Description

本发明涉及药物用途，特别是一种可用于戒烟的烟酸及其衍生物。
烟酸及其衍生物在临床上是用于治疗粗皮病，血管性偏头痛，脑动脉血栓形成及肺栓塞等疾病。此外，目前用于戒烟的药物有小苏打、尼古丁、疫苗、以及中草药等。小苏打戒烟法需要连续大量服用才能产生效果，因此影响消化系统的正常功能，而且必须在医生的指导下才能服用。采用尼古丁戒烟，它是从不同的吸烟方式吸收尼古丁，虽能达到戒烟的目的，但对人体同样有害。另外至于疫苗和中草药等戒烟药物，由于种种原因，尚未能普通推广应用。
本发明的目的是提供一种安全、可靠，可用于戒烟的烟酸及其衍生物。
下面对本发明详细说明：
烟酸及其衍生物的新用途，通常烟酸及其衍生物的应用范围主要有：治疗血管性偏头痛，脑动脉血栓形成及舒张周围血管的作用。除此之外，本发明把烟酸及其衍生物用于戒烟，同样能收到意想不到的效果。因为烟酸酯在体内可以水解为烟酸及其结合物，前者在体内变为烟酰胺。由于烟酸和烟酰胺与尼古丁有结构上的相似性，它可以竞争性地与尼古丁受体结合而产生戒烟效应。
其实施例一、将烟酸或烟酰胺制成3-8%的水包油型护肤霜涂于皮肤上，或制成贴剂贴于皮肤上。
实施例二、将烟酸或烟酰胺加入口香糖中，一起制成每片含10-30毫克烟酸或烟酰胺的口香糖。
实施例三、以8-10%的烟酰胺水溶液制成口腔或鼻喷雾剂。
实施例四、将烟酸和烟酰胺按1∶5的比例制成口含片或口服片或口服液。
本发明的优点在于：用烟酸及其衍生物戒烟，安全、可靠。使用时采取多种不同的给药方式，均能达到同样的戒烟效果。

Claims (6)

1、一种烟酸及其衍生物的新用途，目前关于烟酸及其衍生物的应用范围主要有：治疗血管性偏头痛，脑动脉血栓形成的疾病，以及舒张周围血管的作用，其特征在于：烟酸及其衍生物除上述用途之外，可用于戒烟，因为烟酸脂可在体内水解为烟酸及其结合物，前者在体内变为烟酰胺，由于烟酸和烟酰胺与尼古丁有结构上的相似性，它可以竞争性地与尼古丁受体结构而产生戒烟效应，另外烟酸及其衍生物还可作其它戒烟药物或方法的增效药。
2、根据权利要求1所述的烟酸及其衍生物，其特征在于：用于戒烟的衍生物包括：烟酸铝、烟酸钾、烟酸钠、烟酸钙、烟酸铵、烟酰胺、肌醇烟酸脂、维生素E烟酸脂、烟乙甘酯、烟酸戊四醇酯、吡啶甲醇、烟呋糖酯、羟乙茶碱烟酸酯、烟胺羟丙茶碱和烟胺乙酯。
3、根据权利要求1所述的烟酸及其衍生物，其特征在于：将烟酸或烟酰胺制成3-8%的水包油型护肤霜涂于皮肤上，或者制成贴剂贴于皮肤上进行戒烟。
4、根据权利要求3所述的烟酸及其衍生物，其特征在于：将烟酸或烟酰胺加入口香糖中，一起制成每片含10-30毫克烟酸或烟酰胺的口香糖。
5、根据权利要求4所述的烟酸及其衍生物，其特征在于：以8-10%的烟酰胺水溶液制成口腔或鼻喷雾剂。
6、根据权利要求2所述的烟酸及其衍生物，其特征在于：烟酸和烟酰胺可按1∶5的比例制成口含片或口服片或口服液。
