本发明提供了钛白粉生产排出废渣液的处理方法,属于钛白粉废液处理领域,包括如下步骤:向废水投加生石灰后进行溶解,待废水冷却后进行搅拌澄清,再调节沉淀池加入絮凝剂和助凝剂得到产物a;往产物a加入铁屑,搅拌,将溶液中的高价重金属离子还原为低价态,进行一次过滤,收集过滤后的沉淀不溶物回收利用,得到滤液产物b;将产物b经过无阀过滤、中水收集、多介质过滤、盘式过滤、超滤、一级保安过滤得到二次滤液产物c;向二次过滤液中加入熟石灰水,调节滤液的pH至中性,再加入絮凝剂,继续加入石灰水至二次过滤溶液呈强碱性,使金属离子以氢氧化物的形式析出。

技术领域
本发明涉及钛白粉废液处理领域,特别地,涉及钛白粉生产排出废渣液的处理方法。
背景技术
随着水资源的日益匮乏,为了用水大户企业的节能降耗,中水回用的设备越来越多的应用到各个企业中,实现外排水的回收利用,不但大大减少了污水的排放量,且生产的大量工业用水回用于企业各生产用水环节,达到节能减排的目的。在中水回用、制备脱盐水等,需要将中水中的各种离子盐分、杂质等去除掉,脱盐方法一般主要采用反渗透系统脱盐法、离子交换脱盐法、EDI脱盐法、电渗析脱盐法、蒸馏脱盐法等,而水中各种杂质的去除方法需要采用混凝沉淀、机械过滤器过滤、超滤过滤等。针对高含盐量的中水,目前主要采用预处理过滤加单级反渗透的处理工艺,通过预处理的过滤截留作用,去除水中的悬浮物杂质,再通过反渗透的脱盐处理,制取含盐量较低的工业用水,用于生产中的用水环节。但针对钛白粉中水回用,由于其水质的复杂性,目前尚没有成熟的技术方案,一般也采用预处理过滤和反渗透脱盐的处理工艺。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供钛白粉生产排出废渣液的处理方法,以解决现有护腿板太重、穿戴不舒适和缓震的效果不好的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了钛白粉生产排出废渣液的处理方法,包括如下步骤;
步骤1:向废水投加生石灰后进行溶解,待废水冷却后进行搅拌澄清,再调节沉淀池加入絮凝剂和助凝剂得到产物a;
步骤2:往产物a加入铁屑,搅拌,将溶液中的高价重金属离子还原为低价态,进行一次过滤,收集过滤后的沉淀不溶物回收利用,得到滤液产物b;
步骤3:将产物b经过无阀过滤、中水收集、多介质过滤、盘式过滤、超滤、一级保安过滤得到二次滤液产物c;
步骤4:向二次过滤液中加入熟石灰水,调节滤液的pH至中性,再加入絮凝剂,继续加入石灰水至二次过滤溶液呈强碱性,使金属离子以氢氧化物的形式析出;
步骤5:对步骤4的废液进行过滤处理,得到三次滤液;
步骤6:把三次滤液再经过一级反渗透、脱碳、二级保安过滤、二级反渗透、脱盐和增压,最后回到各生产用水环节循环回用。
所述步骤2中铁屑的粒径为0.5~1.5mm,加入量为0.6~0.8g废铁屑/200g废渣,加入后搅拌120min。
所述步骤3中保安过滤过程中投加高效专用阻垢剂,其中,高效专用阻垢剂为在保留原有聚磷酸盐的基础上,添加有机聚马来酸。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明多级过滤和全膜法除盐处理,实现了在保证系统正常平稳运行的前提下,减少废水的排放量,提高了水的利用率,实现了钛白粉生产中80%以上的工艺排放废水循环利用,节能降耗。并且在创造了一定的经济效益的基础上,体现了重大的环境效益、社会效益。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以根据权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
钛白粉生产排出废渣液的处理方法,包括如下步骤;包括如下步骤;
步骤1:向废水投加生石灰后进行溶解,待废水冷却后进行搅拌澄清,再调节沉淀池加入絮凝剂和助凝剂得到产物a。
步骤2:往产物a加入铁屑,搅拌,将溶液中的高价重金属离子还原为低价态,进行一次过滤,收集过滤后的沉淀不溶物回收利用,得到滤液产物b。铁屑的粒径为0.5~1.5mm,加入量为0.6~0.8g废铁屑/200g废渣,加入后搅拌120min。
步骤3:将产物b经过无阀过滤、中水收集、多介质过滤、盘式过滤、超滤、一级保安过滤得到二次滤液产物c。保安过滤过程中投加高效专用阻垢剂,其中,高效专用阻垢剂为在保留原有聚磷酸盐的基础上,添加有机聚马来酸。
步骤4:向二次过滤液中加入熟石灰水,调节滤液的pH至中性,再加入絮凝剂,继续加入石灰水至二次过滤溶液呈强碱性,使金属离子以氢氧化物的形式析出。
步骤5:对步骤4的废液进行过滤处理,得到三次滤液。
步骤6:把三次滤液再经过一级反渗透、脱碳、二级保安过滤、二级反渗透、脱盐和增压,最后回到各生产用水环节循环回用。

1.钛白粉生产排出废渣液的处理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤;
步骤1:向废水投加生石灰后进行溶解,待废水冷却后进行搅拌澄清,再调节沉淀池加入絮凝剂和助凝剂得到产物a;
步骤2:往产物a加入铁屑,搅拌,将溶液中的高价重金属离子还原为低价态,进行一次过滤,收集过滤后的沉淀不溶物回收利用,得到滤液产物b;
步骤3:将产物b经过无阀过滤、中水收集、多介质过滤、盘式过滤、超滤、一级保安过滤得到二次滤液产物c;
