Abstract
本发明属于建筑涂料领域,尤其涉及一种隔热防水复合涂层用涂料及其施工工艺,包括防水层涂料和隔热层涂料,防水层涂料包括防水层液料、防水层粉料和无纺布,施工工艺包括前期准备和施工两个阶段,本发明中的施工工艺是在建筑物主体结构本身无损的情况下应用的,隔热防水复合涂层具有与建筑物寿命相同的防水年限,在日照的高温情况建筑物内部温度保持恒定,隔热层的作用不但降低房屋内的温度,还可以减少整个城市的热岛效应。相对于目前市面上的隔热防水涂料具有耐酸、耐碱、防腐、耐老化、隔热、延长建筑物寿命等独特的优点,翻修维护几率低、减少水电耗能、更节约、节能和环保。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑涂料领域,尤其涉及一种隔热防水复合涂层用涂料及其施工工艺。
背景技术
根据2014年中国建筑防水协会的统计,国内建筑物的漏水率高达95.33%,也就是几乎每栋建筑都存在不同程度的渗漏水。建筑渗漏率从高到低依次是楼层顶层(95%),居住房屋(63.6%),地下空间(57.4%)。顶层的渗漏主要集中在“顶层住户房屋顶板或侧墙”,主要为滴水模式;目前屋面所使用的防水材料致使防水年限远远达不到使用要求,无法与屋面100%粘接,再加上热胀冷缩的原因,形成的漏水点所渗进去的水在防水层下串流,产生漏水现象,而且很难找到真正的漏水点在哪,无法维修或整体更换。
另一方面,在整个国家大力提倡节能环保的大形势下,建筑物的隔热保暖性能已经被作为一个必要的建筑指标了,因此,建筑在做防水的同时,也需要进一步做隔热处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔热防水复合涂层用涂料及其施工工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种隔热防水复合涂层用涂料,其特征在于:包括防水层涂料和隔热层涂料,所述的防水层涂料是由下述重量份数的原料配制而成:
所述的防水层涂料包括防水层液料、防水层粉料和无纺布,所述防水层液料包括以下配料:苯丙乳液10份-30份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份-15份、苯乙烯10份-20份、丙烯酸2-乙基已酯10份-25份、丙烯酸丁酯10份-30份、乙烯类不饱和羧酸0.5份-5份、聚乙二醇1份-4份、过硫酸铵0.01份-3份、4-乙基-6叔丁基苯酚0.5份-5份、苯甲酸钠0.05份-4份、去离子水10份-60份、聚丙烯酰胺1份-3.5份;所述的防水层粉料包括以下配料:425硅酸盐水泥10份-55份、200目石英砂5份-60份、粉煤灰5份-35份、有机硅憎水粉0.5份-10份、羟丙基甲基纤维素0.01份-2份、陶土1份-10份、玻璃纤维0.5份-5份、硼酸盐性玻璃微珠3份-10份。
所述的隔热层涂料是由下述重量份数的原料配制而成:羟基丙烯酸树脂15份-55份、金红石型纳米二氧化钛15份-30份、BYK-110 0.05份-1.5份、聚氨酯树脂5份-35份、BYK-306 0.1份-0.8份、BYK-358 0.08份-1份、紫外光吸收剂0.3份-1.5份、有机锡0.01份-0.08份、纳米稀土六硼化物0.5份-8份、二甲苯5份-10份、醋酸丁酯3份-5份、环乙酮1份-3份、热反射粉3份-15份、色浆粘结剂0.1份-4份、聚氨酯固化剂5份-25份。
一种隔热防水复合涂层用涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防水层涂料中防水层液料制备方法包括以下步骤:在反应容器中加入10份-60份去离子水,将0.01份-3份的过硫酸铵溶于去离子水中,然后加入10份-30份苯丙乳液搅拌 8 ~ 12min,搅拌速度300 ~400 r/min,再在反应容器中同时加入5份-15份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、10份-20份苯乙烯、10份-25份丙烯酸2-乙基已酯、10份-30份丙烯酸丁酯、0.5份-5份乙烯类不饱和羧酸体,搅拌 1~ 1.5 h,搅拌速度300 ~ 400 r/min,然后加入1份-4份聚乙二醇后,搅拌速度调至 400~ 500 r/min,搅拌均匀, 加入0.05份-4份苯甲酸钠和0.5份-5份4-乙基-6叔丁基苯酚,将搅拌速度调至 5000 ~ 6000r/min,搅拌 30 ~ 50min,最后加入剩余的配料,继续搅拌2.5 ~ 3 h,5000 ~ 6000r/min,出料即得防水层液料。
