本发明主要涉及水产养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法。
背景技术
龙虾营养丰富,肉质松软,口感鲜美,易消化,富含蛋白质、氨基酸及矿质元素,能够保护心脑血管,强身健体,增强抵抗力;鳜鱼肉质细嫩,肥厚鲜美,内部无胆,少刺而著称,每百克肉含有蛋白质18.5%,脂肪3.5%,钙79mg左右,此外还含有磷、铁、维生素B、烟酸等,具有补气健脾,养血行癖之功效,故为鱼种之上品;鲢鱼肉质鲜嫩,营养丰富,含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、不饱和脂肪酸和胶原蛋白等,能够补脾养胃,预防心脑血管疾病,促进骨骼和智力发育,美容护发,延缓衰老,预防癌症;因为鲢鱼是龙虾的饵料,鳜鱼也会以龙虾和鲢鱼为食,所以在传统的养殖方法中龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼是分开养殖的,极少数将龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼进行混合养殖,但是最后龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的产量都极低,使养殖效率明显降低,目前还没有将三种鱼混合养殖,并且都获得高产的方法。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法。
一种龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘消毒:12月中下旬进行清塘,清塘后先撒施石灰消毒5~7天,取出石灰,向池塘中全面喷洒消毒液,使池底消毒液的留存量为2~3cm,池底干燥后重复喷洒消毒液1次,至池底干燥,绿色环保,避免残留病菌增殖,使发病率降至4%,避免抗生素的使用和残留,保障人体健康,得消毒池塘;
(2)培养水体:3月中下旬,向池塘中注水,投入水花生,投入量为覆盖池塘的1/3,增加水体中的有机营养成分,促进龙虾及鱼的生长,得水体池塘;
(3)龙虾投放:4月下旬,龙虾投放前置于所述步骤(1)的消毒液中浸泡20~25分钟,投放量为3~4kg/亩,龙虾大小为10~12g,保持水体营养充足,每天投放龙虾饲料4次,保持水体健康,促进龙虾生长,得投放龙虾;
(4)鲢鱼投放:随着龙虾的长大,水体内有机营养成分减少,5月下旬,投放鲢鱼毛籽,投放量为100~120万尾/亩,投放鲢鱼毛籽后,每天投放龙虾饲料2次,保持水体透明度为39~41cm,水质清新,溶氧丰富,向水体投放过量鲢鱼毛籽,保持水体质量,在养殖鲢鱼的同时能够提供龙虾所需的饵料,同时减少龙虾饲料投喂量,节省人力、物力和财力,加快龙虾生长,提高龙虾成活率,得投放鲢鱼;
(5)龙虾起捕:6月上旬,龙虾体重达到260~320g/尾时,对龙虾进行起捕,此时鲢鱼毛籽长至长度为2~3cm的鲢鱼苗,龙虾快速达到起捕规格,明显提高了龙虾产量和养殖效率,得鲢鱼苗和起捕龙虾;
(6)鳜鱼投放:龙虾起捕后,过量的鲢鱼苗保留在池塘中,龙虾起捕后立即投放鳜鱼苗,投放密度为1400~1600尾/亩,鳜鱼苗大小为7~8cm/尾,投放后每天投喂鳜鱼饲料2次,投喂量为鳜鱼重量的8~10%,此时投放体长稍大的鳜鱼苗,保持水体质量,鳜鱼苗以鲢鱼苗为饵料,同时减少鳜鱼苗的饲料投喂量,并且鳜鱼的饲料中蛋白质含量低于传统鳜鱼饲料,降低养殖成本,使池塘内鳜鱼和鲢鱼数量适宜,利于保持水体清澈,得投放鳜鱼;
(7)起捕:11月下旬,鳜鱼和鲢鱼同时达到起捕规格,对鳜鱼和鲢鱼进行起捕,明显提高的池塘的养殖效率,易于推广,为水体养殖提供新的养殖方法,得起捕鳜鱼和起捕鲢鱼。
所述步骤(1)的消毒液,由以下重量份的原料制成:蒲公英37~39、鱼腥草31~33、苍耳子26~28、银杏叶13~15,将以上原料混合粉碎,加入原料重量90~100倍量的水,煎煮至体积为原来的1/20,过滤,向滤渣中加入滤渣重量70~80倍量的体积分数为12~14%的醋酸溶液,混合均匀,于31~33kHz超声20~25分钟,过滤,合并所有滤液,得消毒液。
