本发明公开了一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,采用加硒基础日粮、复方中药饲料添加剂和生长补充饲料添加剂通过合理的搭配喂养孔雀,为孔雀的不同生长期间提供不同的营养物质,实现了孔雀的标准化养殖,提高了孔雀肉的营养成分及硒含量。所述加硒基础日粮由金丝雀虉草籽油、植物乳杆菌、菜籽饼、玉米粉、椰糠粉、贝壳粉、黄粉虫粉、复合氨基酸、空心莲子草、鱼腥草、甘草叶、桑树叶、苹果皮、桔皮粉、磷酸氢钙、氯化胆碱、食盐、硒代胱氨酸、脱脂乳粉和硒代蛋氨酸组成。

本发明涉及动物养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法。
背景技术
孔雀,属鸡形目,雉科,又名为越鸟,东南亚东印度群岛和南亚印度产的一种大型的陆栖雉类,有羽冠,雄的尾毛很长,展开时像扇子。孔雀有三种,绿孔雀和蓝孔雀属于该属,而刚果孔雀单独成属。
孔雀是百鸟之王。蓝孔雀的全身都是宝,有着广阔的开发前景,绿孔雀属国家一级保护动物,严禁捕杀。蓝孔雀属非保护动物,可以饲养食用。白孔雀是蓝孔雀变异。
蓝孔雀是国家鼓励养殖的集观赏、食用、保健于一身的养殖珍禽。蓝孔雀肉是高蛋白低脂肪低胆固醇的野味珍品,营养价值高,肉味鲜美,有“水中老鳖,禽中孔雀”之说。孔雀肉营养种类齐全,富含各种微量元素,氨基酸配比接近国际粮农组织及世界卫生组织推荐的理想模式,是优质蛋白质,肉质瘦,其脂肪、胆固醇、热量指标均优于普通禽类、兽类及淡水鱼,达到美国新食品标准法规定的极瘦肉类标准。孔雀骨骼的骨钙含量高,钙磷比优于牛奶,钙磷比接近人奶,是优质补钙营养源。
由于蓝孔雀兼具极高的装饰欣赏价值及食用保健价值,使得目前孔雀在国内外市场十分畅销,而现有的蓝孔雀人工群养技术中,使用的饲料营养供应不足,导致孔雀的免疫力低,不能有效地预防疾病的发生。
硒是人体和动物的必需元素,硒不能在人体内合成,必须由人体摄入。因此,为了保障人体健康、防治有关疾病,开发富硒产品十分重要,人的补硒最佳方式是补充天然富硒食品。近年研究开发富硒农产品生产技术,主要为富硒作物产品,富硒动物产品较少。目前在饲料生产中常添加亚硒酸钠作为硒补充剂,亚硒酸钠为无机硒,其生物利用率低,容易再次排放到环境体系中,对环境造成污染,且安全范围小,使用不当极易引起动物机体中毒。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,采用一种绿色健康的富硒饲料饲喂蓝孔雀,加入的添加剂成分可提高蓝孔雀的抵抗力、营养价值,改善蓝孔雀的生长性能。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)雏鸟出壳后24小时饮水,水温22~24℃,以后每天下降1℃,水内加入1~2%葡萄糖和抗生素;
(2)育雏期:1-3月龄,将加硒基础日粮40~52份、复方中药饲料添加剂8~12份、生长补充饲料添加剂28~36份混合饲喂,每天喂3~4次,共50~120g;
(3)生长期:2~8月龄,将加硒基础日粮50~65份、复方中药饲料添加剂12~15份、生长补充饲料添加剂18~20份混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共200-250g;
(4)成年期:8~20月龄,将加硒基础日粮50~60份、复方中药饲料添加剂15~20份、生长补充饲料添加剂15~20份混合饲喂,每天喂2~3次,共250-280g;
(5)繁殖期:20月龄以上,将加硒基础日粮45~50份、复方中药饲料添加剂20~30份、生长补充饲料添加剂10~20份混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共250~300g;
所述加硒基础日粮:金丝雀虉草籽油3~9份、植物乳杆菌0.1~0.3份、菜籽饼50~60份、玉米粉25~30份、椰糠粉10~15份、贝壳粉20~25份、黄粉虫粉3~4份、复合氨基酸4~6份、空心莲子草6~10份、鱼腥草4~6份、甘草叶2~4份、桑树叶4~5份、苹果皮8~10份、桔皮粉6~7份、磷酸氢钙15~18份、氯化胆碱4.5~6.5份、食盐10~12份、硒代胱氨酸4~6份、脱脂乳粉15~20份和硒代蛋氨酸4~6份。