防水层粉料制备方法包括以下步骤:10份-55份的425硅酸盐水泥加入到搅拌桶中,依次在搅拌桶加入5份-60份200目石英砂、5份-35份粉煤灰、0.5份-10份有机硅憎水粉,搅拌桶的搅拌速度300 ~ 450 r/min,搅拌 0.8 ~ 1.2 h,然后将1份-10份陶土、0.01份-2份羟丙基甲基纤维素、0.5份-5份玻璃纤维、3份-10份硼酸盐性玻璃微珠加入到搅拌桶中,搅拌速度300 ~ 450 r/min,搅拌0.5h,出料既得防水层粉料。
所述隔热层涂料制备方法包括以下步骤:分别对0.5份-8份纳米稀土六硼化物和3份-15份热反射粉进行真空干燥;将干燥后的0.5份-8份纳米稀土六硼化物加入到5份-10份二甲苯、3份-5份醋酸丁酯、1份-3份环乙酮溶剂中,再向混合溶液加入0.05份-1.5份BYK-110,并pH调节剂调节混合溶液的PH值9-13,在调制后的混合溶液中加入15份-55份羟基丙烯酸树脂、5份-35份聚氨酯树脂搅拌1h,搅拌的转速为300 ~ 450 r/min,制得初级分散液,向所述初级分散液中加入0.1份-0.8份BYK-306、0.08份-1份BYK-358、0.3份-1.5份紫外光吸收剂、0.01份-0.08份有机锡、15份-30份金红石型纳米二氧化钛,将上述溶液再放入球磨机球磨1.5h-3h,得到二级分散液; 将所述二级分散液和3份-15份热反射粉及0.1份-4份色浆粘结剂混合,继续用球磨机球磨6h一7h,得到所述隔热层涂料;聚氨酯固化剂,现场使用时按隔热层涂料,聚氨酯固化剂=19.8—25:1的配比搅拌后熟化0.5h使用。
一种隔热防水复合涂层的施工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,其中防水层在大气温度不低于5℃时施工,隔热层要求大气温度高于5℃,湿度85%以上情的况下施工;
步骤1),施工面基础处理
将施工面的旧防水层、混凝土浮浆物、松动砂浆和凸起物清理干净,将施工面上的裂缝采用V型切开处理,然后用防水砂浆对切开的V型切口做找平;对活动缝隙处,在活动缝隙的两边各5cm处涂刷调配好的第一底层防水层涂料,待第一底层防水层涂料完全干燥后,在活动缝隙上粘贴10cm宽度的弹性防水胶带并压实,养护2小时即可;在施工缝及阴阳角部分,用第一底层防水层涂料涂刷,并在第一底层防水层涂料粘贴上铺布30克—150克重的加筋无纺布;上述的第一底层防水层涂料按照0.5份-1.2份水、防水层液料0.3份-1.1份、防水层粉料1.8份-3.5 份的比例搅拌而成;对穿墙管与墙面阴角部位采用第二底层防水层涂料嵌缝处理,所述的第二底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.8份-1.5份、防水层粉料1.2份-3.6份的比例搅拌而成,然后养护2--6小时。施工面基础处理的作用是修复细小裂缝,较稀的涂料能够渗透到细小的裂缝中渗透生根,抓住地面增强粘结力的作用,使防水层涂布与防水基面充分粘结,起界面的作用。
步骤2),在步骤1养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布第三底层防水层涂料,所述的第三底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.3份-1.3份、防水层粉料0.8份-1.8份的比例搅拌而成,涂布之后养护6--12小时。
步骤3),在步骤2养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布第四底层防水层涂料,所述的第四底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.6份-1.2份、防水层粉料0.8份-2份的比例搅拌而成,然后在第四底层防水层涂料上铺无纺布,涂刷均匀、无纺布无褶皱、无漏涂、无堆积,然后养护6--12小时。
步骤4),在步骤3养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布第五底层防水层涂料,所述的第五底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.5份-1.5份、防水层粉料0.7份-1.6份的比例搅拌而成,然后养护6--12小时。
