背景技术
专利文献1中公开有一种动力传动系,其具备以发动机作为动力源而向输出轴输出驱动力的第一驱动路径、和以配置于与发动机不同的轴的电动机作为动力源而向输出轴输出驱动力的第二驱动路径,并将各驱动路径多级化。
但是,在将各驱动路径多级化时,采用以发动机作为动力源的轴、以电动机作为动力源的轴、输出轴这3轴构造,存在导致动力传动系的大型化的问题。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种能避免动力传动系的3轴构造,同时可以将来自多个动力源的驱动路径多级化的动力传动系。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的动力传动系具备:第一轴,其与第一动力源连接;第二轴,其在一方连接有第二动力源,在另一方连接有输出元件;第一驱动齿轮及第二驱动齿轮,其可相对旋转地支承于所述第一轴;第一从动齿轮及第二从动齿轮,其固定支承于所述第二轴,与所述第一驱动齿轮及所述第二驱动齿轮总是啮合;第一离合器,其可卡合所述第一驱动齿轮和所述第一轴;第二离合器,其可卡合所述第二驱动齿轮和所述第一轴;第三离合器,其可将所述第二轴在所述第一从动齿轮和所述第二从动齿轮之间连接、断开。
因此,能够将第一动力源与输出元件之间的动力路径和第二动力源与输出元件之间的动力路径以2轴构造进行多级化,能够将动力传动系小型化。

具体实施方式
[实施例1]
图1是表示实施例1的动力传动系的概略系统图。在车辆用的内燃机即发动机1上连接第一电动发电机2,构成第一动力源。此外,在发动机1和第一电动发电机2之间也可以另行设置离合器。以下,将发动机1和/或第一电动发电机2统称记载为第一动力源。在第一动力源中,能够实现:仅输出来自发动机1的扭矩的状态、仅输出来自第一电动发电机2的扭矩的状态、输出来自发动机1的扭矩和将第一电动发电机2作为发电机使用时的再生扭矩的差值的状态等。
在第一动力源上连接有第一轴10。在第一轴10上,经由作为摩擦离合器的第一离合器CL1同轴配置有第二轴11。在第二轴11上配置有与第二轴11可相对旋转的第一齿轮G1和第二齿轮G2。在第一齿轮G1和第二轴11之间设置有可将第一齿轮G1和第二轴11卡合的第一爪形离合器DC1。同样地,在第二齿轮G2和第二轴11之间设有可将第二齿轮G2和第二轴11卡合的第二爪形离合器DC2。此外,不限于爪形离合器,也可以采用其它联接元件,没有特别限定。
动力传动系为2轴构造,具有与第一轴10及第二轴11平行地配置的第三轴12、和与第三轴12同轴配置的第四轴13。在第三轴12的一方连接有作为第二动力源的第二电动发电机3,在另一端连接有第二离合器CL2。在第四轴13的一方连接有第二离合器CL2,在另一方连接有输出元件Output。输出元件Output经由未图示的最终减速齿轮等向驱动轮传递驱动力。此外,在实施例1的动力传动系中,示出将第二电动发电机3配置于与第一电动发电机2在轴向相反侧的例子,但也可以将第二电动发电机3和第一电动发电机2集中配置于轴向的一侧,没有特别限定。
在第三轴12上固定有与第一齿轮G1总是啮合的第三齿轮G3,第三轴12和第三齿轮G3总是一体地旋转。在第四轴13上固定有与第二齿轮G2总是啮合的第四齿轮G4,第四轴13和第四齿轮G4总是一体地旋转。
第二离合器CL2为摩擦离合器,被设于第三轴12和第四轴13之间。通过第二离合器CL2的联接,第三轴12和第四轴12一体地旋转,通过第二离合器CL2的释放,第三轴12和第四轴13独立地旋转。