所述步骤(3)的龙虾饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉67~69、次粉52~54、豆粕43~45、羽毛粉34~36、香菇粉13~15、莲子粉6~8、动物多维1.4~1.6、动物多矿1.1~1.3、甘氨酸0.12~0.14、叶绿素0.03~0.05。
所述步骤(4)的投放鲢鱼毛籽,投放前将鲢鱼毛籽置于质量浓度为3~4%的酵母菌溶液中浸泡15~20分钟,增强鲢鱼毛籽的抗病能力,提高成活率。
所述步骤(6)的投鳜鱼饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:次粉56~58、鱼粉45~47、豆粕32~34、花生粕32~34、虾粉21~23、羽毛粉17~19、菠萝皮粉13~15、动物多维1.4~1.6、动物多矿1.1~1.3、EM菌3~5。
所述龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法得到的起捕龙虾、起捕鳜鱼和起捕鲢鱼。
本发明的优点是:本发明提供的龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法,方法简单,便于操作,将龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼在同一池塘内进行混养,同一年内收获龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼,明显提高了池塘利用率,增加水体养殖效率,使经济收入提高22~24%;龙虾放养前进行清塘消毒,先用生石灰消毒后,再用纯植物消毒液喷洒和浸泡,绿色环保,避免残留病菌增殖,使发病率降至4%,避免抗生素的使用和残留,保障人体健康;消毒后培养养殖水体,增加水体中的有机营养成分,促进龙虾及鱼的生长;4月下旬水体营养丰富时投放龙虾,定时投喂龙虾饲料,保持水体健康,促进龙虾生长;随着龙虾的长大,水体内有机营养成分减少时,向水体投放过量鲢鱼毛籽,保持水体质量,在养殖鲢鱼的同时能够提供龙虾所需的饵料,同时减少龙虾饲料投喂量,节省人力、物力和财力,加快龙虾生长,使龙虾成活率达到96%;龙虾经40天左右即可达到起捕规格,使龙虾亩产达到110~140kg,明显提高了龙虾产量;龙虾起捕时鲢鱼毛籽已经成为鲢鱼苗,龙虾起捕后,过量的鲢鱼苗保留在池塘中,此时投放体长稍大的鳜鱼苗,保持水体质量,鳜鱼苗以鲢鱼苗为饵料,同时减少鳜鱼苗的饲料投喂量,并且鳜鱼的饲料中蛋白质含量低于传统鳜鱼饲料,降低养殖成本,使池塘内鳜鱼和鲢鱼数量适宜,利于保持水体清澈;11月下旬时鳜鱼和鲢鱼同时达到起捕规格,使鳜鱼亩产量达到960~1000kg,鲢鱼亩产量达到260~290kg,明显提高的池塘的养殖效率,易于推广,为水体养殖提供新的养殖方法。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
一种龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘消毒:12月中下旬进行清塘,清塘后先撒施石灰消毒5~7天,取出石灰,向池塘中全面喷洒消毒液,使池底消毒液的留存量为2~3cm,池底干燥后重复喷洒消毒液1次,至池底干燥,绿色环保,避免残留病菌增殖,使发病率降至4%,避免抗生素的使用和残留,保障人体健康,得消毒池塘;所述的消毒液,由以下重量份的原料制成:蒲公英37、鱼腥草31、苍耳子26、银杏叶13,将以上原料混合粉碎,加入原料重量90倍量的水,煎煮至体积为原来的1/20,过滤,向滤渣中加入滤渣重量70倍量的体积分数为12%的醋酸溶液,混合均匀,于31kHz超声20分钟,过滤,合并所有滤液,得消毒液;