步骤5),在步骤4养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布第六底层防水层涂料,所述的第六底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.6份-1.2份、防水层粉料0.8份-2份的比例搅拌而成,然后在第六底层防水层涂料上铺无纺布,涂刷均匀、无纺布无褶皱、无漏涂、无堆积,然后养护6—12小时。
步骤6),在步骤5养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布中间防水层涂料,所述的中间防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.5份-1.5份、水0.1份-0.7份的比例搅拌而成,涂布之后养护72小时。
步骤7),步骤6养护好的防水层干燥后,含水率在低于5%,且其表面无孔洞、无裂缝、无划伤、无灰尘沾污、无异物的情况下涂布隔热层,将聚氨酯固化剂加入到隔热层涂料中,搅拌均匀后等待熟化15分钟方可使用,隔热层涂料使用毛滚滚涂,要求涂层颜色均匀、表面连续、无漏涂、无流坠、无气泡、无针孔,养护4—8小时。
步骤8),在步骤7养护好的施工面上,再次涂布隔热层涂料,这次使用毛滚滚涂或无气喷涂,要求涂层颜色均匀、表面连续、无漏涂、无流坠、无气泡、无针孔,养护4—8小时后施工完成。
更进一步优化,所述的隔热防水复合涂层总厚度为2.5—4mm。
本发明具有以下优点:
防水层涂料是由天然树脂高分子乳液、降解性聚烯烃抗接技高聚物、防老剂、多种助剂经特定工艺条件生产的水性浆状黏、稠、厚的粉料和金属矿物粉末粉料按一定比例,现场将两者按设计比例混合拌匀涂刷或涂刮。防水层涂料利用混凝土和水泥的自然相容性,在涂刷混凝土或砂浆基层、渗透和成膜后,形成带根带刺的无缝半刚半韧性连续弹性防水胶模。
隔热层涂料是由溶剂型聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂等热反射涂料组成,该涂料太阳热反射比为0.91,半球发射率为0.88,弥补了紫外线对水性防水层影响的缺陷,并能使因日照引起室内温度升高值变低。
本发明公开隔热防水复合涂层用涂料及其施工工艺,上述复合涂层是由防水涂层、隔热涂层组成,施工工艺包括前期准备和施工两个阶段。本发明中的施工工艺是在建筑物主体结构本身无损的情况下应用的,隔热防水复合涂层具有与建筑物寿命相同的防水年限,在日照的高温情况建筑物内部温度保持恒定,隔热层的作用不但降低房屋内的温度,还可以减少整个城市的热岛效应。相对于目前市面上的隔热防水涂料具有耐酸、耐碱、防腐、耐老化、隔热、延长建筑物寿命等独特的优点,翻修维护几率低、减少水电耗能、更节约、节能和环保。
具体实施方式
实施例1(某市粮食储备库面积4000㎡):
步骤1),拆除屋面及女儿墙上的SBS卷材,清理基面上的的多余杂物和油脂,确保基面干净牢固。对施工基面找平,固定好活动缝,施工面表层温度应高于5℃,低于35℃,然后在施工基面上涂布第一底层防水层涂料,第一底层防水层涂料按照1.2份水、防水层液料1.1份、防水层粉料3.5 份的比例搅拌而成,用板刷或滚筒均匀涂布,然后晾晒养护2个小时。此施工基面无穿墙管与墙面阴角部位需要处理。
步骤2),施工面表温应低于35℃时,在养护好的步骤1施工基面上涂布第三底层防水层涂料,第三底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料1.3份、防水层粉料1.8份的比例搅拌而成,涂布之后养护12小时,涂布后施工基面要求平整、无堆积、无漏涂。
步骤3),在步骤2养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布第四底层防水层涂料,所述的第四底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料1.2份、防水层粉料2份的比例搅拌而成,然后在第四底层防水层涂料上铺无纺布,要求施工基面涂刷均匀、无纺布无褶皱、凝固正常、无漏涂、无堆积,然后养护12小时。
步骤4),在步骤3养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布第五底层防水层涂料,所述的第五底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料1.5份、防水层粉料1.6份的比例搅拌而成,要求施工基面无气泡、无针孔、无流坠,然后养护12小时。
