技术领域
本发明涉及一种压缩燃料块,尤其涉及一种易点燃树叶压缩燃烧块。
背景技术
目前人们家庭使用的燃料普遍为蜂窝煤,绝大多数蜂窝煤主要是由煤和粘土通过搅拌压制制成,这种蜂窝煤存在不易点燃,上火慢,热效率低等缺陷,其燃烧产生的烟气中含有大量的毒害气体,严重污染空气;我国的许多省市地处温带落叶阔叶林气候带,这些省市种植的树木到秋季会产生大量的落叶,而这些树叶通常被露天直接焚烧,或者送入填埋场进行填埋处理,造成了树叶资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种容易点燃、热效率高、且充分利用树叶等生物资源的易点燃树叶压缩燃烧块。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案在于采用一种树叶压缩燃烧块,由重量百分含量为10%的点燃层和90%主燃体(20-40%树叶、40-60%无烟煤和20%的型煤粘合剂)压制而成。
所述点燃层,其位置在一种易点燃树叶压缩燃烧块主体的一端,,其配方按以下重量百分含量比:15%硫酸钡,10%硝酸钾,10%石蜡,20%无烟煤,25%树叶,20%型煤粘合剂。
所述的树叶为粉碎至5-10目碎块。
所述的树叶可以为任一种树叶。
所述的型煤粘合剂为淀粉复合粘合剂。
所述的所述的压缩燃烧块形状为矩形块状。
一种易点燃树叶压缩燃烧块的制作方法,其步骤为,将15%硫酸钡,10%硝酸钾,10%石蜡,20%无烟煤,25%树叶,20%型煤粘合剂按比例搅拌混合制成点燃层。将树叶进行烘晾,粉碎处理,粉至5-10目碎块,将粉碎后的树叶与无烟煤按比例混合,制成主燃体。再将重量百分含量为10%的点燃层放置在重量百分含量为90%的主燃体上,压制成压缩燃烧块。

下面,结合实例对本发明的实质性特点和优势作进一步的说明,但本发明并不局限于所列的实施例。
实施例一
将15%硫酸钡,10%硝酸钾,10%石蜡,20%无烟煤,25%树叶,20%型煤粘合剂按比例搅拌混合制成点燃层。选用20重量份树叶、60重量份无烟煤、20重量份淀粉粘合剂混合搅拌制成主燃体。按照点燃层与主燃体重量份1∶9的比例,将点燃层放置在主燃体上,压制成压缩燃烧块。
实施例二
将15%硫酸钡,10%硝酸钾,10%石蜡,20%无烟煤,25%树叶,20%型煤粘合剂按比例搅拌混合制成点燃层。选用25重量份树叶、55重量份无烟煤、20重量份淀粉粘合剂混合搅拌制成主燃体。按照点燃层与主燃体重量份1∶9的比例,将点燃层放置在主燃体上,压制成压缩燃烧块。
实施例三
将15%硫酸钡,10%硝酸钾,10%石蜡,20%无烟煤,25%树叶,20%型煤粘合剂按比例搅拌混合制成点燃层。选用35重量份树叶、45重量份无烟煤、20重量份淀粉粘合剂混合搅拌制成主燃体。按照点燃层与主燃体重量份1∶9的比例,将点燃层放置在主燃体上,压制成压缩燃烧块。