(2)培养水体:3月中下旬,向池塘中注水,投入水花生,投入量为覆盖池塘的1/3,增加水体中的有机营养成分,促进龙虾及鱼的生长,得水体池塘;
(3)龙虾投放:4月下旬,龙虾投放前置于所述步骤(1)的消毒液中浸泡20分钟,投放量为3~4kg/亩,龙虾大小为10~12g,保持水体营养充足,每天投放龙虾饲料4次,保持水体健康,促进龙虾生长,得投放龙虾;所述的龙虾饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉67、次粉52、豆粕43、羽毛粉34、香菇粉13、莲子粉6、动物多维1.4、动物多矿1.1、甘氨酸0.12、叶绿素0.03;
(4)鲢鱼投放:随着龙虾的长大,水体内有机营养成分减少,5月下旬,投放鲢鱼毛籽,投放量为100~120万尾/亩,投放鲢鱼毛籽后,每天投放龙虾饲料2次,保持水体透明度为39~41cm,水质清新,溶氧丰富,向水体投放过量鲢鱼毛籽,保持水体质量,在养殖鲢鱼的同时能够提供龙虾所需的饵料,同时减少龙虾饲料投喂量,节省人力、物力和财力,加快龙虾生长,提高龙虾成活率,得投放鲢鱼;所述的投放鲢鱼毛籽,投放前将鲢鱼毛籽置于质量浓度为3%的酵母菌溶液中浸泡15分钟;
(5)龙虾起捕:6月上旬,龙虾体重达到260~320g/尾时,对龙虾进行起捕,此时鲢鱼毛籽长至长度为2~3cm的鲢鱼苗,龙虾快速达到起捕规格,明显提高了龙虾产量和养殖效率,得鲢鱼苗和起捕龙虾;
(6)鳜鱼投放:龙虾起捕后,过量的鲢鱼苗保留在池塘中,龙虾起捕后立即投放鳜鱼苗,投放密度为1400~1600尾/亩,鳜鱼苗大小为7~8cm/尾,投放后每天投喂鳜鱼饲料2次,投喂量为鳜鱼重量的8~10%,此时投放体长稍大的鳜鱼苗,保持水体质量,鳜鱼苗以鲢鱼苗为饵料,同时减少鳜鱼苗的饲料投喂量,并且鳜鱼的饲料中蛋白质含量低于传统鳜鱼饲料,降低养殖成本,使池塘内鳜鱼和鲢鱼数量适宜,利于保持水体清澈,得投放鳜鱼;所述的投鳜鱼饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:次粉56、鱼粉45、豆粕32、花生粕32、虾粉21、羽毛粉17、菠萝皮粉13、动物多维1.4、动物多矿1.1、EM菌3;
(7)起捕:11月下旬,鳜鱼和鲢鱼同时达到起捕规格,对鳜鱼和鲢鱼进行起捕,明显提高的池塘的养殖效率,易于推广,为水体养殖提供新的养殖方法,得起捕鳜鱼和起捕鲢鱼。
实施例2
一种龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘消毒:12月中下旬进行清塘,清塘后先撒施石灰消毒5~7天,取出石灰,向池塘中全面喷洒消毒液,使池底消毒液的留存量为2~3cm,池底干燥后重复喷洒消毒液1次,至池底干燥,绿色环保,避免残留病菌增殖,使发病率降至4%,避免抗生素的使用和残留,保障人体健康,得消毒池塘;所述的消毒液,由以下重量份的原料制成:蒲公英38、鱼腥草32、苍耳子27、银杏叶14,将以上原料混合粉碎,加入原料重量95倍量的水,煎煮至体积为原来的1/20,过滤,向滤渣中加入滤渣重量75倍量的体积分数为13%的醋酸溶液,混合均匀,于32kHz超声20分钟,过滤,合并所有滤液,得消毒液;
(2)培养水体:3月中下旬,向池塘中注水,投入水花生,投入量为覆盖池塘的1/3,增加水体中的有机营养成分,促进龙虾及鱼的生长,得水体池塘;
(3)龙虾投放:4月下旬,龙虾投放前置于所述步骤(1)的消毒液中浸泡20~25分钟,投放量为3~4kg/亩,龙虾大小为10~12g,保持水体营养充足,每天投放龙虾饲料4次,保持水体健康,促进龙虾生长,得投放龙虾;所述的龙虾饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉68、次粉53、豆粕44、羽毛粉35、香菇粉14、莲子粉7、动物多维1.5、动物多矿1.2、甘氨酸0.13、叶绿素0.04;
