The baffle plate 3 divides the box body 1 into a rolling part and a conveying part, wherein the conveying part is connected with one end of the conveying device, and is provided with an overflow port, and redundant water can flow out, so that the water surface in the box body 1 is convenient to maintain stable; the rolling part is provided with a screen plate 4 under water, the screen plate 4 is provided with air injection holes, a plurality of air injection pipes 5 are arranged below the screen plate 4, the air injection pipes 5 are connected with a bubble machine 6, the bubble machine 6 is arranged in the box body 1 for saving the space occupied by the whole device, and the bubble machine 6 is positioned below the conveying device. The air jet pipe 5 is provided with a control valve to control the air jet amount, and air is jetted out from the air jet pipe 5 through the air bubble machine 6 and then reaches the water surface through the air jet holes on the screen plate 4. The vegetables placed in the rolling part roll upwards continuously under the action of the gas. Because the conveying part does not have air injection, water in the water tank can form a cycle, and the water flows from the upper part of the baffle plate 3 to the conveying part and then flows from the lower part of the baffle plate 3 to the conveying part, and vegetables in the rolling part turn over the baffle plate 3 to enter the conveying part under the action of water flow. In order to ensure the above-mentioned movement of vegetables, the bottom end of one side of the baffle plate 3 is connected with the screen plate 4 to prevent a part of vegetables from directly moving from the lower side of the baffle plate 3 to the conveying part, and in addition, a connecting plate 20 is connected to the other side of the baffle plate 3, i.e. the side close to the conveying part, and is connected with the conveying device through the connecting plate 20.
In the present application, the conveyor may be a conveyor belt 22 controlled by a driving motor 21, and a baffle plate 23 is provided on the conveyor belt 22. The conveyer belt 22 and the baffle plate 23 are provided with meshes which are arranged in a staggered way, and the effect of the conveyer belt is to filter a large amount of water contained in the materials and prevent the water from entering the next working procedure.
Besides, a feeding hopper 7 is arranged at the upper edge of the rolling part of the box body 1, so that feeding is facilitated; the lower end of the rolling part is provided with a stone discharging opening 8, and the stone discharging opening 8 is opened every 8-12 hours to discharge sundries such as small stones and the like. The factors such as vegetables, a bubble machine 6, a striker plate 3 and the like are comprehensively considered, the vertical distance between the air ejector tube 5 and the screen plate 4 is 8-12cm, the diameter of the mesh holes in the screen plate 4 is 2-4mm, the distance between the two mesh holes is 3-6mm, and the mesh holes are staggered, so that a good stone removing effect can be achieved.
When the device is used, water is filled in the box body, materials enter the water at the feeding hopper, gas generated by operation of the bubble machine enters the water through the pipeline, water forms a wave, at the moment, the materials such as vegetables roll up and down in the water, the density of stones is higher than that of various vegetables, the materials sink into the bottom of the box body, the materials enter the conveying belt of the conveying part through water flow, the conveying belt is conveyed to the next production process, the continuous operation is realized, the materials are consistently removed, and the water circulates back and forth in the box body, so that the purpose of removing the stones of the materials is achieved, and water resources are saved.

the material blocking plate (3) is arranged in the water surface of the box body (1), one side bottom end of the material blocking plate (3) is connected with the net plate (4), the other side of the material blocking plate (3) is connected with the conveying device through the connecting plate (20), the material blocking plate (3) divides the box body (1) into a rolling part and a conveying part, the net plate (4) is arranged under the water of the rolling part, air spraying holes are formed in the net plate (4), a plurality of air spraying pipes (5) are arranged below the net plate (4), and the air spraying pipes (5) are connected with the bubble machine (6); the conveying part is connected with the conveying device;
the upper edge of the rolling part is provided with a feeding hopper (7);
the vertical distance between the air jet pipe (5) and the screen plate (4) is 8-12cm;
the diameter of the mesh holes in the screen plate (4) is 2-4mm, the distance between the two mesh holes is 3-6mm, and the mesh holes are staggered.
