Abstract

本发明公开了一种织物内饰面料,其特征在于:包括面丝层、底丝层和中间层;三层都由合成纤维长丝织造而成;面丝层和底丝层采用经纬线交织而成,中间层由连接面丝层和底丝层的牵引线构成。该面料制备方法简单,直接以织造得到,无需涂胶、浸泡,环保性能佳;采用的三层纤维结构,中间层的牵引线与上下层经纬线形成多个四面体形状,使得面料整体强度、弹性大大增高;此外,可以直接在合成纤维母粒中添加颜料,不需要后染色,更加环保;中间层改性薄膜替代了传统内饰材料中使用的粘合剂,另外,本发明采用的制备方法便于操作,效率高,能够提高汽车内饰面料的强度,进一步延长其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于内饰面料技术领域,具体涉及一种织物内饰面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车内饰纺织品主要包括:座椅面料、车顶、门饰、护壁、窗帘、地毯等。
现有的汽车内饰材料一般为涤纶和海绵复合,表面涂覆阻燃剂、或浸胶、浸泡阻燃剂,容易老化,使用寿命短,且生产过程使用大量粘合剂,不够环保,工艺流程繁复。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种织物内饰面料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种织物内饰面料,包括面丝层、底丝层和中间层;三层都由合成纤维长丝织造而成;面丝层和底丝层采用经纬线交织而成,中间层由连接面丝层和底丝层的牵引线构成。
较佳的,所述牵引线交替绕过底丝层的一个组织点、面丝层的一个组织点。
较佳的,每两个由牵引线连接的组织点之间的牵引线形成一牵引段,每两个连续的牵引段在水平面投影的夹角为120°。
较佳的,所述每四个连续牵引段两端的组织点由面丝层或底丝层的长丝连接
较佳的,所述每两个连续牵引段两端的组织点由面丝层或底丝层的长丝连接
较佳的,还包括表面装饰层,所述表面装饰层与面丝层连接。
较佳的,所述面丝层与所述表面装饰层用胶粘连。
较佳的,所述面丝层与所述表面装饰层之间设有一改性薄膜,所述改性薄膜经热压定型工艺使所述面丝层和所述表面装饰层紧密粘合。
较佳的,所述改性薄膜中间层为聚酰胺或热塑性聚酰胺。
还提供一种织物内饰面料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、合成聚合物制备、纺丝成型;
B、进行织造,织造面丝层、底丝层和中间层,并形成整体结构,得到半成品;
C、将步骤B得到的半成品采用高温水蒸气进行蒸化处理;
D、将步骤C得到的半成品进行水洗;
E、将步骤D水洗后的半成品进行烘干定型处理;
F、将烘干后的内饰面料采用刷毛机进行刷毛处理;
G、对刷毛后的内饰面料进行烫艺处理;
H、对烫艺后的内饰面料采用磨毛机进行磨毛处理,即得到织物面料底层;
I、在织物面料底层上依次覆盖改性薄膜中间层、表面装饰层,加温热压定型,使三层紧密粘合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该面料制备方法简单,直接以织造得到,无需涂胶、浸泡,环保性能佳;采用的三层纤维结构,中间层的牵引线与上下层经纬线形成多个四面体形状,使得面料整体强度、弹性大大增高;此外,可以直接在合成纤维母粒中添加颜料,即带色,不需要后染色,更加环保;中间层改性薄膜替代了传统内饰材料中使用的粘合剂,另外,本发明采用的制备方法便于操作,效率高,能够提高汽车内饰面料的强度,进一步延长其使用寿命。由于本面料的优良特性,也可以在地铁、电梯、高铁等封闭式载人工具上运用。

