背景技术
目前,普通的床垫、枕芯多采用普通乳胶制成,因此其透气性和弹性都较差,因此长期使用容易发霉变质。部分厂家采用高分子材料作为枕芯,该高分子材料虽然具有均匀的空隙结构,但是空隙间隔大,透气效果不佳,长时间使用后会有异味产生。同时由于人们对于居住生活质量的提高,因此对于乳胶垫也进一步提出了更多的要求,如抗菌性。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种抗菌乳胶垫,使得乳胶垫不仅透气性好、成本低,而且还具有抗菌的性能。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种抗菌乳胶垫,所述乳胶垫的表面通过粘合剂复合有抗菌纤维层,所述乳胶垫按重量份包括天然乳胶50-60份,人造乳胶40-50份,中药添加剂5-10份,促进剂1-5份,硫化剂1-5份,发泡剂1-2份,抗氧化剂1-2份,所述抗菌纤维层由抗菌纤维丝编织而成,该抗菌纤维丝按重量份包括锦纶70-80份,涤纶20-30份,粘胶纤维10-15份,氟化碳5-10份,抗菌剂1-5份,其中抗菌剂按重量份包括氧化银20-30份,有机硅季铵盐30-40份,异噻唑啉酮10-15份,膨润土1-5份,稀土1-5份。

一种抗菌乳胶垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:制备抗菌剂,将氧化银20-30份,膨润土1-5份和稀土1-5份,按重量比放入至反应炉中进行加热,加热温度为300-350℃,待熔融后冷却至室温,然后研磨成颗粒,接着放入有机硅季铵盐30-40份,异噻唑啉酮10-15份,搅拌均匀即得抗菌剂;
第二步:制备抗菌纤维层,将锦纶70-80份,涤纶20-30份,粘胶纤维10-15份,氟化碳5-10份,抗菌剂1-5份放入至反应釜中进行熔融反应,在温度为220-240℃下反应2h,反应结束后通入螺杆挤出机中挤出并造粒,得到抗菌纤维丝母粒;接着将抗菌纤维丝母粒送入熔融纺丝机料斗中,由喷丝头喷出,经过侧风冷却后由卷绕装置卷绕至筒芯上,得到抗菌纤维丝,最后通过编织得到抗菌纤维层;
第三步,制备粘合剂,将聚醋酸乙烯酯50份,聚丙烯20份,聚乙烯醇10份以及氨基丙烯酸10份混合均匀,边加水边搅拌,当粘度达到2000CP时停止加水,然后继续搅拌30min后得到粘合剂;
第四步,制备乳胶垫,先按党参2份,灵芝2份,菊花8份,茉莉花10份,芦荟8份,黄芪10份,枸杞10份,百合10份,薄荷10份,银杏叶5份,绿茶15份,艾草10份进行称重,然后研磨成颗粒,得到中药添加剂,接着往搅拌机中依次加入天然乳胶50-60份,人造乳胶40-50份,中药添加剂5-10份,促进剂1-5份,硫化剂1-5份,发泡剂1-2份,抗氧化剂1-2份进行搅拌混合,制成乳胶材料,其中搅拌机的转速为1200转/min,搅拌时间为20min,然后经过发泡、注塑、蒸煮、冷却得到乳胶垫,最后在乳胶垫的表面通过粘合剂复合上抗菌纤维层即得到抗菌乳胶垫。

所述抗菌剂中的氧化银为无机抗菌剂,有机硅季铵盐和异噻唑啉酮为有机抗菌剂,膨润土和稀土则作为无机物与有机物之间的桥接作用,使得无机抗菌剂和有机抗菌剂可以共同作用,起到协同作用。其中有机硅季铵盐是一类综合性能较理想的抗菌剂。此抗菌剂整理织物时不需要高温烘焙,一般烘干后就可产生持久的抗菌效果。整理后的织物不仅具有优良的抗菌性能,而且还具备良好的吸水吸汗性、柔软性、平滑性、回弹性、防静电性和抗污染性。其杀菌机理是以有机硅作为媒介,将具有杀菌性能的铵阳离子基团强有力地吸附于细菌的表面,改变细菌细胞壁的通透性,使菌体内的酶、辅酶和代谢中间产物溢出,致使微生物停止呼吸功能而致死,从而达到杀菌、抑菌的作用。另外异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂是一种杂环结构,其杀菌原理主要依靠杂环上的活性部分破坏细菌细胞内的DNA分子,使细菌失去活性。异噻唑啉酮与微生物接触后,能迅速地不可逆地抑制其生长,从而导致微生物细胞的死亡,故对常见细菌、真菌、藻类等具有很强的抑制和杀灭作用。杀生效率高,降解性好,具有不产生残留、操作安全、配伍性好、稳定性强、使用成本低等特点。
