82形成干扰。
配重92的横截面可以形成为椭圆形,因此可以利用简单的方案来简化制造。
平衡轴90包括对应于每个气缸的第一配重设备92a和第二配重设备92b,并且毗邻平衡轴90的中心的内侧突出部96和在内侧突出部96的外缘的外侧突出部98,在第一配重设备92a和第二配重设备92b处形成。
内侧突出部96的体积大于外侧突出部98的体积。由于在体积方面,内侧突出部96大于外侧突出部98,因此平衡轴90的旋转惯性毗邻发动机10的中心。因此,减小发动机10的垂直方向振动和水平方向振动是高效的。
图11是示出由根据本发明的示例性实施方式的传动系的旋转引起的施加到曲轴的功率的曲线图。
在附图中,“A”表示在没有平衡部44的情况下施加到曲轴12的不平衡功率,并且“B”表示具有平衡部44时施加到曲轴12的不平衡功率。
“C”表示由平衡轴90引起的不平衡功率,并且“D”表示通过将“B”和“C”相加而确定的不平衡功率。
如图11所示,与没有平衡部44的转子部40相比,施加到具有平衡部44的转子部40的曲轴12的不平衡功率可以减小大约50%。
另外,通过将转子部40与平衡部44和平衡轴90组合,施加到曲轴12的不平衡功率可以减小到大约1/3。

Claims (13)
1.一种传动系装置,其包括:
发动机,其包括曲轴和发动机本体;
电动机壳体,其连接到所述发动机本体,并且形成有壳体开口;
转子部,其通过所述壳体开口连接到所述曲轴,其中磁体连接到所述转子部的第一侧,并且所述转子部形成有用于抵消从所述曲轴传递的不平衡转动能的平衡部;
定子部,其设置在所述转子部与所述电动机壳体之间,并且连接到所述电动机壳体;以及
变速器,其连接到所述发动机本体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的传动系装置,其中所述转子部包括:
突出部,其通过所述壳体开口连接到所述曲轴;以及
盘,其连接到所述突出部并且其上连接有所述磁体,
其中所述平衡部在所述盘的第一侧处形成为凹形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的传动系装置,其中所述平衡部沿所述盘的圆周方向形成为扇形。
4.根据权利要求2所述的传动系装置,其中所述平衡部包括密度低于所述盘的密度的材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的传动系装置,其中
所述发动机是两缸发动机;并且
所述平衡部在与所述曲轴的连杆轴颈对应的位置处形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的传动系装置,其中所述定子部包括:
芯板,其中线圈沿所述芯板的径向方向缠绕;以及
定子板,所述定子板上形成有线圈槽,其中所述线圈插入所述线圈槽。
7.根据权利要求6所述的传动系装置,其中所述线圈槽包括:
包裹部,其供所述线圈插入;以及
进入部,所述进入部的宽度比所述包裹部的宽度窄,使得所述线圈不分离。
8.根据权利要求1所述的传动系装置,其还包括离合器,所述离合器可选择性地与所述转子部的第二侧接触,用于将所述转子部的旋转传递到所述变速器。
9.根据权利要求1所述的传动系装置,其还包括设置在所述曲轴下方的平衡轴。
10.根据权利要求9所述的传动系装置,其中所述平衡轴包括形成有凹部的配重,所述凹部用于防止与连接到所述曲轴的连杆形成干扰。
11.根据权利要求10所述的传动系装置,其中所述配重的横截面成形为椭圆形。
12.根据权利要求9所述的传动系装置,其中所述平衡轴包括对应于每个气缸的第一配重设备和第二配重设备,
其中毗邻所述平衡轴中心的内侧突出部和在所述内侧突出部外缘的外侧突出部在所述第一配重设备和所述第二配重设备处形成。
13.根据权利要求12所述的传动系装置,其中所述内侧突出部的体积大于所述外侧突出部的体积。