所述复方中药饲料添加剂为:连翅、甘草、苍术、党参、白术、女贞子、炒神曲、黄芪、山楂、刺五加、艾叶、淫羊藿、蒲公英、何首乌、杜仲、茯苓、麦芽、小茴香、大料、大蒜、木香、花椒、维生素C、八角素、酵母、干姜各1~3重量份配伍组成,粉碎研磨后经发酵添加到饲料中。
所述生长补充饲料添加剂:姜黄素10~20重量份、绿豆粉15~20重量份、墨鱼粉15~20重量份、芋头粉15~20重量份、蛋氨酸硒1~3重量份、L-赖氨酸硫酸盐3~12重量份、L-蛋氨酸3~12重量份、L-苏氨酸1~6重量份。
所述金丝雀虉草籽油的制备:超声粉碎处理,时间为20~40min,超声功率为200~300W,超声温度为40~60℃;粉碎后酶解,所用的酶制剂为纤维素酶2.4L、加酶量为5%、料液比1:6(w/v)、酶解温度55℃、酶解时间3h、酶解过程用2mol/L的NaOH溶液调整pH=8~9;酶解结束后进行离心操作(4500r/min、20min),离心后除去残渣,将游离油、乳状液和水解液倒入分液漏斗中,分离得到游离油和乳状液,冷冻过夜,融化、离心(10000r/min、4℃、15min),分离得到游离油,将收集的游离油放置在棕色玻璃瓶中,放于冰箱冷冻。

本发明涉及一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,加硒基础日粮加入的金丝雀虉草籽油富含大量的蛋白质和脂肪,孔雀通过食用吸收其营养物质,提高孔雀的营养价值。
本发明使用的植物乳杆菌中的乳酸菌能进一步降解,并把有效蛋白质作为营养源,发酵产生各种有机酸,可降低胃肠道pH值,抑制病原菌的繁殖,同时促进益生菌繁殖;有机酸可直接刺激口腔味蕾,增强食欲,由于其具有芳香味,可改善饲料的适口性,促进仔猪生长;丙酸具有良好的防止饲料发霉、腐败的作用。
本发明中药饲料添加剂对孔雀能增强免疫能力和提高成活率;改善孔雀的肉质,提高碳水化合物和蛋白质含量、降低脂肪含量;中药发酵后能增加孔雀体内有益菌,同时能提高药效,对促进孔雀生长、调节免疫功能、提高抑菌及抗病毒有积极作用。
本发明生长补充饲料添加剂中的姜黄素具有改善家禽生产性能、提高免疫力的作用,可提高孔雀的日增重量,姜黄素通过刺激肠道消化酶的产生或增强消化酶活性来提高饲粮消化率,从而促进孔雀的生长;添加姜黄素可以显著提高孔雀胸腺指数脾脏指数、抗体和总蛋白水平;姜黄素还具有改善肉色和保鲜度、提高肌肉营养价值的功能;强抗氧化性的姜黄素可以很好地避免肌红蛋白过度的氧化,也防止了鲜肉中肌肉细胞过快的氧化坏死;姜黄素利用其对于孔雀脂肪代谢和沉积的重要调控作用,改善了孔雀肉中的营养价值。
本发明所用富硒饲料配方科学、合理,有效地避免了亚硒酸钠作为硒补充剂所带来的危害,实现了孔雀的标准化养殖,提高了孔雀肉的营养成分及硒含量。

一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)雏鸟出壳后24小时饮水,水温23℃,以后每天下降1℃,水内加入1.5%葡萄糖和抗生素;
(2)育雏期:1~3月龄,将加硒基础日粮46份、复方中药饲料添加剂10份、生长补充饲料添加剂32份混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共85g;
(3)生长期:2~8月龄,将加硒基础日粮57.5份、复方中药饲料添加剂13.5份、生长补充饲料添加剂19份混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共225g;
(4)成年期:8~20月龄,将加硒基础日粮55份、复方中药饲料添加剂17.5份、生长补充饲料添加剂17.5份混合饲喂,每天喂2次,共265g;
