Abstract

本发明涉及一种剪切机构,具体的说是胶带自动剪切机构,属于胶带剪切设备技术领域。其包括升降机构、升降架、剪切气缸、活动剪切刀和固定剪切刀,升降机构的驱动端连接升降架,升降架上通过销轴连接剪切气缸;剪切气缸的驱动端通过气缸接头连接剪切板左端,剪切板右端通过销轴连接在固定板上,固定板通过螺栓连接在升降架上;剪切板下端通过螺栓连接活动剪切刀,固定板下端通过螺栓连接固定剪切刀。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,工作稳定可靠,使用方便快捷,成本较低,能够自动完成胶带的剪切工作,提高了工作效率和剪切质量。

本发明涉及一种剪切机构,具体的说是胶带自动剪切机构,属于胶带剪切设备技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,包装带封袋口时需要用到胶带。一般采用人工方式拉取胶带,并通过剪刀剪取胶带,不仅工作效率较低,而且容易导致胶带剪取长度不易,胶带的剪取质量不一,影响到包装带的密封效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种胶带自动剪切机构,能够自动完成胶带的剪切工作,提高了工作效率和剪切质量。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,胶带自动剪切机构包括升降机构、升降架、剪切气缸、活动剪切刀和固定剪切刀,其特征是:升降机构的驱动端连接升降架,升降架上通过销轴连接剪切气缸;剪切气缸的驱动端通过气缸接头连接剪切板左端,剪切板右端通过销轴连接在固定板上,固定板通过螺栓连接在升降架上;剪切板下端通过螺栓连接活动剪切刀,固定板下端通过螺栓连接固定剪切刀。
进一步的,升降机构包括升降气缸安装板和升降气缸,升降气缸安装板上固定升降气缸,升降气缸的驱动端连接升降架。
进一步的,剪切板为T字形结构。

下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~3所示,本发明主要包括升降机构、升降架3、剪切气缸5、活动剪切刀8和固定剪切刀9。
升降机构的驱动端连接升降架3,升降架3上通过销轴连接剪切气缸5。剪切气缸5的驱动端通过气缸接头6连接剪切板7左端,剪切板7右端通过销轴连接在固定板4上,固定板4通过螺栓连接在升降架3上。
剪切板7下端通过螺栓连接活动剪切刀8,固定板4下端通过螺栓连接固定剪切刀9,固定剪切刀9配合活动剪切刀8完成胶带的剪切工作。
所述升降机构包括升降气缸安装板1和升降气缸2,升降气缸安装板1上固定升降气缸2,升降气缸2的驱动端连接升降架3。
所述剪切板7为T字形结构。
本发明的工作原理是:在工作时,升降气缸带动升降架调整高度位置,使得活动剪切刀和固定剪切刀到达胶带位置。接着,剪切气缸带动活动剪切刀配合固定剪切刀完成胶带的剪切工作。
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,工作稳定可靠,使用方便快捷,成本较低,能够自动完成胶带的剪切工作,提高了工作效率和剪切质量。

1.一种胶带自动剪切机构,包括升降机构、升降架(3)、剪切气缸(5)、活动剪切刀(8)和固定剪切刀(9),其特征是:升降机构的驱动端连接升降架(3),升降架(3)上通过销轴连接剪切气缸(5);剪切气缸(5)的驱动端通过气缸接头(6)连接剪切板(7)左端,剪切板(7)右端通过销轴连接在固定板(4)上,固定板(4)通过螺栓连接在升降架(3)上;剪切板(7)下端通过螺栓连接活动剪切刀(8),固定板(4)下端通过螺栓连接固定剪切刀(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的胶带自动剪切机构,其特征是:所述升降机构包括升降气缸安装板(1)和升降气缸(2),升降气缸安装板(1)上固定升降气缸(2),升降气缸(2)的驱动端连接升降架(3)。