(4)鲢鱼投放:随着龙虾的长大,水体内有机营养成分减少,5月下旬,投放鲢鱼毛籽,投放量为100~120万尾/亩,投放鲢鱼毛籽后,每天投放龙虾饲料2次,保持水体透明度为39~41cm,水质清新,溶氧丰富,向水体投放过量鲢鱼毛籽,保持水体质量,在养殖鲢鱼的同时能够提供龙虾所需的饵料,同时减少龙虾饲料投喂量,节省人力、物力和财力,加快龙虾生长,提高龙虾成活率,得投放鲢鱼;所述的投放鲢鱼毛籽,投放前将鲢鱼毛籽置于质量浓度为3%的酵母菌溶液中浸泡15~20分钟;
(5)龙虾起捕:6月上旬,龙虾体重达到260~320g/尾时,对龙虾进行起捕,此时鲢鱼毛籽长至长度为2~3cm的鲢鱼苗,龙虾快速达到起捕规格,明显提高了龙虾产量和养殖效率,得鲢鱼苗和起捕龙虾;

(7)起捕:11月下旬,鳜鱼和鲢鱼同时达到起捕规格,对鳜鱼和鲢鱼进行起捕,明显提高的池塘的养殖效率,易于推广,为水体养殖提供新的养殖方法,得起捕鳜鱼和起捕鲢鱼。
实施例3
一种龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法,包括以下步骤:

(2)培养水体:3月中下旬,向池塘中注水,投入水花生,投入量为覆盖池塘的1/3,增加水体中的有机营养成分,促进龙虾及鱼的生长,得水体池塘;
(3)龙虾投放:4月下旬,龙虾投放前置于所述步骤(1)的消毒液中浸泡20~25分钟,投放量为3~4kg/亩,龙虾大小为10~12g,保持水体营养充足,每天投放龙虾饲料4次,保持水体健康,促进龙虾生长,得投放龙虾;所述的龙虾饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉69、次粉54、豆粕45、羽毛粉36、香菇粉15、莲子粉8、动物多维1.6、动物多矿1.3、甘氨酸0.14、叶绿素0.05;
(4)鲢鱼投放:随着龙虾的长大,水体内有机营养成分减少,5月下旬,投放鲢鱼毛籽,投放量为100~120万尾/亩,投放鲢鱼毛籽后,每天投放龙虾饲料2次,保持水体透明度为39~41cm,水质清新,溶氧丰富,向水体投放过量鲢鱼毛籽,保持水体质量,在养殖鲢鱼的同时能够提供龙虾所需的饵料,同时减少龙虾饲料投喂量,节省人力、物力和财力,加快龙虾生长,提高龙虾成活率,得投放鲢鱼;所述的投放鲢鱼毛籽,投放前将鲢鱼毛籽置于质量浓度为4%的酵母菌溶液中浸泡15~20分钟;
(5)龙虾起捕:6月上旬,龙虾体重达到260~320g/尾时,对龙虾进行起捕,此时鲢鱼毛籽长至长度为2~3cm的鲢鱼苗,龙虾快速达到起捕规格,明显提高了龙虾产量和养殖效率,得鲢鱼苗和起捕龙虾;
(6)鳜鱼投放:龙虾起捕后,过量的鲢鱼苗保留在池塘中,龙虾起捕后立即投放鳜鱼苗,投放密度为1400~1600尾/亩,鳜鱼苗大小为7~8cm/尾,投放后每天投喂鳜鱼饲料2次,投喂量为鳜鱼重量的8~10%,此时投放体长稍大的鳜鱼苗,保持水体质量,鳜鱼苗以鲢鱼苗为饵料,同时减少鳜鱼苗的饲料投喂量,并且鳜鱼的饲料中蛋白质含量低于传统鳜鱼饲料,降低养殖成本,使池塘内鳜鱼和鲢鱼数量适宜,利于保持水体清澈,得投放鳜鱼;所述的投鳜鱼饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:次粉58、鱼粉47、豆粕34、花生粕34、虾粉23、羽毛粉19、菠萝皮粉15、动物多维1.6、动物多矿1.3、EM菌5;
(7)起捕:11月下旬,鳜鱼和鲢鱼同时达到起捕规格,对鳜鱼和鲢鱼进行起捕,明显提高的池塘的养殖效率,易于推广,为水体养殖提供新的养殖方法,得起捕鳜鱼和起捕鲢鱼。

实施例和对比例龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼混合养殖方法的养殖效果:
