Abstract

本发明公开了一种自扩张式血管支架,包括弹性分环和连接杆,多个弹性分环通过连接杆依次连接组成管状结构;一种用于安装自扩张式血管支架的安装装置,包括导丝、球囊和连接丝,球囊固定设置在导丝的前端,血管支架设置在球囊的外侧,球囊上设置有多个通孔,连接丝的内端与导丝固定连接,连接丝的外端与血管支架的内侧面连接;一种自扩张式血管支架的安装方法,通过血管支架本身的弹性实现在血管内自扩张;本发明一种自扩张式血管支架、安装装置及其安装方法通过血管支架本身的弹性实现在血管内自扩张,不需要通过安装装置的球囊对其持续施加向外的作用力,能够加快安装速度,减少安装装置在体内的停留时间,缩短手术时间。

Description

一种自扩张式血管支架、安装装置及其安装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及一种自扩张式血管支架、安装装置及其安装方法。
背景技术
血管支架是指在管腔球囊扩张成形的基础上,在病变段置入内支架以达到支撑狭窄闭塞段血管,减少血管弹性回缩及再塑形,保持管腔血流通畅的目的。血管支架按照在血管内展开的方式分可分为自展式和球囊扩张式两种。前者如Z型支架及网眼状的支架等,其可在血管内自行扩张。后者自身无弹性,依靠球囊扩张到一定径值而贴附于血管内。血管支架按照表面处理情况分可分为裸露型、涂层型和覆膜型。裸露型表面仅作抛光处理;涂层型在金属表面涂以肝素、氧化钛等物质;覆膜型即在金属支架外表覆以可降解或不可降解的聚合物薄膜。血管支架按照功能分可分为单纯支撑型支架和治疗型支架,治疗型支架包括在支架外表涂带药物或利用支架外的覆膜携带治疗物质的支架或放射性支架。
现阶段的大部分血管支架均为需要通过球囊对其施加向外的作用力,从而使其半径增大,达到支撑血管的目的,其操作安装不便,需要耗费较多的手术时间,且可能出现血管支架弹性丧失的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种自扩张式血管支架、安装装置及其安装方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种自扩张式血管支架,包括弹性分环和连接杆,多个所述弹性分环通过所述连接杆依次连接组成管状结构;
所述弹性分环包括长杆和U型弹性转接头,所述长杆的两端分别与两个所述U型弹性转接头固定连接,所述U型弹性转接头的两端分别与两个所述长杆固定连接,多个所述长杆和所述U型弹性转接头依次连接组成Z型结构。
具体地,相邻的两个所述长杆之间的夹角为锐角,所述长杆在所述管状结构的轴向剖面上的投影为直线,所述长杆在所述管状结构的径向剖面上的投影为弧线,所述长杆与所述管状结构的外弧面重合。
具体地,所述连接杆的两端分别与两个相邻的所述弹性分环的U型弹性转接头的外弧面固定连接。
优选地,所述长杆、所述U型弹性转接头和所述连接杆均为超弹性镍钛记忆合金Nitinol材料。
一种用于安装所述自扩张式血管支架的安装装置,包括导丝、球囊和连接丝,所述球囊固定设置在所述导丝的前端,所述血管支架设置在所述球囊的外侧,所述球囊上设置有多个通孔,所述连接丝的内端与所述导丝固定连接,所述连接丝的外端与所述血管支架的内侧面连接。
具体地,所述连接丝与所述导丝的连接强度大于所述连接丝与所述血管支架的连接强度。
一种自扩张式血管支架的安装方法,包括以下步骤,
S1、确定需要使用的自扩张式血管支架的类型;
S2、将选用的血管支架压缩,使其处于未扩张状态,并将其通过连接丝固定于球囊外侧;
S3、在需要安装血管支架的部位附近微创开口,将导丝通过微创开口将血管支架送至安装位置;
S4、控制球囊膨胀,使其体积增大,当球囊的厚度不小于连接丝的长度时,连接丝外端与血管支架分离;
S5、停止球囊膨胀,将安装装置从血管内移出。
