本发明涉及食品加工技术,尤其涉及一种富含欧米伽3的营养燕麦片的加工工艺。
背景技术
欧米伽3(ω-3)是人体必需脂肪酸,是心脏、视网膜、大脑的的主要脂肪组分,自身不能合成,必需在食物中摄取,而现代人类食物结构中含有欧米伽3不饱和脂肪酸的食品非常稀少,因此在饮食中应注意含有欧米伽3脂肪酸的食物。欧米伽3主要来源深海鱼油藻油或者橄榄油,亚麻籽、紫苏等,主要组成份欧米伽3不饱和脂肪酸(EPA、DHA),欧米伽3促进中性或酸性胆固醇自粪排出,抑制肝内脂质及脂蛋白合成,能降低血浆中胆固醇、甘油三酯、LDL、VLDL,增加 HDL,调节血脂,清理血栓,防止血液凝固,预防脑血栓、脑溢血及中风。营养大脑、改善记忆。而且也是最适合人体吸收的主要来源。
欧米伽 3在人体内自身不能合成,主要来源于一日三餐的植物油供给,而传统的营养油中含量很低,造成日常的摄入量严重不足,人们致力于提取原料中的ω-3并将其添加到食品或保健品中。