图2是表示实施例1的动力传动系的第一行驶模式的概略图。图2中的粗实线表示扭矩传递路径。第一行驶模式中,释放第一离合器CL1,联接第一爪形离合器DC1及第二爪形离合器DC2,释放第二离合器CL2。而且,将第二电动发电机3的扭矩从第三齿轮G3传递到第一齿轮G1,通过第一齿轮G1使第二轴11旋转。第二轴11的旋转从第二齿轮G2传递到第四齿轮G4,经由第四齿轮G4使第四轴13旋转。在此,如果将第一齿轮G1的齿数设为Z1,将第二齿轮G2的齿数设为Z2,将第三齿轮G3的齿数设为Z3,将第四齿轮G4的齿数设为Z4时,以减速比成为(Z1/Z2)×(Z4/Z3)=2的方式设定齿数。因此,将第二电动发电机3的扭矩放大并向输出元件Output输出。
图3是表示实施例1的动力传动系的第二行驶模式的概略图。图3中粗实线表示扭矩传递路径。第二行驶模式中,释放第一离合器CL1,释放第一爪形离合器DC1及第二爪形离合器DC2,联接第二离合器CL2。而且,将第二电动发电机3的扭矩保持不变传递到输出元件Output。该情况下,第二电动发电机3和输出元件Output之间的减速比为1。
图4是表示实施例1的动力传动系的第三行驶模式的概略图。图4中粗实线表示扭矩传递路径。第三行驶模式中,联接第一离合器CL1,释放第一爪形离合器DC1,联接第二爪形离合器DC2,释放第二离合器CL2。而且,将第一动力源的扭矩经由第二齿轮G2及第四齿轮G4传递到第四轴13,使第四轴13旋转。此外,因为第二离合器CL2被释放,所以第一爪形离合器DC1未必需要释放,例如也可以使第一爪形离合器DC1联接,在第二电动发电机3和第二轴11之间进行扭矩的传递(授受)。减速比被设定为(Z4/Z3)大致为1。
图5是表示实施例1的动力传动系的第四行驶模式的概略图。图5中粗实线表示扭矩传递路径。在第四行驶模式中,联接第一离合器CL1,释放第二爪形离合器DC2,联接第一爪形离合器DC1,联接第二离合器CL2。而且,将第一动力源的扭矩经由第一齿轮G1及第三齿轮G3传递到第三轴12及第四轴13,使第四轴13旋转。以减速比成为(Z2/Z1)=0.5的方式设定齿数。因此,将第一动力源的转速增速并输出。
在此,对采用了实施例1的结构的背景进行说明。如现有技术所述,在一个轴仅实现一个旋转状态的情况下,在将来自一个动力源的驱动路径多级化时,通过设为具有一个动力源的轴、具有另一个动力源的轴、以及与输出元件连接的轴这3轴结构,由此避免联锁状态。但是,如果设为3轴结构,则动力传动系的径向尺寸大型化。另外,在通过2轴构造实现的情况下,也考虑将与一个动力源连接的轴和与另一个动力源连接的轴同轴配置。该情况下,为了实现来自一个动力源的驱动路径的多级化,在同轴配置的各轴上设置最低2组的齿轮组,需要4组的齿轮组,因此,动力传动系的轴向尺寸大型化。
与之相对,在实施例1中,在与输出元件Output连接的轴上设置有第二离合器CL2,可以使第二电动发电机3和输出元件Output独立地旋转。因此,能够将从第二电动发电机3输出的扭矩从第三轴12经由不同的轴心位置的第二轴11传递到第四轴13,因此,无需增大齿轮组。换言之,通过释放第二离合器CL2,能够获得将由第一齿轮G1与第三齿轮G3构成的齿轮组、和第二齿轮G2与第四齿轮G4构成的齿轮组这两齿轮组组合而成的减速比,作为第二电动发电机3和输出元件Output之间的减速比。