S6、血管支架失去连接丝的拉力,U型弹性转接头在弹力的作用下使与其连接的长杆之间的夹角增大,从而使得弹性分环的半径增大,扩张至达到支撑血管的内壁后停止,完成安装。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明一种自扩张式血管支架、安装装置及其安装方法通过血管支架本身的弹性实现在血管内自扩张,不需要通过安装装置的球囊对其持续施加向外的作用力,能够加快安装速度,减少安装装置在体内的停留时间,缩短手术时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明一种自扩张式血管支架,包括弹性分环1和连接杆2,多个弹性分环1通过连接杆2依次连接组成管状结构;弹性分环1包括长杆3和U型弹性转接头4,长杆3的两端分别与两个U型弹性转接头4固定连接,U型弹性转接头4的两端分别与两个长杆3固定连接,多个长杆3和U型弹性转接头4依次连接组成Z型结构,相邻的两个长杆3之间的夹角为锐角,长杆3在管状结构的轴向剖面上的投影为直线,长杆3在管状结构的径向剖面上的投影为弧线,长杆3与管状结构的外弧面重合,连接杆2的两端分别与两个相邻的弹性分环1的U型弹性转接头4的外弧面固定连接,长杆3、U型弹性转接头4和连接杆2均为超弹性镍钛记忆合金Nitinol材料。
一种用于安装自扩张式血管支架的安装装置,包括导丝5、球囊6和连接丝7,球囊6固定设置在导丝5的前端,血管支架设置在球囊6的外侧,球囊6上设置有多个通孔8,连接丝7的内端与导丝5固定连接,连接丝7的外端与血管支架的内侧面连接,连接丝7与导丝5的连接强度大于连接丝7与血管支架的连接强度。
一种自扩张式血管支架的安装方法,确定需要使用的自扩张式血管支架的类型;将选用的血管支架压缩,使其处于未扩张状态,并将其通过连接丝7固定于球囊6外侧,通过连接丝7对血管支架时间向内的作用力,避免其扩张;在需要安装血管支架的部位附近微创开口,将导丝5通过微创开口将血管支架送至安装位置;控制球囊6膨胀,使其体积增大,当球囊6的厚度不小于连接丝7的长度时,连接丝7外端的连接强度低于内端的连接强度,从而使得连接丝7外端与血管支架分离,停止球囊6膨胀,将安装装置从血管内移出,血管支架失去连接丝7的拉力,U型弹性转接头4在弹力的作用下使与其连接的长杆3之间的夹角增大,从而使得弹性分环1的半径增大,扩张至达到支撑血管的内壁后停止,完成安装。
本发明的技术方案不限于上述具体实施例的限制,凡是根据本发明的技术方案做出的技术变形,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种自扩张式血管支架,其特征在于:包括弹性分环和连接杆,多个所述弹性分环通过所述连接杆依次连接组成管状结构;
所述弹性分环包括长杆和U型弹性转接头,所述长杆的两端分别与两个所述U型弹性转接头固定连接,所述U型弹性转接头的两端分别与两个所述长杆固定连接,多个所述长杆和所述U型弹性转接头依次连接组成Z型结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自扩张式血管支架,其特征在于:相邻的两个所述长杆之间的夹角为锐角,所述长杆在所述管状结构的轴向剖面上的投影为直线,所述长杆在所述管状结构的径向剖面上的投影为弧线,所述长杆与所述管状结构的外弧面重合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自扩张式血管支架,其特征在于:所述连接杆的两端分别与两个相邻的所述弹性分环的U型弹性转接头的外弧面固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自扩张式血管支架,其特征在于:所述长杆、所述U型弹性转接头和所述连接杆均为超弹性镍钛记忆合金Nitinol材料。
5.一种用于安装权利要求1所述的一种自扩张式血管支架的安装装置,其特征在于:包括导丝、球囊和连接丝,所述球囊固定设置在所述导丝的前端,所述血管支架设置在所述球囊的外侧,所述球囊上设置有多个通孔,所述连接丝的内端与所述导丝固定连接,所述连接丝的外端与所述血管支架的内侧面连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种自扩张式血管支架,其特征在于:所述连接丝与所述导丝的连接强度大于所述连接丝与所述血管支架的连接强度。
7.一种自扩张式血管支架的安装方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
S1、确定需要使用的自扩张式血管支架的类型;
S2、将选用的血管支架压缩,使其处于未扩张状态,并将其通过连接丝固定于球囊外侧;