所述粘合剂中为水性粘合剂,其中聚醋酸乙烯酯和氨基丙烯酸作为黏性物主体,聚丙烯则用于提高粘结强度,聚乙烯醇作为乳化剂用于改善乳浊液中各种构成相之间的表面张力,使之形成均匀稳定的分散体系或乳浊液的物质。
本发明得到的一种抗菌乳胶垫及其制备方法,其通过在乳胶垫的表面通过粘合剂复合有抗菌纤维层,从而使得该抗菌乳胶垫不仅具有乳胶原有的良好透气性、回弹性,而且还具有抗菌纤维层所带来的抗菌性以及耐磨性,使得使用时间更长,对人体健康更为有益。
具体实施方式
以下描述用于揭露本发明以使本领域技术人员能够实现本发明。以下描述中的优选实施例只作为举例,本领域技术人员可以想到其他显而易见的变型。
实施例1:
本实施例提供的一种抗菌乳胶垫,所述乳胶垫的表面通过粘合剂复合有抗菌纤维层,所述乳胶垫按重量份包括天然乳胶50份,人造乳胶40份,中药添加剂5份,促进剂1份,硫化剂1份,发泡剂1份,抗氧化剂1份,所述抗菌纤维层由抗菌纤维丝编织而成,该抗菌纤维丝按重量份包括锦纶70份,涤纶20份,粘胶纤维10份,氟化碳5份,抗菌剂1份,其中抗菌剂按重量份包括氧化银20份,有机硅季铵盐30份,异噻唑啉酮10份,膨润土1份,稀土1份。
所述粘合剂按重量份包括为聚醋酸乙烯酯50份,聚丙烯20份,聚乙烯醇10份以及氨基丙烯酸10份。
所述中药添加剂按重量份包括党参2份,灵芝2份,菊花8份,茉莉花10份,芦荟8份,黄芪10份,枸杞10份,百合10份,薄荷10份,银杏叶5份,绿茶15份,艾草10份。
一种抗菌乳胶垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:制备抗菌剂,将氧化银20份,膨润土1份和稀土1份,按重量比放入至反应炉中进行加热,加热温度为300℃,待熔融后冷却至室温,然后研磨成颗粒,接着放入有机硅季铵盐30份,异噻唑啉酮10份,搅拌均匀即得抗菌剂;
第二步:制备抗菌纤维层,将锦纶70份,涤纶20份,粘胶纤维10份,氟化碳5份,抗菌剂1份放入至反应釜中进行熔融反应,在温度为220-240℃下反应2h,反应结束后通入螺杆挤出机中挤出并造粒,得到抗菌纤维丝母粒;接着将抗菌纤维丝母粒送入熔融纺丝机料斗中,由喷丝头喷出,经过侧风冷却后由卷绕装置卷绕至筒芯上,得到抗菌纤维丝,最后通过编织得到抗菌纤维层;
第三步,制备粘合剂,将聚醋酸乙烯酯50份,聚丙烯20份,聚乙烯醇10份以及氨基丙烯酸10份混合均匀,边加水边搅拌,当粘度达到2000CP时停止加水,然后继续搅拌30min后得到粘合剂;
第四步,制备乳胶垫,先按党参2份,灵芝2份,菊花8份,茉莉花10份,芦荟8份,黄芪10份,枸杞10份,百合10份,薄荷10份,银杏叶5份,绿茶15份,艾草10份进行称重,然后研磨成颗粒,得到中药添加剂,接着往搅拌机中依次加入天然乳胶50份,人造乳胶40份,中药添加剂5份,促进剂1份,硫化剂1份,发泡剂1份,抗氧化剂1份进行搅拌混合,制成乳胶材料,其中搅拌机的转速为1200转/min,搅拌时间为20min,然后经过发泡、注塑、蒸煮、冷却得到乳胶垫,最后在乳胶垫的表面通过粘合剂复合上抗菌纤维层即得到抗菌乳胶垫。
将本实施例制得的乳胶垫进行抗菌性能测试,根据JISZ 2801-2000《抗菌加工制品-抗菌性试验方法和抗菌效果》,其抗菌性为99.93%。
实施例2:
本实施例提供的一种抗菌乳胶垫及其制备方法大致与实施例1相同,其不同点在于所述乳胶垫按重量份包括天然乳胶60份,人造乳胶50份,中药添加剂10份,促进剂5份,硫化剂5份,发泡剂2份,抗氧化剂2份。