即,在实施例1的动力传动系中,在以第二电动发电机3作为动力源时,具备减速比为2的第一行驶模式和减速比为1的第二行驶模式,由此,能够在2轴构造的同时,将来自一动力源的动力传递路径多级化。同样地,在以第一动力源作为动力源时,具备减速比大致为1的第三行驶模式和减速比为0.5的第四行驶模式,由此,能够在2轴构造的同时,将来自一动力源的动力传递路径多级化。
如以上所说明,在实施例1中得到下述列举的作用效果。
(1)具备:与第一动力源连接的第二轴11(第一轴)、在一方连接有第二电动发电机3(第二动力源)且在另一方连接有输出元件Output的第三轴12及第四轴13(第二轴)、相对可旋转地支承于第二轴11的第一齿轮G1及第二齿轮G2、固定支承于第三轴12及第四轴13且与第一齿轮G1及第二齿轮G2总是啮合的第三齿轮及第四齿轮、可将第一齿轮G1和第二轴11卡合的第一爪形离合器DC1(第一离合器)、可将第二齿轮G2和第二轴11卡合的第二爪形离合器DC2(第二离合器)、可将第三轴12及第四轴13在第三齿轮G3和第四齿轮G4之间连接、断开的第二离合器CL2(第三离合器)。
因此,能够将第一动力源与输出元件Output之间的动力路径、和第二电动发电机3与输出元件Output之间的动力路径通过2轴构造多级化,能够将动力传动系小型化。
(2)具有第一行驶模式(第一动力传递状态)和第二行驶模式(第二动力传递状态),第一行驶模式为卡合第一爪形离合器DC1和第二爪形离合器DC2,释放第二离合器CL2,确保第二电动发电机3和输出元件Output的路径的模式;第二行驶模式为释放第一爪形离合器DC1和第二爪形离合器DC2,联接第二离合器CL2,确保第二电动发电机3和输出元件Output的路径的模式。
因此,能够将以第二电动发电机3作为动力源的驱动路径多级化,能够提供与电动机扭矩特性对应的高效的行驶状态。
(3)具有第三行驶模式(第三动力传递状态)和第四行驶模式(第四动力传递状态),第三行驶模式为卡合第二爪形离合器DC2,释放第一爪形离合器DC1和第二离合器CL2,确保第一动力源和输出元件Output的路径的模式;第四行驶模式为卡合第一爪形离合器DC1和第二离合器CL2,释放第二爪形离合器DC2,确保第一动力源和输出元件Output的路径的模式。
因此,能够将以发动机1作为动力源的驱动路径多级化,能够提供与发动机扭矩特性对应的高效的行驶状态。
(4)在第二轴11上具备可连接、断开第一动力源和第二轴11的第一离合器CL1(第四离合器)。
因此,在从第二电动发电机3输出扭矩而行驶时,能够避免发动机摩擦等而实现高效的行驶状态。
(5)第一动力源为内燃机即发动机1,第二动力源为电动发电机。
因此,能够提供将基于发动机1的行驶状态和基于电动发电机的行驶状态组合而成的多种行驶状态。
(6)第一动力源是内燃机即发动机1和第一电动发电机2。因此,能够提供不仅输出从发动机1输出的扭矩,而且还输出加上了第一电动发电机2的扭矩的状态、以及通过第一电动发电机2发电并同时输出扭矩的状态这样多种行驶模式。
[实施例2]
接着,说明实施例2。基本的结构与实施例1相同,因此,仅说明不同的点。图6是表示实施例2的动力传动系概略系统图。实施例1中,表示了将第一爪形离合器DC1及第二爪形离合器DC2设置于第二轴11的例子。与之相对,在实施例2中,将第一爪形离合器DC1设置于第三轴12,将第二爪形离合器DC2设置于第四轴13这一点不同。随之,第一齿轮G1及第二齿轮G2与第二轴11总是一体旋转,第三齿轮G3和第三轴12被支承为可相对旋转,第四齿轮G4和第四轴13被支承为可相对旋转。由此,能够获得与实施例1相同的作用效果。
