本发明公开了一种治疗荨麻疹的药物及其制备方法，所述药物主要由防风、牡丹皮、川乌、桂枝、白芷、丹皮、黄芪和仙人草制作而成。所述药物可用于治疗荨麻疹；疗效显著，治疗周期短，安全无副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗荨麻疹的药物及其制作方法，属于药品技术的领域。
背景技术
荨麻疹（Urticaria）是一种常见的皮肤病。系多种不同原因所致的一种 皮肤粘膜血管反应性疾病。表现为时隐时现的、边缘清楚的、红色或白色的 瘙痒性风团，中医称“瘾疹”，俗称“风疹块”，可分为慢性和急性荨麻疹。全 球范围内发生的疾病，可见于任何年龄，发病率高低取决于病因。人群发病 率为1-30%，中国研究患病率为23%。
当前研究认为，荨麻疹的发病机制可能是，过敏、自身免疫、药物、饮 食、吸入物、感染、物理刺激、昆虫叮咬等原因引起肥大细胞依赖性和非肥 大细胞依赖性导致的炎症介质（组胺、5-羟色胺、激肽及慢反应性物质等） 的释放，造成血管扩张、血管通透性增加、炎症细胞浸润。
针对上述疾病，虽然目前用于治疗荨麻疹的药物有很多，但是大多数药物只是针对药效缓慢，治疗周期长。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种治疗荨麻疹的药物及其制作方法。所述药物可治疗荨麻疹；疗效显著，治疗周期短，安全无副作用。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用以下技术方案实现：
一种治疗荨麻疹的药物，按重量份计算，主要由防风10-30份、牡丹皮10-30份、川乌10-30份、桂枝1-20份、白芷1-20份、丹皮1-20份、黄芪30-50份和仙人草20-40份制作而成。
前述的治疗荨麻疹的药物，按重量份计算，主要由防风15-25份、牡丹皮15-25份、川乌15-25份、桂枝5-15份、白芷5-15份、丹皮5-15份、黄芪35-45份和仙人草25-35份制作而成。
前述的治疗荨麻疹的药物，按重量份计算，主要由防风20份、牡丹皮20份、川乌20份、桂枝10份、白芷10份、丹皮10份、黄芪40份和仙人草30份制作而成。
一种前述的治疗荨麻疹的药物的制作方法，取上述药物，可以加辅料，也可以不加辅料，制成口服制剂。
前述的治疗荨麻疹的药物的制作方法，所述口服制剂为颗粒剂、胶囊剂、片剂、丸剂、散剂或霜剂。
前述的治疗荨麻疹的药物的制作方法，所述颗粒剂这样制作：取上述药物，加10倍量水煎煮3次，每次1.5h，过滤，合并煎煮液，浓缩成50-60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏，浸膏与浸膏量20%的淀粉和20%的糊精粉混合制粒，干燥，即得。
前述的治疗荨麻疹的药物的制作方法，所述胶囊剂的制作方法为：取上述药物，用6倍量70%的乙醇回流提取2次，每次1小时，提取液过滤，滤液回收乙醇并浓缩成50-60℃时相对密度为1.20-1.25的浸膏，另取浸膏量30%的淀粉和0.7%的硬脂酸镁与浸膏混匀，用60%的乙醇制粒，干燥，粉碎，填充胶囊，即得。
前述的治疗荨麻疹的药物的制作方法，所述片剂的制作方法为：取上述药物，加10倍量水煎煮3次，每次1.5h，过滤，合并煎煮液，浓缩成50-60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏，浸膏与上述混合粉及浸膏量20%的淀粉混匀，压片，包薄膜衣，即得。
与现有技术相比，本发明所述药物主要由防风、牡丹皮、川乌、桂枝、白芷、丹皮、黄芪和仙人草制作而成。处方中各原料具有很好的协同作用，制成的药物可用于治疗荨麻疹；疗效显著，治疗周期短，安全无副作用。
具体实施方式：
实施例1.
配方：防风20kg、牡丹皮20kg、川乌20kg、桂枝10kg、白芷10kg、丹皮10kg、黄芪40kg和仙人草30kg。
工艺：取上述药物，加10倍量水煎煮3次，每次1.5h，过滤，合并煎煮液，浓缩成50-60℃时相对密度为1.15-1.20的浸膏，浸膏与浸膏量20%的淀粉和20%的糊精粉混合制粒，干燥，即得。
规格：5g/袋。
用法用量：每次5-10g，每日2-3次。
实施例2.
配方：防风30kg、牡丹皮30kg、川乌30kg、桂枝20kg、白芷20kg、丹皮20kg、黄芪50kg和仙人草40kg。