步骤5),当施工面表温高于5℃、低于35℃时,在步骤4养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布第六底层防水层涂料,所述的第六底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料1.2份、防水层粉料2份的比例搅拌而成,然后在第六底层防水层涂料上铺无纺布,涂刷均匀、无纺布无褶皱、无漏涂、无堆积,然后养护6--12小时。
步骤6),在施工面表温应高于5℃、低于35℃时,在步骤5养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布中间防水层涂料,所述的中间防水层涂料按照防水层液料1.5份、水0.7份的比例搅拌而成,用板刷涂布之后养护72小时,要求涂刷均匀、厚度正常、平整光滑、无漏布现象。
步骤7),在施工面表温高于5℃、低于35℃的情况下可进行隔热层施工,在步骤6养护好的防水层干燥后,含水率在低于5%,且其表面无孔洞、无裂缝、无划伤、无灰尘沾污、无异物的情况下涂布隔热层,将聚氨酯固化剂加入到隔热层涂料中,搅拌均匀后等待熟化15分钟方可使用,隔热层涂料使用毛滚滚涂,要求涂层颜色均匀、表面连续、无漏涂、无流坠、无气泡、无针孔,养护8小时。
步骤8),在步骤7养护好的施工面上,再次涂布隔热层涂料,这次使用喷涂机进行无气喷涂,要求涂层颜色均匀、表面连续、无漏涂、无流坠、无气泡、无针孔,养护8小时后施工完成。
对施工好的隔热防水复合涂层淋水8h或者蓄水48h试验检测。当大气温度38℃,经检验相对于未施工的同类型仓库对比,未使用本发明的仓库表温为70℃,仓库内温度为34℃;使用本发明的仓库表温为43度,仓内温度为27.5℃;未使用本发明的仓库顶部为两层SBS卷材防水,局部被风吹开,下面多空鼓;使用本发明的仓库表面无任何变化。
实施例2
在竹篾编制的直径20cm,高10cm的竹筐涂布隔热防水复合涂层,用防水层液料0.8份、防水层粉料0.7份的比例充分搅拌后用毛刷涂布在竹筐上涂刷,要求无气泡、无针孔、无流坠,然后养护9小时。然后再用防水层液料0.9份、水0.1份的比例充分搅拌后用毛刷涂布在竹筐上涂刷,要求涂刷均匀,养护72小时。隔热层涂料使用毛刷滚涂,要求涂层颜色均匀、表面连续、无漏涂、无流坠、无气泡、无针孔,养护72小时。
然后在这个竹筐中加水,连续不间断泡水、在水中养鱼,总时间超过12960小时,竹筐无渗漏、表层无变化。
本发明不受上述实例的限制,上述实例和说明书中的描述只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明配比和工艺还会有各种变化和改进,因本发明的使用或解决目前长效防水的问题在全国具有唯一性;这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内;并要求保护范围有所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

所述的隔热层涂料是由下述重量份数的原料配制而成:羟基丙烯酸树脂15份-55份、金红石型纳米二氧化钛15份-30份、BYK-110 0.05份-1.5份、聚氨酯树脂5份-35份、BYK-3060.1份-0.8份、BYK-358 0.08份-1份、紫外光吸收剂0.3份-1.5份、有机锡0.01份-0.08份、纳米稀土六硼化物0.5份-8份、二甲苯5份-10份、醋酸丁酯3份-5份、环乙酮1份-3份、热反射粉3份-15份、色浆粘结剂0.1份-4份、聚氨酯固化剂5份-25份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述隔热防水复合涂层用涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述防水层涂料中防水层液料制备方法包括以下步骤:在反应容器中加入10份-60份去离子水,将0.01份-3份的过硫酸铵溶于去离子水中,然后加入10份-30份苯丙乳液搅拌 8 ~ 12min,搅拌速度300 ~ 400 r/min,再在反应容器中同时加入5份-15份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、10份-20份苯乙烯、10份-25份丙烯酸2-乙基已酯、10份-30份丙烯酸丁酯、0.5份-5份乙烯类不饱和羧酸体,搅拌 1 ~ 1.5 h,搅拌速度300 ~ 400 r/min,然后加入1份-4份聚乙二醇后,搅拌速度调至 400 ~ 500 r/min,搅拌均匀, 加入0.05份-4份苯甲酸钠和0.5份-5份4-乙基-6叔丁基苯酚,将搅拌速度调至 5000 ~ 6000r/min,搅拌 30 ~ 50min,最后加入剩余的配料,继续搅拌 2.5 ~ 3 h,5000 ~ 6000r/min,出料即得防水层液料;