将本实施例制得的乳胶垫进行抗菌性能测试,根据JISZ 2801-2000《抗菌加工制品-抗菌性试验方法和抗菌效果》,其抗菌性为99.95%。
实施例3:
本实施例提供的一种抗菌乳胶垫及其制备方法大致与实施例1相同,其不同点在于,所述抗菌纤维丝按重量份包括锦纶80份,涤纶30份,粘胶纤维15份,氟化碳10份,抗菌剂5份。
将本实施例制得的乳胶垫进行抗菌性能测试,根据JISZ 2801-2000《抗菌加工制品-抗菌性试验方法和抗菌效果》,其抗菌性为99.92%。
实施例4:
本实施例提供的一种抗菌乳胶垫及其制备方法大致与实施例1相同,其不同点在于所述抗菌剂按重量份包括氧化银30份,有机硅季铵盐40份,异噻唑啉酮15份,膨润土5份,稀土5份。
将本实施例制得的乳胶垫进行抗菌性能测试,根据JISZ 2801-2000《抗菌加工制品-抗菌性试验方法和抗菌效果》,其抗菌性为99.98%。

Claims (4)

1.一种抗菌乳胶垫,其特征在于:所述乳胶垫的表面通过粘合剂复合有抗菌纤维层,所述乳胶垫按重量份包括天然乳胶50-60份,人造乳胶40-50份,中药添加剂5-10份,促进剂1-5份,硫化剂1-5份,发泡剂1-2份,抗氧化剂1-2份,所述抗菌纤维层由抗菌纤维丝编织而成,该抗菌纤维丝按重量份包括锦纶70-80份,涤纶20-30份,粘胶纤维10-15份,氟化碳5-10份,抗菌剂1-5份,其中抗菌剂按重量份包括氧化银20-30份,有机硅季铵盐30-40份,异噻唑啉酮10-15份,膨润土1-5份,稀土1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌乳胶垫,其特征在于:所述粘合剂按重量份包括为聚醋酸乙烯酯50份,聚丙烯20份,聚乙烯醇10份以及氨基丙烯酸10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌乳胶垫,其特征在于:所述中药添加剂按重量份包括党参2份,灵芝2份,菊花8份,茉莉花10份,芦荟8份,黄芪10份,枸杞10份,百合10份,薄荷10份,银杏叶5份,绿茶15份,艾草10份。
4.一种如权利要求1-3所述的抗菌乳胶垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步:制备抗菌剂,将氧化银20-30份,膨润土1-5份和稀土1-5份,按重量比放入至反应炉中进行加热,加热温度为300-350℃,待熔融后冷却至室温,然后研磨成颗粒,接着放入有机硅季铵盐30-40份,异噻唑啉酮10-15份,搅拌均匀即得抗菌剂;
第二步:制备抗菌纤维层,将锦纶70-80份,涤纶20-30份,粘胶纤维10-15份,氟化碳5-10份,抗菌剂1-5份放入至反应釜中进行熔融反应,在温度为220-240℃下反应2h,反应结束后通入螺杆挤出机中挤出并造粒,得到抗菌纤维丝母粒;接着将抗菌纤维丝母粒送入熔融纺丝机料斗中,由喷丝头喷出,经过侧风冷却后由卷绕装置卷绕至筒芯上,得到抗菌纤维丝,最后通过编织得到抗菌纤维层;
第三步,制备粘合剂,将聚醋酸乙烯酯50份,聚丙烯20份,聚乙烯醇10份以及氨基丙烯酸10份混合均匀,边加水边搅拌,当粘度达到2000CP时停止加水,然后继续搅拌30min后得到粘合剂;
第四步,制备乳胶垫,先按党参2份,灵芝2份,菊花8份,茉莉花10份,芦荟8份,黄芪10份,枸杞10份,百合10份,薄荷10份,银杏叶5份,绿茶15份,艾草10份进行称重,然后研磨成颗粒,得到中药添加剂,接着往搅拌机中依次加入天然乳胶50-60份,人造乳胶40-50份,中药添加剂5-10份,促进剂1-5份,硫化剂1-5份,发泡剂1-2份,抗氧化剂1-2份进行搅拌混合,制成乳胶材料,其中搅拌机的转速为1200转/min,搅拌时间为20min,然后经过发泡、注塑、蒸煮、冷却得到乳胶垫,最后在乳胶垫的表面通过粘合剂复合上抗菌纤维层即得到抗菌乳胶垫。
