Abstract
本发明属于安全防护技术领域,具体涉及一种弹性约束复合防弹板,所述防弹板下方设置有安装基板,所述防弹板的四角设置有安装孔,所述防弹板通过安装孔内的安装螺钉固定在安装基板,所述防弹板包括防弹陶瓷层、PE板和聚脲壳,所述PE板位于防弹陶瓷层的下方,所述聚脲壳将PE板和防弹陶瓷层包覆。本发明解决了目前防弹板易破碎造成飞溅,无法形成二次防护的问题,不仅提升了复合防弹板的使用寿命,而且解决了飞溅问题,并利用破碎陶瓷形成二次防护。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于安全防护技术领域,具体涉及一种弹性约束复合防弹板
背景技术
目前,作为防弹主体的防弹板已经由过去的硬质金属面板、高分子材料面板发展到陶瓷材料面板。陶瓷材料面板采用材料主要由氧化铝、碳化硅、碳化硼以及其他复合陶瓷材料。防弹板采用小块拼接面板。小块拼接面板有四边形或六边形,其特点是尺寸精度要求高。目前防弹板采用小块拼接面板,小块拼接面板有四边形或六边形,其特点是尺寸精度要求高,然而防弹板采用陶瓷材料,在收到子弹冲击过过程中,子弹与防弹板之间的硬性冲击极易造成防弹板的碎裂,造成防弹板颗粒的飞溅,且防弹板上形成坑洞,无法形成后续的防护。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种弹性约束复合防弹板,解决了目前防弹板易破碎造成飞溅,无法形成二次防护的问题,不仅提升了复合防弹板的使用寿命,而且解决了飞溅问题,并利用破碎陶瓷形成二次防护。
为实现以上技术目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种弹性约束复合防弹板,所述防弹板下方设置有安装基板,所述防弹板的四角设置有安装孔,所述防弹板通过安装孔内的安装螺钉固定在安装基板,所述防弹板包括防弹陶瓷层、PE板和聚脲壳,所述PE板位于防弹陶瓷层的下方,所述聚脲壳将PE板和防弹陶瓷层包覆。
所述聚脲壳内表面设置有金属卡箍,所述金属卡箍将防弹陶瓷层、PE板侧向箍紧。
所述聚脲壳的厚度为3-10mm。
所述PE板的厚度不小于6mm。
所述防弹陶瓷层和PE板之间采用粘合剂连接。
所述防弹陶瓷层的厚度不小于4mm。
所述防弹陶瓷层采用多个陶瓷片拼接而成,所述陶瓷片水平剖面呈正方形或者正六边形。
所述正方形陶瓷片的边长不大于50mm。
所述正六边形陶瓷片的对边间距不大于30mm。
所述相邻陶瓷片的缝隙内设置有石墨烯颗粒,所述石墨烯颗粒将缝隙填满,并采用聚苯乙烯-局二甲硅氧烷交联共聚物将石墨烯颗粒间的间隙填满。
从以上描述可以看出,本发明具备以下优点:
1.本发明解决了目前防弹板易破碎造成飞溅,无法形成二次防护的问题,不仅提升了复合防弹板的使用寿命,而且解决了飞溅问题,并利用破碎陶瓷形成二次防护。
2.本发明将PE板放置在防弹陶瓷层下方,能够起到二次阻挡作用,能够在子弹打穿防弹板后构建形成二次防护。
3.本发明采用聚脲将PE板和防弹陶瓷层包覆,利用聚脲良好的原形再现性和热稳定性,将聚脲将PE板和防弹陶瓷层约束,不仅能够增强防弹板的整体性,提供子弹一个弹性缓冲,同时防止子弹打碎陶瓷带来的跳弹现象。
4.本发明采用金属卡箍将聚脲壳内的PE板和防弹陶瓷层进行紧密约束,保证了PE板和防弹陶瓷层形成稳定的紧密状态,防止其缩松。
5.本发明采用多个陶瓷片拼接形成具有类蜂窝状结构的防弹陶瓷层,能够利用蜂窝结构的力学集合性能,能够起到良好的耐冲击效果与快速泄力作用。

实施例1
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,一种弹性约束复合防弹板,所述防弹板下方设置有安装基板1,所述防弹板的四角设置有安装孔,所述防弹板通过安装孔内的安装螺钉5固定在安装基板1,所述防弹板包括防弹陶瓷层2、PE板3和聚脲壳4,所述PE板3位于防弹陶瓷层2的下方,所述聚脲壳4将PE板3和防弹陶瓷层2包覆。
所述聚脲壳4内表面设置有金属卡箍6,所述金属卡箍6将防弹陶瓷层2、PE板3侧向箍紧。
所述聚脲壳4的厚度为3-10mm。
所述PE板的厚度不小于6mm。
所述防弹陶瓷层和PE板之间采用粘合剂连接。
所述防弹陶瓷层的厚度不小于4mm。
所述防弹陶瓷层采用多个陶瓷片拼接而成,所述陶瓷片水平剖面呈者正六边形。
所述正六边形陶瓷片的对边间距不大于30mm。
所述相邻陶瓷片的缝隙内设置有石墨烯颗粒,所述石墨烯颗粒将缝隙填满,并采用聚苯乙烯-局二甲硅氧烷交联共聚物将石墨烯颗粒间的间隙填满。
实施例2
如图1、图2、图3和图5所示,一种弹性约束复合防弹板,所述防弹板下方设置有安装基板1,所述防弹板的四角设置有安装孔,所述防弹板通过安装孔内的安装螺钉5固定在安装基板1,所述防弹板包括防弹陶瓷层2、PE板3和聚脲壳4,所述PE板3位于防弹陶瓷层2的下方,所述聚脲壳4将PE板3和防弹陶瓷层2包覆。
所述聚脲壳4内表面设置有金属卡箍6,所述金属卡箍6将防弹陶瓷层2、PE板3侧向箍紧。
所述聚脲壳4的厚度为3-10mm。
所述PE板的厚度不小于6mm。
所述防弹陶瓷层和PE板之间采用粘合剂连接。
所述防弹陶瓷层的厚度不小于4mm。
所述防弹陶瓷层2采用多个陶瓷片拼接而成,所述陶瓷片水平剖面呈正方形。