实施例1
一种织物内饰面料,包括面丝层、底丝层和中间层;三层都由合成纤维长丝织造而成;面丝层和底丝层采用经纬线交织而成,中间层由连接面丝层和底丝层的牵引线3构成。所述牵引线3交替绕过底丝层的一个组织点、面丝层的一个组织点。每两个由牵引线3连接的组织点之间的牵引线3形成一牵引段,每两个连续的牵引段在水平面投影的夹角为120°。第一组织点4和第二组织点5之间为第一牵引段7,第二组织点5和第三组织点6之间为第二牵引段8,第一组织点4和第三组织点6处于一个平面(底丝层或面丝层),第二组织点5与第一组织点4和第三组织点6不处于一个平面;第一牵引段7、第二牵引段8在水平面投影的夹角为120°。所述每两个连续牵引段两端的组织点由面丝层或底丝层的长丝连接。第一牵引段7、第二牵引段8为两个连续牵引段,其两端的组织点为第一组织点4和第三组织点6,第一组织点4和第三组织点6由底丝层的长丝1或面丝层的长丝2连接。还包括表面装饰层,所述表面装饰层与面丝层连接。所述面丝层与所述表面装饰层用胶粘连。所述面丝层与所述表面装饰层之间设有一改性薄膜,所述改性薄膜经热压定型工艺使所述面丝层和所述表面装饰层紧密粘合。所述改性薄膜中间层为聚酰胺或热塑性聚酰胺。
实施例2
一种织物内饰面料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、合成聚合物制备、纺丝成型;
B、进行织造,织造面丝层、底丝层和中间层,并形成整体结构,得到半成品;
C、将步骤B得到的半成品采用高温水蒸气进行蒸化处理;
D、将步骤C得到的半成品进行水洗;
E、将步骤D水洗后的半成品进行烘干定型处理;
F、将烘干后的内饰面料采用刷毛机进行刷毛处理;
G、对刷毛后的内饰面料进行烫艺处理;
H、对烫艺后的内饰面料采用磨毛机进行磨毛处理,即得到织物面料底层;
I、在织物面料底层上依次覆盖改性薄膜中间层、表面装饰层,加温热压定型,使三层紧密粘合。

1.一种织物内饰面料,其特征在于:包括面丝层、底丝层和中间层;三层都由合成纤维长丝织造而成;面丝层和底丝层采用经纬线交织而成,中间层由连接面丝层和底丝层的牵引线构成。
2.根据权要要求1所述的一种织物内饰面料,其特征在于:所述牵引线交替绕过底丝层的一个组织点、面丝层的一个组织点。
3.根据权要要求2所述的一种织物内饰面料,其特征在于:每两个由牵引线连接的组织点之间的牵引线形成一牵引段,每两个连续的牵引段在水平面投影的夹角为120°。
4.根据权要要求3所述的一种织物内饰面料,其特征在于:所述每四个连续牵引段两端的组织点由面丝层或底丝层的长丝连接。
5.根据权要要求3所述的一种织物内饰面料,其特征在于:所述每两个连续牵引段两端的组织点由面丝层或底丝层的长丝连接。
6.根据权要要求1到5中任意一项所述的一种织物内饰面料,其特征在于:还包括表面装饰层,所述表面装饰层与面丝层连接。
7.根据权要要求6所述的一种织物内饰面料,其特征在于:所述面丝层与所述表面装饰层用胶粘连。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种织物内饰面料,其特征在于:所述面丝层与所述表面装饰层之间设有一改性薄膜,所述改性薄膜经热压定型工艺使所述面丝层和所述表面装饰层紧密粘合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种织物内饰面料,其特征在于:所述改性薄膜中间层为聚酰胺或热塑性聚酰胺。
10.实现权利要求8所述织物内饰面料的一种织物内饰面料制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、合成聚合物制备、纺丝成型;
B、进行织造,织造面丝层、底丝层和中间层,并形成整体结构,得到半成品;
C、将步骤B得到的半成品采用高温水蒸气进行蒸化处理;
D、将步骤C得到的半成品进行水洗;
E、将步骤D水洗后的半成品进行烘干定型处理;
F、将烘干后的内饰面料采用刷毛机进行刷毛处理;
G、对刷毛后的内饰面料进行烫艺处理;
H、对烫艺后的内饰面料采用磨毛机进行磨毛处理,即得到织物面料底层;
I、在织物面料底层上依次覆盖改性薄膜中间层、表面装饰层,加温热压定型,使三层紧密粘合。