在安徽省内的同一地区,选择池塘11亩,随机分为11组,每组1亩,各组分别按照实施例和对比例的混合养殖方法养殖进行养殖,连续受试3年,其它管理方法相同,统计龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的亩产量,结果取平均值,实施例和对比例龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼混合养殖方法的养殖效果见表1。

从表1的结果可以看出,实施例的龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法,龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的产量均明显较对比例高,说明本发明提供的龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法具有较好养殖效果。

1.一种龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘消毒:12月中下旬进行清塘,清塘后先撒施石灰消毒5~7天,取出石灰,向池塘中全面喷洒消毒液,使池底消毒液的留存量为2~3cm,池底干燥后重复喷洒消毒液1次,至池底干燥,得消毒池塘;
(2)培养水体:3月中下旬,向池塘中注水,投入水花生,投入量为覆盖池塘的1/3,得水体池塘;
(3)龙虾投放:4月下旬,龙虾投放前置于所述步骤(1)的消毒液中浸泡20~25分钟,投放量为3~4kg/亩,龙虾大小为10~12g,保持水体营养充足,每天投放龙虾饲料4次,得投放龙虾;
(4)鲢鱼投放:5月下旬,投放鲢鱼毛籽,投放量为100~120万尾/亩,投放鲢鱼毛籽后,每天投放龙虾饲料2次,保持水体透明度为39~41cm,水质清新,溶氧丰富,得投放鲢鱼;
(5)龙虾起捕:6月上旬,龙虾体重达到260~320g/尾时,对龙虾进行起捕,此时鲢鱼毛籽长至长度为2~3cm的鲢鱼苗,得鲢鱼苗和起捕龙虾;
(6)鳜鱼投放:龙虾起捕后立即投放鳜鱼苗,投放密度为1400~1600尾/亩,鳜鱼苗大小为7~8cm/尾,投放后每天投喂鳜鱼饲料2次,投喂量为鳜鱼重量的8~10%,得投放鳜鱼;
(7)起捕:11月下旬,对鳜鱼和鲢鱼进行起捕,得起捕鳜鱼和起捕鲢鱼。
2.根据权利要求1所述龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的消毒液,由以下重量份的原料制成:蒲公英37~39、鱼腥草31~33、苍耳子26~28、银杏叶13~15,将以上原料混合粉碎,加入原料重量90~100倍量的水,煎煮至体积为原来的1/20,过滤,向滤渣中加入滤渣重量70~80倍量的体积分数为12~14%的醋酸溶液,混合均匀,于31~33kHz超声20~25分钟,过滤,合并所有滤液,得消毒液。
3.根据权利要求1所述龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)的龙虾饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉67~69、次粉52~54、豆粕43~45、羽毛粉34~36、香菇粉13~15、莲子粉6~8、动物多维1.4~1.6、动物多矿1.1~1.3、甘氨酸0.12~0.14、叶绿素0.03~0.05。
4.根据权利要求1所述龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)的投放鲢鱼毛籽,投放前将鲢鱼毛籽置于质量浓度为3~4%的酵母菌溶液中浸泡15~20分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)的投鳜鱼饲料,由以下重量份的原料制成:次粉56~58、鱼粉45~47、豆粕32~34、花生粕32~34、虾粉21~23、羽毛粉17~19、菠萝皮粉13~15、动物多维1.4~1.6、动物多矿1.1~1.3、EM菌3~5。
6.一种权利要求1~5任一项所述龙虾、鳜鱼及鲢鱼的混合养殖方法得到的起捕龙虾、起捕鳜鱼和起捕鲢鱼。