本发明采用聚脲将PE板和防弹陶瓷层包覆,在表面形成良好的约束弹性层,不仅提升了复合防弹板的使用寿命,而且能够防止内部破碎的陶瓷飞溅,同时破碎后的陶瓷留在PE板表面,通过聚脲约束在原来位置,能够形成二次防护作用,聚脲本身的弹性不仅能够将子弹留在防弹陶瓷层,同时将聚脲壳表面的子弹孔收缩,PE板与防弹陶瓷板厚度能够根据防护等级来确定,达到最佳的防弹效果。
本发明采用金属卡箍将防弹陶瓷层和PE板进行约束,能够保证防弹陶瓷层和PE板各个方向均形成约束状态,能够时刻保证约束,防止因松散带来的安全隐患。
本发明采用数个陶瓷片拼接形成防弹陶瓷层,并且在陶瓷片的缝隙能加入石墨烯颗粒,并采用聚苯乙烯-局二甲硅氧烷交联共聚物将颗粒间隙填满,此时整个防弹陶瓷层形成整体结构,具有良好的连接效果。当子弹正面冲击陶瓷片,陶瓷片本身坚固效果性,能够将子弹进行阻挡,起到良好的防弹效果,同时陶瓷片破碎由于结构紧密性,碎陶瓷自动形成不规则阻挡层,起到二次摩擦作用;在陶瓷片缝隙处,石墨烯颗粒与聚苯乙烯-局二甲硅氧烷交联共聚物结合形成柔性-刚性相结合的防护层,同时与陶瓷片相连接,形成一体的防护层,当子弹冲击时,聚苯乙烯-局二甲硅氧烷交联共聚物在子弹高速飞行冲击时发生液化,然后冷却的时候形成固化,不仅能够将破碎的材料进行重新固化,形成良好的二次防护效果,能够达到原来的防护效果;石墨烯颗粒本身具有良好的强度,能够起到阻挡子弹的作用,同时其本身具有良好的热量传导作用,大大降低了子弹的热能,起到快速散热,确保聚苯乙烯-局二甲硅氧烷交联共聚物重新凝结的目的,快速形成二次阻挡效果。
本发明由于石墨烯与聚苯乙烯-局二甲硅氧烷交联共聚物能够形成高强度连接,同时与陶瓷片的拼接形成类蜂窝状结构,具有良好的力学性能,优良的耐冲击性和快速泄力的特点。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
1.本发明解决了目前防弹板易破碎造成飞溅,无法形成二次防护的问题,不仅提升了复合防弹板的使用寿命,而且解决了飞溅问题,并利用破碎陶瓷形成二次防护。
2.本发明将PE板放置在防弹陶瓷层下方,能够起到二次阻挡作用,能够在子弹打穿防弹板后构建形成二次防护。
3.本发明采用聚脲将PE板和防弹陶瓷层包覆,利用聚脲良好的原形再现性和热稳定性,将聚脲将PE板和防弹陶瓷层约束,不仅能够增强防弹板的整体性,提供子弹一个弹性缓冲,同时防止子弹打碎陶瓷带来的跳弹现象。
4.本发明采用金属卡箍将聚脲壳内的PE板和防弹陶瓷层进行紧密约束,保证了PE板和防弹陶瓷层形成稳定的紧密状态,防止其缩松。
5.本发明采用多个陶瓷片拼接形成具有类蜂窝状结构的防弹陶瓷层,能够利用蜂窝结构的力学集合性能,能够起到良好的耐冲击效果与快速泄力作用。

1.一种弹性约束复合防弹板,其特征在于:所述防弹板下方设置有安装基板,所述防弹板的四角设置有安装孔,所述防弹板通过安装孔内的安装螺钉固定在安装基板,所述防弹板包括防弹陶瓷层、PE板和聚脲壳,所述PE板位于防弹陶瓷层的下方,所述聚脲壳将PE板和防弹陶瓷层包覆;
所述防弹陶瓷层的厚度不小于4mm;所述防弹陶瓷层采用多个陶瓷片拼接而成,所述陶瓷片水平剖面呈正方形或者正六边形;
相邻所述陶瓷片的缝隙内设置有石墨烯颗粒,所述石墨烯颗粒将缝隙填满,并采用聚苯乙烯-聚二甲硅氧烷交联共聚物将石墨烯颗粒间的间隙填满;
所述聚脲壳内表面设置有金属卡箍,所述金属卡箍将防弹陶瓷层、PE板侧向箍紧;所述聚脲壳的厚度为3-10mm;所述PE板的厚度不小于6mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性约束复合防弹板,其特征在于:所述防弹陶瓷层和PE板之间采用粘合剂连接。