3.一种应用权利要求1所述涂料的涂布的隔热防水复合涂层施工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,其中防水层在大气温度不低于5℃时施工,隔热层要求大气温度高于5℃,湿度85%以上情的况下施工;
步骤1),施工面基础处理,
将施工面的旧防水层、混凝土浮浆物、松动砂浆和凸起物清理干净,将施工面上的裂缝采用V型切开处理,然后用防水砂浆对切开的V型切口做找平;对活动缝隙处,在活动缝隙的两边各5cm处涂刷调配好的第一底层防水层涂料,待第一底层防水层涂料完全干燥后,在活动缝隙上粘贴10cm宽度的弹性防水胶带并压实,养护2小时即可;在施工缝及阴阳角部分,用第一底层防水层涂料涂刷,并在第一底层防水层涂料粘贴上铺布30克—150克重的加筋无纺布;上述的第一底层防水层涂料按照0.5份-1.2份水、防水层液料0.3份-1.1份、防水层粉料1.8份-3.5 份的比例搅拌而成;对穿墙管与墙面阴角部位采用第二底层防水层涂料嵌缝处理,所述的第二底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.8份-1.5份、防水层粉料1.2份-3.6份的比例搅拌而成,然后养护2--6小时;
步骤2),在步骤1养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布第三底层防水层涂料,所述的第三底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.3份-1.3份、防水层粉料0.8份-1.8份的比例搅拌而成,涂布之后养护6--12小时;
步骤3),在步骤2养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布第四底层防水层涂料,所述的第四底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.6份-1.2份、防水层粉料0.8份-2份的比例搅拌而成,然后在第四底层防水层涂料上铺无纺布,涂刷均匀、无纺布无褶皱、无漏涂、无堆积,然后养护6--12小时;
步骤4),在步骤3养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布第五底层防水层涂料,所述的第五底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.5份-1.5份、防水层粉料0.7份-1.6份的比例搅拌而成,然后养护6--12小时;
步骤5),在步骤4养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布第六底层防水层涂料,所述的第六底层防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.6份-1.2份、防水层粉料0.8份-2份的比例搅拌而成,然后在第六底层防水层涂料上铺无纺布,涂刷均匀、无纺布无褶皱、无漏涂、无堆积,然后养护6--12小时;
步骤6),在步骤5养护好的施工面上用刮板或者板刷涂布中间防水层涂料,所述的中间防水层涂料按照防水层液料0.5份-1.5份、水0.1份-0.7份的比例搅拌而成,涂布之后养护72小时;
步骤7),步骤6养护好的防水层干燥后,含水率在低于5%,且其表面无孔洞、无裂缝、无划伤、无灰尘沾污、无异物的情况下涂布隔热层,将聚氨酯固化剂加入到隔热层涂料中,搅拌均匀后等待熟化15分钟方可使用,隔热层涂料使用毛滚滚涂,要求涂层颜色均匀、表面连续、无漏涂、无流坠、无气泡、无针孔,养护4--8小时;
步骤8),在步骤7养护好的施工面上,再次涂布隔热层涂料,这次使用毛滚滚涂或无气喷涂,要求涂层颜色均匀、表面连续、无漏涂、无流坠、无气泡、无针孔,养护4--8小时后施工完成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的涂料施工工艺,其特征在于:所述的隔热防水复合涂层总厚度为2.5—4mm。
