Abstract

本发明涉及一种塑胶包装膜,由外至内依次包括外防水层、粘结层以及内防水层,所述外防水层设于外侧,所述内防水层设于内侧,所述粘结层设置在外防水层和内防水层之间;所述外防水层为防水塑胶薄膜,且外防水层的外表面涂布有紫外线吸收层;所述粘结层由网纱和涂覆在网纱上的耐老化压敏粘结剂构成;所述内防水层为低密度聚乙烯薄膜,该低密度聚乙烯薄膜的内侧涂布有黑胶涂层。本发明可靠性好、防晒能力佳、防水能力强,隔热效果明显,能够有效保护被包装的物品。

一种塑胶包装膜
技术领域
本发明属于塑胶领域,具体涉及一种塑胶包装膜。
背景技术
塑胶的定义(美国塑料工业协会):主要由碳、氧、氢和氮及其他有机或无机元素所构成,成品为固体,在制造过程中是熔融状的液体,因此可以籍加热使其熔化、加压力使其流动、冷却使其固化,而形成各种形状,此庞大而变化多端的材料族群称为塑胶。
目前,部分物品在日光下曝晒的时间长,需要包装膜具有一定的耐用性,特别是防晒能力要好,而普通的塑胶包装膜透光性高,自身的防晒能力差,无法满足使用要求。
另外,现有的包装膜还存在一个问题,即其内外层容易脱开,导致包装膜出现损坏。
因此,提出一种塑胶包装膜是本发明所要研究的课题。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种塑胶包装膜,以解决现有包装膜防晒能力差、可靠性差等问题。
为实现前述申请目的,本申请采用的技术方案包括:一种塑胶包装膜,由外至内依次包括外防水层、粘结层以及内防水层,所述外防水层设于外侧,所述内防水层设于内侧,所述粘结层设置在外防水层和内防水层之间;所述外防水层为防水塑胶薄膜,且外防水层的外表面涂布有紫外线吸收层;所述粘结层由网纱和涂覆在网纱上的耐老化压敏粘结剂构成;所述内防水层为低密度聚乙烯薄膜,该低密度聚乙烯薄膜的内侧涂布有黑胶涂层。
进一步地,所述网纱为塑胶网纱。
进一步地,所述网纱为尼龙网纱。
进一步地,所述网纱为不锈钢网纱。
进一步地,所述外防水层。
进一步地,所述内防水层的内侧面还涂布有隔热层。
进一步地,所述黑胶涂层位于隔热层和低密度聚乙烯薄膜之间。
借由以上的技术方案,本申请的有益效果在于:本发明可靠性好、防晒能力佳、防水能力强,隔热效果明显,能够有效保护被包装的物品。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种塑胶包装膜
参见附图1-2,由外至内依次包括外防水层1、粘结层2以及内防水层3,所述外防水层1设于外侧,所述内防水层3设于内侧,所述粘结层2设置在外防水层1和内防水层3之间;所述外防水层1为防水塑胶薄膜,且外防水层1的外表面涂布有紫外线吸收层10;所述粘结层2由网纱20和涂覆在网纱20上的耐老化压敏粘结剂21构成;所述内防水层3为低密度聚乙烯薄膜,该低密度聚乙烯薄膜的内侧涂布有黑胶涂层30。
其中,所述网纱20可以为塑胶网纱、尼龙网纱或者不锈钢网纱。
另外,所述内防水层3的内侧面还涂布有隔热层31,所述黑胶涂层30位于隔热层31和低密度聚乙烯薄膜之间。

1.一种塑胶包装膜,其特征在于:由外至内依次包括外防水层、粘结层以及内防水层,所述外防水层设于外侧,所述内防水层设于内侧,所述粘结层设置在外防水层和内防水层之间;所述外防水层为防水塑胶薄膜,且外防水层的外表面涂布有紫外线吸收层;所述粘结层由网纱和涂覆在网纱上的耐老化压敏粘结剂构成;所述内防水层为低密度聚乙烯薄膜,该低密度聚乙烯薄膜的内侧涂布有黑胶涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶包装膜,其特征在于:所述网纱为塑胶网纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶包装膜,其特征在于:所述网纱为尼龙网纱。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶包装膜,其特征在于:所述网纱为不锈钢网纱。
5.根据权利要求4所述的塑胶包装膜,其特征在于:所述外防水层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶包装膜,其特征在于:所述内防水层的内侧面还涂布有隔热层。
7.根据权利要求6所述的塑胶包装膜,其特征在于:所述黑胶涂层位于隔热层和低密度聚乙烯薄膜之间。
