Abstract

本发明公开了一种金属加工用环保型高水基切削液,其重量份组成为:精制生物油5~20份,去离子水1000份,胶体石墨粉0.1~3份,纳米二氧化钛0.1~2份,亚硫酸钠10~50份,二辛基丁二酸磺酸钠5~20份,正十一醇0.6~8份。本发明的高水基切削液在金属加工过程中对加工件的润滑、清洗、冷却、防锈效果好,能显著提高工件加工精度,减少刀具磨损,产品环保可生物降解。

一种金属加工用环保型高水基切削液
技术领域
本发明涉及切削液领域,具体的说是一种金属加工用环保型高水基切削液组合物。
背景技术
机械加工特别是金属加工过程的工序中车铣刨磨经常需要润滑,此外还需要将加工过程中碎屑清洗,将加工过程产生的高温冷却,还要防止金属在加工过程的生锈,因此,通常都需要切削液的参与。按照分散相分,切削液主要包括水基切削液和油基切削液两种。近年来水基切削液由于清洁、冷却效果好受到广泛欢迎。然而现有的水基切削液的润滑及防锈性能有待改善,且存在储存后容易发臭等问题,为此经常将其中加入各种辅助添加剂,导致了成本增加、切削液稳定性受到影响。此外,许多切削液中还包含了国家明令禁止使用的亚硝酸盐等三致物质,这些切削液的使用对环境和接触人员造成了极大的威胁,尽管也有一些环保型切削液的报道,但往往成分较复杂,导致成本较高,应用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明目的就是要提供一种金属加工用环保型高水基切削液,具有良好的润滑、冷却、清洗和防锈性能,使用周期长,不易分层或变味,并能提高加工质量和加工效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种金属加工用环保型高水基切削液,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:精制生物油5~20份,去离子水1000份,胶体石墨粉0.1~3份,纳米二氧化钛0.1~2份,亚硫酸钠10~50份,二辛基丁二酸磺酸钠5~20份,正十一醇0.6~8份。其中所述的精制生物油为生物质快速热解液化所得生物油在1.2~1.5kPa下减压蒸馏收集的54~64℃的馏分;胶体石墨粉粒径为20~50nm;纳米二氧化钛粒径为80~120nm。
优选的,上述金属加工用环保型高水基切削液,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:精制生物油8份,去离子水1000份,胶体石墨粉0.2份,纳米二氧化钛0.5份,亚硫酸钠22份,二辛基丁二酸磺酸钠16份,正十一醇5.3份。其中所述的精制生物油为玉米秸秆快速热解液化所得生物油在1.3~1.5kPa下减压蒸馏收集的60~62℃的馏分;胶体石墨粉粒径为30~40nm;纳米二氧化钛粒径为90~100nm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明的产品环保,可生物降解。产品不含亚硝酸盐等有害物质,所有成分均符合国家环保要求。
2)本发明的产品稳定时间长、不易发臭。各组分之间不会发生化学反应,且各组分的作用不会相互影响。
3)本发明的产品润滑、清洗、冷却和防锈效果好。本发明的产品可明显改善包括铸铁、不锈钢、铝合金等多种材质的加工表面质量与加工效率,降低刀具磨损。
4)本发明的产品的组成简单,成本较低。本发明产品中各添加剂含量较低,组分也不复杂,容易规模化放大生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
本发明为一种金属加工用环保型高水基切削液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:精制生物油8份,去离子水1000份,胶体石墨粉0.2份,纳米二氧化钛0.5份,亚硫酸钠22份,二辛基丁二酸磺酸钠16份,正十一醇5.3份。其中所述的精制生物油为玉米秸秆快速热解液化所得生物油在1.3~1.5kPa下减压蒸馏收集的60~62℃的馏分;胶体石墨粉粒径为30~40nm;纳米二氧化钛粒径为90~100nm。
实施例2:
本发明为一种金属加工用环保型高水基切削液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:精制生物油6份,去离子水1000份,胶体石墨粉0.1份,纳米二氧化钛1.2份,亚硫酸钠33份,二辛基丁二酸磺酸钠6份,正十一醇0.8份。其中所述的精制生物油为稻壳快速热解液化所得生物油在1.2~1.3kPa下减压蒸馏收集的54~56℃的馏分;胶体石墨粉粒径为20~40nm;纳米二氧化钛粒径为80~100nm。
实施例3:
本发明为一种金属加工用环保型高水基切削液,由以下重量份数的原料组成:精制生物油20份,去离子水1000份,胶体石墨粉2份,纳米二氧化钛0.2份,亚硫酸钠10份,二辛基丁二酸磺酸钠12份,正十一醇6.8份。其中所述的精制生物油为玉米秸秆快速热解液化所得生物油在1.3~1.5kPa下减压蒸馏手机的60~62℃的馏分;胶体石墨粉粒径为30~40nm;纳米二氧化钛粒径为90~100nm。
需要指出的是,上述实施例并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不限于上述举例,本技术领域的技术人员,在本发明的实质范围内做出的改变,都应属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种金属加工用环保型高水基切削液,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:精制生物油5~20份,去离子水1000份,胶体石墨粉0.1~3份,纳米二氧化钛0.1~2份,亚硫酸钠10~50份,二辛基丁二酸磺酸钠5~20份,正十一醇0.6~8份;
所述的精制生物油为生物质快速热解液化所得生物油在1.2~1.5kPa下减压蒸馏收集的54~64℃的馏分;胶体石墨粉粒径为20~50nm;纳米二氧化钛粒径为80~120nm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属加工用环保型高水基切削液,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组成:精制生物油8份,去离子水1000份,胶体石墨粉0.2份,纳米二氧化钛0.5份,亚硫酸钠22份,二辛基丁二酸磺酸钠16份,正十一醇5.3份;
所述的精制生物油为玉米秸秆快速热解液化所得生物油在1.3~1.5kPa下减压蒸馏收集的60~62℃的馏分;胶体石墨粉粒径为30~40nm;纳米二氧化钛粒径为90~100nm。
