本发明属于水性防霉涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐久型水性防霉涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液22‑26份、烯丙基环氧聚醚12‑18份、复配乳化剂1‑4份、改性硫化锌纳米微粒5‑7份、聚乙烯醇2‑3份、复配填料4‑6份、水性固化剂0.5‑0.7份、去离子水100份。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明涂料制备方法简单,利用复配填料在高温条件下混合烧结,所得填料耐热稳定性较好,同时有助于提高抗菌时效性;改性硫化锌纳米微粒的制备,提高其在涂料中的分散性和氧化稳定性,是涂料具有优异、持久的防霉效果,还有一定的阻燃效果,与其他原料配合,各组分之间相容性较好,具有优异的应用价值。

技术领域
本发明属于水性防霉涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐久型水性防霉涂料。
背景技术
涂料是由高分子物质和配料组成的混合物,并且能涂覆在基材表面形成牢固附着连续涂抹的新型高分子材料,凡是以水作为溶剂或作分散介质的涂料,都可成为水性涂料,水性涂料与溶剂型涂料的最大区别在于,涂料中的大部分有机溶剂被水所取代,是建筑装饰行业的发展趋势,水性涂料需要具有防霉性,霉菌的发生不仅会影响物体表面的美观,在深层生长的霉菌还会冲破漆膜造成开裂或剥落,导致物体受损,并且增生的霉菌还会威胁到人类的健康,因此,现有技术中已经出现很多用于涂料使用的防霉剂,现有的防霉剂主要为无机物:纳米二氧化钛、无机铜盐,有机物:咪唑化合物、季铵盐化合物,但是,无机防霉剂的效果持续性差,并且需要加入较多助剂,加工成本较高,有机防霉剂会发生老化分解,导致防霉效果下降,还会影响涂料涂料的成膜性,因此,需要对水性涂料防霉处理进一步研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有涂料防霉效果差的问题,提供了一种耐久型水性防霉涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种耐久型水性防霉涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液22-26份、烯丙基环氧聚醚12-18份、复配乳化剂1-4份、改性硫化锌纳米微粒5-7份、聚乙烯醇2-3份、复配填料4-6份、水性固化剂0.5-0.7份、去离子水100份;
其中所述复配乳化剂包含以下重量份的原料:烷基苯磺酸钠4-7份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙2-5份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2份;
所述复配填料由滑石粉、膨胀蛭石和磷酸铝以重量比2:3-5:1混合后,在温度为400-500℃的条件下烧结30-40分钟,研磨成200-800nm的粉末;
所述改性硫化锌纳米微粒的制备方法为:在质量浓度为30-40%的乙醇溶液中,将双十六烷基二硫代磷酸、硫化钠和醋酸锌按摩尔质量比2:1:2加入,然后在温度为60-65℃的条件下磁力搅拌2-4小时,完成后过滤,洗涤、干燥即得。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述水性固化剂为水性固化剂MR-1002或K-20;所述改性硫化钠微粒在真空条件下干燥,粒径为20-80nm;所述磁力搅拌的搅拌速度为1200-1500转/分钟,工作方式为连续搅拌。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,其制备方法为,将各原料混合后,在温度为35-40℃,转速为1600-1800转/分钟的条件下进行分散,充分分散即得。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明涂料制备方法简单,利用复配填料在高温条件下混合烧结,所得填料耐热稳定性较好,有助于提高涂料的成膜性和力学强度,同时有助于提高抗菌时效性;改性硫化锌纳米微粒的制备,能够提高其在涂料中的分散性和氧化稳定性,是涂料具有优异、持久的防霉效果,还有一定的阻燃效果,与其他原料配合,各组分之间相容性较好,具有优异的应用价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐久型水性防霉涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液24份、烯丙基环氧聚醚15份、复配乳化剂2份、改性硫化锌纳米微粒6份、聚乙烯醇2.5份、复配填料5份、水性固化剂0.6份、去离子水100份;
其中所述复配乳化剂包含以下重量份的原料:烷基苯磺酸钠5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙4份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚1.5份;