(5)繁殖期:20月龄以上,将加硒基础日粮47.5份、复方中药饲料添加剂25份、生长补充饲料添加剂15份混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共275g;
本实施例一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,所述加硒基础日粮为:金丝雀虉草籽油6份、植物乳杆菌0.2份、菜籽饼55份、玉米粉27.5份、椰糠粉12.5份、贝壳粉22.5份、黄粉虫粉3.5份、复合氨基酸5份、空心莲子草8份、鱼腥草5份、甘草叶3份、桑树叶4.5份、苹果皮9份、桔皮粉6.5份、磷酸氢钙16.5份、氯化胆碱5.5份、食盐11份、硒代胱氨酸5份、脱脂乳粉17.5份和硒代蛋氨酸5份。

上面提及的金丝雀虉草籽油的制备方法是:超声粉碎处理,时间为30min,超声功率为250W,超声温度为50℃;粉碎后酶解,所用的酶制剂为纤维素酶2.4L、加酶量为5%、料液比1:6(w/v)、酶解温度55℃、酶解时间3h、酶解过程用2mol/L的NaOH溶液调整pH=8.5;酶解结束后进行离心操作(4500r/min、20min),离心后除去残渣,将游离油、乳状液和水解液倒入分液漏斗中,分离得到游离油和乳状液,冷冻过夜,融化、离心(10000r/min、4℃、15min),分离得到游离油,将收集的游离油放置在棕色玻璃瓶中,放于冰箱冷冻。

本实施例一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,所述加硒基础日粮为:金丝雀虉草籽油9份、植物乳杆菌0.3份、菜籽饼60份、玉米粉30份、椰糠粉15份、贝壳粉25份、黄粉虫粉4份、复合氨基酸6份、空心莲子草10份、鱼腥草6份、甘草叶4份、桑树叶5份、苹果皮10份、桔皮粉7份、磷酸氢钙18份、氯化胆碱6.5份、食盐12份、硒代胱氨酸6份、脱脂乳粉20份和硒代蛋氨酸6份。
本实施例一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,所述复方中药饲料添加剂为:连翅、甘草、苍术、党参、白术、女贞子、炒神曲、黄芪、山楂、刺五加、艾叶、淫羊藿、蒲公英、何首乌、杜仲、茯苓、麦芽、小茴香、大料、大蒜、木香、花椒、维生素C、八角素、酵母、干姜各3重量份配伍组成,粉碎研磨后经发酵添加到饲料中。
本实施例一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,所述生长补充饲料添加剂为:姜黄素20重量份、绿豆粉20重量份、墨鱼粉20重量份、芋头粉20重量份、蛋氨酸硒3重量份、L-赖氨酸硫酸盐12重量份、L-蛋氨酸12重量份、L-苏氨酸6重量份。
上面提及的金丝雀虉草籽油的制备方法是:超声粉碎处理,时间为40min,超声功率为300W,超声温度为60℃;粉碎后酶解,所用的酶制剂为纤维素酶2.4L、加酶量为5%、料液比1:6(w/v)、酶解温度55℃、酶解时间3h、酶解过程用2mol/L的NaOH溶液调整pH=9;酶解结束后进行离心操作(4500r/min、20min),离心后除去残渣,将游离油、乳状液和水解液倒入分液漏斗中,分离得到游离油和乳状液,冷冻过夜,融化、离心(10000r/min、4℃、15min),分离得到游离油,将收集的游离油放置在棕色玻璃瓶中,放于冰箱冷冻。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于,加硒基础日粮中不添加植物乳酸菌。
对比例2
与实施例1的区别在于,对养殖的孔雀不饲喂复方中药饲料添加剂。
对比例3
与实施例1的区别在于,使用的生长补充饲料添加剂中不包括姜黄素。
效果评价
在开阔稀草原或有灌丛的开阔地带,选择阳光充足、排水良好,附近没有污染及其他动物养殖场,环境安静,绿化较好,空气新鲜的场地,按照上述实施例1~3、对比例1~3的养殖方式进行分组饲喂,养殖到可宰杀后,把记录的相关情况用下列表格表示:
