一种高位刹车灯结构，由灯罩、灯壳、LED线路板、装饰罩组成，所述的灯壳内至少有二个或以上LED线路板限位柱，所述的装饰罩内上、下两部分各设有二个或以上的装饰罩限位脚；其特征在于：所述的灯壳外部一端设有装车卡脚，另一端设有定位脚，两侧设有扳筋限位台。本发明，将扰流板和后背门设计成一体，既简化了产品设计，又大大降低了产品成本，而且把高位刹车灯集成在后背门上的扰流板结构上，这样，既满足了高位刹车灯的布置空间，又提高了高位刹车灯的醒目作用。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件领域，特别是涉及一种汽高位刹车灯结构。
背景技术
目前，现有的后背门外板缺少扰流板，高位刹车灯布置在后背门玻璃(车内方向)上，这种方案造型过于陈旧，而且高位刹车灯由于位于风挡玻璃内部，因此其醒目作用不够明显，隔了一层玻璃效果更是明显降低。有高位制动灯主要存在如下问题：1、LED发射光的宽度无法满足标准要求这就加大了高位制动灯的配光设计难度；2、目前LED光源固定方法主要是靠螺钉紧固，这种固定方法不美观、生产效率不高、效益低；3、高位制动灯装车方法主要有a、靠螺钉穿过灯具上的安装预留孔锁紧，b、使用打胶，c、灯具上有安装螺栓，这些固定方法生产效率均不高。
发明内容
针对上述存在技术缺陷，本发明的目的在于提供一种高位刹车灯结构，增加后背门 扰流板功能，而且能提高高位刹车灯的醒目作用的高位刹车灯结构。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的：一种高位刹车灯结构，由灯罩、灯壳、LED线路板、装饰罩组成，所述的灯壳内至少有二个或以上LED线路板限位柱，所述的装饰罩内上、下两部分各设有二个或以上的装饰罩限位脚；其特征在于：所述的灯壳外部一端设有装车卡脚，另一端设有定位脚，两侧设有扳筋限位台。
所述的LED线路板安装在灯壳内的LED线路板限位柱上，对LED线路板的左、右、前、后限位后，装饰罩压在灯壳内的LED线路板上并通过装饰罩限位脚对LED线路板进行上、下限位后，灯壳与灯罩通过焊接密封。
本发明，将扰流板和后背门设计成一体，既简化了产品设计，又大大降低了产 品成本，而且把高位刹车灯集成在后背门上的扰流板结构上，这样，既满足了高位刹车灯的布置空间，又提高了高位刹车灯的醒目作用。

具体实施方式
由图1知，一种高位刹车灯结构，由灯罩1、灯壳2、LED线路板3、装饰罩4组成，灯壳2内设有四个LED线路板限位柱成对称排列，装饰罩4内部上、下两侧各设有二个装饰罩限位脚；LED线路板3上设有与灯壳2上的LED线路板限位柱对应的通孔，LED线路板3安装在灯壳2内的LED线路板限位柱上，LED线路板限位柱对LED线路板3左、右、前、后限位后，将装饰罩4压在灯壳2内的LED线路板3上并通过装饰罩4内部两侧的装饰罩限位脚对LED线路板3进行上、下限位后；再将灯壳2与灯罩1通过焊接密封。
装车时，只需将一种高位制动灯，灯壳2一端的定位脚先插入车体扳筋牌照灯孔6内，后将灯壳2另一端的装车卡脚5压入孔内，装车卡脚受压力后弯曲变形使得灯具安装完成，扳筋限位台对灯壳2进行限位；拆卸时只需将灯壳2有定位脚的一端向另一端推压，另一端装车卡脚5受推压力后弯曲变形从而使灯具脱落。
当灯具通电时，电源提供给LED线路板使LED发出平行光，平行光内光线经灯罩上的竖条形花纹面折射、多次散射、后，加大了光线的数量、扩大的光线左、右范围，使得灯具满足不同国家的标准要求。

1.一种高位刹车灯结构，由灯罩、灯壳、LED线路板、装饰罩组成，所述的灯壳内至少有二个或以上LED线路板限位柱，所述的装饰罩内上、下两部分各设有二个或以上的装饰罩限位脚；其特征在于：所述的灯壳外部一端设有装车卡脚，另一端设有定位脚，两侧设有扳筋限位台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高位刹车灯结构，其特征在于：所述的LED线路板安装在灯壳内的LED线路板限位柱上，对LED线路板的左、右、前、后限位后，装饰罩压在灯壳内的LED线路板上并通过装饰罩限位脚对LED线路板进行上、下限位后，灯壳与灯罩通过焊接密封。
