随着个性化的趋势,越来越多的便携式电子装置为了具有较佳的外观和特殊手感,通常会在外观件上采用真空镀工艺处理成具有金属质感的外观效果,或在上面形成一些装饰性图案或纹路。但在现有技术中,塑料手机外壳的金属质感过于单调,颜色单一,缺乏颜色层次感,视觉效果不佳。同时夜间寻找手机的功能性不强,且加工比较繁琐。
发明内容
本发明针对现有塑料手机外壳金属质感过于单调,颜色单一、缺乏颜色层次感,视觉效果不佳,夜间寻找手机较为困难等不足,提出一种夜间自发亮手机外壳制备方法,能解决上述现有技术中的不足,可方便人们的使用。
本发明的技术方案:一种夜间自发亮手机外壳制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下操作步骤:
(1)将塑胶基材、荧光粉和染料按比例混合搅拌呈混合物料;
(2)将混合料进行加热熔化呈液态物料;
(3)将液态物料投入至螺杆挤出机,并通过加压泵将螺杆挤出机中的物料送入至注塑机中挤入手机壳模具成型;
(4)依次喷涂底漆、色漆后进行真空镀膜;
(5)将真空镀膜层上需要显示所述色漆层的区域的真空镀膜通过激光镭雕去除;
(6)真空镀膜后在镀膜表面依次形成中漆层和UV 面漆层。
所述塑胶基材为PC与PA按照4:1的比例组成的混合物。
所述步骤(6)中形成UV 面漆层后还需要在80~100℃温度下干燥5~10分钟,然后进行UV 灯照射处理。
所述塑胶基材、荧光粉和染料的加入比例为为100:1 :0.2。
所述色漆层、中漆层和UV面漆层均为透明色。

(1)将塑胶基材、荧光粉和染料按比例混合搅拌呈混合物料;

(1)将塑胶基材、荧光粉和染料按比例混合搅拌呈混合物料;
(2)将混合料进行加热熔化呈液态物料;
(3)将液态物料投入至螺杆挤出机,并通过加压泵将螺杆挤出机中的物料送入至注塑机中挤入手机壳模具成型;
(4)依次喷涂底漆、色漆后进行真空镀膜;
(5)将真空镀膜层上需要显示所述色漆层的区域的真空镀膜通过激光镭雕去除;
(6)真空镀膜后在镀膜表面依次形成中漆层和UV 面漆层。