由上表可知,实施例1~3的数据相差不大,且优于对比例,说明本发明养殖方法的步骤缺一不可;在实施例1和对比例1~3相比较中,植物乳酸菌和姜黄素能够明显改善摄食水平,乳酸菌是通过改变肠道内微生物区系,增强孔雀肠道吸收活力,姜黄素则是通过抑制L-精氨酸转化NO过程中的酶活性,抑制NO的产生,从而促进胃肠蠕动,提高采食量;植物乳酸菌、中药饲料添加剂和抗生素添加剂、姜黄素都能降低黑头病下降率,有杀菌和增强免疫能力的作用,且中药抗生素作用最明显;中药饲料添加剂通过提高蛋白质中的肌苷酸和鸟苷酸含量来改善肉质的鲜味和口感;姜黄素由于特别的强氧化性可以很好地避免肌红蛋白过度的氧化,从而达到保鲜的作用,因此缺乏姜黄素的对比例3在保鲜度上远小于其他组。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)雏鸟出壳后24小时饮水,水温22~24℃,以后每天下降1℃,水内加入1~2%葡萄糖和抗生素;
(2)育雏期:1-3月龄,将加硒基础日粮40~52份、复方中药饲料添加剂8~12份、生长补充饲料添加剂28~36份混合饲喂,每天喂3~4次,共50~120g;
(3)生长期:2~8月龄,将加硒基础日粮50~65份、复方中药饲料添加剂12~15份、生长补充饲料添加剂18~20份混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共200-250g;
(4)成年期:8~20月龄,将加硒基础日粮50~60份、复方中药饲料添加剂15~20份、生长补充饲料添加剂15~20份混合饲喂,每天喂2~3次,共250-280g;
(5)繁殖期:20月龄以上,将加硒基础日粮45~50份、复方中药饲料添加剂20~30份、生长补充饲料添加剂10~20份混合饲喂,每天喂3次,共250~300g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述加硒基础日粮:金丝雀虉草籽油3~9份、植物乳杆菌0.1~0.3份、菜籽饼50~60份、玉米粉25~30份、椰糠粉10~15份、贝壳粉20~25份、黄粉虫粉3~4份、复合氨基酸4~6份、空心莲子草6~10份、鱼腥草4~6份、甘草叶2~4份、桑树叶4~5份、苹果皮8~10份、桔皮粉6~7份、磷酸氢钙15~18份、氯化胆碱4.5~6.5份、食盐10~12份、硒代胱氨酸4~6份、脱脂乳粉15~20份和硒代蛋氨酸4~6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述复方中药饲料添加剂为:连翅、甘草、苍术、党参、白术、女贞子、炒神曲、黄芪、山楂、刺五加、艾叶、淫羊藿、蒲公英、何首乌、杜仲、茯苓、麦芽、小茴香、大料、大蒜、木香、花椒、维生素C、八角素、酵母、干姜各1~3重量份配伍组成,粉碎研磨后经发酵添加到饲料中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述生长补充饲料添加剂:姜黄素10~20重量份、绿豆粉15~20重量份、墨鱼粉15~20重量份、芋头粉15~20重量份、蛋氨酸硒1~3重量份、L-赖氨酸硫酸盐3~12重量份、L-蛋氨酸3~12重量份、L-苏氨酸1~6重量份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种改善孔雀生长性能的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述金丝雀虉草籽油的制备:超声粉碎处理,时间为20~40min,超声功率为200~300W,超声温度为40~60℃;粉碎后酶解,所用的酶制剂为纤维素酶2.4L、加酶量为5%、料液比1:6(w/v)、酶解温度55℃、酶解时间3h、酶解过程用2mol/L的NaOH溶液调整pH=8~9;酶解结束后进行离心操作(4500r/min、20min),离心后除去残渣,将游离油、乳状液和水解液倒入分液漏斗中,分离得到游离油和乳状液,冷冻过夜,融化、离心(10000r/min、4℃、15min),分离得到游离油,将收集的游离油放置在棕色玻璃瓶中,放于冰箱冷冻。
