本发明公开了一种适用于船用发动机的润滑油的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:称量机油30‑40份、苯并三氮唑0.2‑0.3份、二异辛基二苯胺0.2‑0.3份、高压聚乙烯4‑5份、石油脂皂5‑6份、三乙醇胺2‑3份、丙酮3‑5份、氢氧化钠2‑3份,在25℃将三乙醇胺、丙酮同时加入反应釜中,充分搅拌20min使其溶解;加入机油、苯并三氮唑、二异辛基二苯胺,在常温下继续搅拌10min;升温至180‑200℃,加入高压聚乙烯、石油脂皂、氢氧化钠,均质15min过滤除杂即得润滑油。本发明制作过程易于重复,对于设备要求不高,原料容易获得且成本较低,具有较强的润滑效果,用于船用发动机中大大提高了工作效率,降低了更换频率,可以保护内部零件表面、能够避免其发生摩擦,值得大力推广使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于船用发动机的润滑油的制备工艺,属于油液制备领域。
背景技术
润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。目前,适用于船用发动机的润滑油中的各种原料价格昂贵,直接提高了生产成本,并且润滑、防锈能力较差。因此如何生产出高性能、低成本的润滑油是一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种适用于船用发动机的润滑油的制备工艺,制作成本低,制得的润滑油使用效果好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种适用于船用发动机的润滑油的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)称量机油30-40份、苯并三氮唑0.2-0.3份、二异辛基二苯胺0.2-0.3份、高压聚乙烯4-5份、石油脂皂5-6份、三乙醇胺2-3份、丙酮3-5份、氢氧化钠2-3份,在25℃将三乙醇胺、丙酮同时加入反应釜中,充分搅拌20min使其溶解;
(2)加入机油、苯并三氮唑、二异辛基二苯胺,在常温下继续搅拌10min;
(3)升温至180-200℃,加入高压聚乙烯、石油脂皂、氢氧化钠,均质15min;
(4)过滤除杂即得润滑油。
优选的,上述步骤(1)的搅拌速度为100r/min。
优选的,原料由以下质量份数的组分组成:机油30份、苯并三氮唑0.3份、二异辛基二苯胺0.3份、高压聚乙烯5份、石油脂皂6份、三乙醇胺3份、丙酮5份、氢氧化钠2份。
本发明制作过程易于重复,对于设备要求不高,润滑油采用的原料容易获得且成本较低,经实际使用发现,其具有较强的润滑效果,用于船用发动机中大大提高了工作效率,降低了更换频率,可以保护内部零件表面、能够避免其发生摩擦,值得大力推广使用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
润滑油的制作方法如下:
(1)称量机油30份、苯并三氮唑0.3份、二异辛基二苯胺0.3份、高压聚乙烯5份、石油脂皂6份、三乙醇胺3份、丙酮5份、氢氧化钠2份,在25℃将三乙醇胺、丙酮同时加入反应釜中,充分搅拌20min使其溶解;
(2)加入机油、苯并三氮唑、二异辛基二苯胺,在常温下继续搅拌10min;
(3)升温至200℃,加入高压聚乙烯、石油脂皂、氢氧化钠,均质15min;
(4)过滤除杂即得润滑油。
上述实施例润滑油采用的原料容易获得且成本较低,经实际使用发现,其具有较强的润滑效果,用于船用发动机中大大提高了工作效率,降低了更换频率,可以保护内部零件表面、能够避免其发生摩擦。
实施例2
润滑油的制作方法如下:
(1)称量机油40份、苯并三氮唑0.2份、二异辛基二苯胺0.2份、高压聚乙烯4份、石油脂皂5份、三乙醇胺2份、丙酮3份、氢氧化钠2份,在25℃将三乙醇胺、丙酮同时加入反应釜中,充分搅拌20min使其溶解;
(2)加入机油、苯并三氮唑、二异辛基二苯胺,在常温下继续搅拌10min;
(3)升温至200℃,加入高压聚乙烯、石油脂皂、氢氧化钠,均质15min;
(4)过滤除杂即得润滑油。
使用效果与实施例1一致。
实施例3
润滑油的制作方法如下:

1.一种适用于船用发动机的润滑油的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)称量机油30-40份、苯并三氮唑0.2-0.3份、二异辛基二苯胺0.2-0.3份、高压聚乙烯4-5份、石油脂皂5-6份、三乙醇胺2-3份、丙酮3-5份、氢氧化钠2-3份,在25℃将三乙醇胺、丙酮同时加入反应釜中,充分搅拌20min使其溶解;
(2)加入机油、苯并三氮唑、二异辛基二苯胺,在常温下继续搅拌10min;
(3)升温至180-200℃,加入高压聚乙烯、石油脂皂、氢氧化钠,均质15min;
(4)过滤除杂即得润滑油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于船用发动机的润滑油的制备工艺,其特征在于,上述步骤(1)的搅拌速度为100r/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适用于船用发动机的润滑油的制备工艺,其特征在于,原料由以下质量份数的组分组成:机油30份、苯并三氮唑0.3份、二异辛基二苯胺0.3份、高压聚乙烯5份、石油脂皂6份、三乙醇胺3份、丙酮5份、氢氧化钠2份。