所述复配填料由滑石粉、膨胀蛭石和磷酸铝以重量比2:4:1混合后,在温度为450℃的条件下烧结35分钟,研磨成500nm的粉末;
所述改性硫化锌纳米微粒的制备方法为:在质量浓度为35%的乙醇溶液中,将双十六烷基二硫代磷酸、硫化钠和醋酸锌按摩尔质量比2:1:2加入,然后在温度为62℃的条件下磁力搅拌3小时,完成后过滤,洗涤、干燥即得。
其中,所述水性固化剂为水性固化剂MR-1002;所述改性硫化钠微粒在真空条件下干燥,粒径为20-80nm;所述磁力搅拌的搅拌速度为1350转/分钟,工作方式为连续搅拌;其制备方法为,将各原料混合后,在温度为38℃,转速为1700转/分钟的条件下进行分散,充分分散即得。
本发明中检测其涂料的使用效果,其耐冲击性达到53.8kg·cm,附着力达到1级(GB1720),12小时对大肠杆菌的杀菌率达到99.3%,对黑曲霉菌的杀菌率达到98.2%。
按照GB/T9755-2001方法处理480小时后,对其杀菌率进行检测,12小时对大肠杆菌的杀菌率达到97.2%,对黑曲霉菌的杀菌率达到95.3%。
实施例2
一种耐久型水性防霉涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液22份、烯丙基环氧聚醚18份、复配乳化剂1份、改性硫化锌纳米微粒7份、聚乙烯醇2份、复配填料6份、水性固化剂0.5份、去离子水100份;
其中所述复配乳化剂包含以下重量份的原料:烷基苯磺酸钠4份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙5份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚1份;
所述复配填料由滑石粉、膨胀蛭石和磷酸铝以重量比2:3:1混合后,在温度为500℃的条件下烧结30分钟,研磨成800nm的粉末;
所述改性硫化锌纳米微粒的制备方法为:在质量浓度为30%的乙醇溶液中,将双十六烷基二硫代磷酸、硫化钠和醋酸锌按摩尔质量比2:1:2加入,然后在温度为65℃的条件下磁力搅拌4小时,完成后过滤,洗涤、干燥即得。
其中,所述水性固化剂为水性固化剂K-20;所述改性硫化钠微粒在真空条件下干燥,粒径为20-80nm;所述磁力搅拌的搅拌速度为1200转/分钟,工作方式为连续搅拌;其制备方法为,将各原料混合后,在温度为35℃,转速为1800转/分钟的条件下进行分散,充分分散即得。
本发明中检测其涂料的使用效果,其耐冲击性达到54.2kg·cm,附着力达到1级(GB1720),12小时对大肠杆菌的杀菌率达到98.7%,对黑曲霉菌的杀菌率达到97.8%。
按照GB/T9755-2001方法处理480小时后,对其杀菌率进行检测,12小时对大肠杆菌的杀菌率达到96.7%,对黑曲霉菌的杀菌率达到94.5%。
实施例3
一种耐久型水性防霉涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液26份、烯丙基环氧聚醚12份、复配乳化剂4份、改性硫化锌纳米微粒5份、聚乙烯醇3份、复配填料4份、水性固化剂0.7份、去离子水100份;
其中所述复配乳化剂包含以下重量份的原料:烷基苯磺酸钠7份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙2份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚2份;
所述复配填料由滑石粉、膨胀蛭石和磷酸铝以重量比2:5:1混合后,在温度为400℃的条件下烧结40分钟,研磨成200nm的粉末;
所述改性硫化锌纳米微粒的制备方法为:在质量浓度为40%的乙醇溶液中,将双十六烷基二硫代磷酸、硫化钠和醋酸锌按摩尔质量比2:1:2加入,然后在温度为60℃的条件下磁力搅拌2小时,完成后过滤,洗涤、干燥即得。
其中,所述水性固化剂为水性固化剂K-20;所述改性硫化钠微粒在真空条件下干燥,粒径为20-80nm;所述磁力搅拌的搅拌速度为1500转/分钟,工作方式为连续搅拌;其制备方法为,将各原料混合后,在温度为40℃,转速为1600转/分钟的条件下进行分散,充分分散即得。

1.一种耐久型水性防霉涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液22-26份、烯丙基环氧聚醚12-18份、复配乳化剂1-4份、改性硫化锌纳米微粒5-7份、聚乙烯醇2-3份、复配填料4-6份、水性固化剂0.5-0.7份、去离子水100份;
其中所述复配乳化剂包含以下重量份的原料:烷基苯磺酸钠4-7份、十二烷基苯磺酸钙2-5份、辛基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚1-2份;
所述复配填料由滑石粉、膨胀蛭石和磷酸铝以重量比2:3-5:1混合后,在温度为400-500℃的条件下烧结30-40分钟,研磨成200-800nm的粉末;
所述改性硫化锌纳米微粒的制备方法为:在质量浓度为30-40%的乙醇溶液中,将双十六烷基二硫代磷酸、硫化钠和醋酸锌按摩尔质量比2:1:2加入,然后在温度为60-65℃的条件下磁力搅拌2-4小时,完成后过滤,洗涤、干燥即得。