(7)在实施例2中,具备:与第一动力源连接的第二轴11(第一轴)、在一方连接有第二电动发电机3(第二动力源)且在另一方连接有输出元件Output的第三轴12及第四轴13(第二轴)、固定支承于第二轴11的第一齿轮G1及第二齿轮G2、可相对旋转地支承于第三轴12及第四轴13且与第一齿轮G1及第二齿轮G2总是啮合的第三齿轮及第四齿轮、可将第三齿轮G3和第三轴12卡合的第一爪形离合器DC1(第一离合器)、可将第四齿轮G4和第四轴13卡合的第二爪形离合器DC2(第二离合器)、可将第三轴12及第四轴13在第三齿轮G3和第四齿轮G4之间连接、断开的第二离合器CL2(第三的离合器)。
因此,能够将第一动力源与输出元件Output之间的动力路径、和第二电动发电机3与输出元件Output之间的动力路径通过2轴构造多级化,能够将动力传动系小型化。
[实施例3]
接着,说明实施例3。基本的结构与实施例1相同,因此,仅说明不同之处。图7是表示实施例3的动力传动系的概略图。除实施例1的结构之外,在,还具有可相对旋转地支承于第二轴11上的第五齿轮G5。另外,在第四轴13上具有与第五齿轮G5总是啮合并且固定于第四轴G6的第六齿轮G6。另外,在第四轴13和第三轴12之间具有固定支承第四齿轮G4的第五轴14。在第五轴14和第三轴12之间具有可连接、断开第五轴14和第三轴12的一侧第二离合器CL21。另外,在第五轴14和第四轴13之间具有可连接、断开第五轴14和第四轴13的另一侧第二离合器CL22。通过这些各离合器的联接、释放的组合,能够提供更多级化的动力传动系。
[其它实施例]
以上,基于实施例进行说明,但不限于上述实施例,具备其它结构的自动变速器也可以应用本发明。例如,在实施例中,示出构成组合了作为内燃机的发动机和电动发电机的动力源的例子,但也可以由电动发电机构成所有的动力源。另外,在实施例中,示出了齿轮组由2组或3组构成的例子,但还可以设置多组而多级化。另外,示出了设置有第一离合器CL1的例子,但也可以是不设置第一离合器CL1而是将第一动力源和第二轴11总是连结的结构。另外,在实施例中,将第二离合器CL2设为摩擦离合器,但也可以设置爪形离合器。
另外,在实施例1中,示出将由四个行驶模式实现的减速比设为2、1、大致1、0.5的例子,但也可以考虑适当的级间比等而设为实现其它减速比的组合。另外,在作为混合动力车辆使用时,也可以考虑从发动机行驶模式过渡到不使用发动机的电动机行驶模式,设定适合于模式过渡的减速比。

Claims (7)

1.一种动力传动系,具备:
第一轴,其与第一动力源连接;
第二轴,其在一方连接有第二动力源,在另一方连接有输出元件;
第一齿轮及第二齿轮,其可相对旋转地支承于所述第一轴;
第三齿轮及第四齿轮,其固定支承于所述第二轴,与所述第一齿轮及所述第二齿轮总是啮合;
第一离合器,其可将所述第一齿轮和所述第一轴卡合;
第二离合器,其可将所述第二齿轮和所述第一轴卡合;
第三离合器,其可将所述第二轴在所述第三齿轮和所述第四齿轮之间连接、断开。
2.一种动力传动系,具备:
第一轴,其与第一动力源连接;
第二轴,其在一方连接有第二动力源,在另一方连接有输出元件;
第一齿轮及第二齿轮,其固定支承于所述第一轴;
第三齿轮及第四齿轮,其可相对旋转地支承于所述第二轴,与所述第一齿轮及所述第二齿轮总是啮合;
第一离合器,其可将所述第三齿轮和所述第二轴卡合;
第二离合器,其可将所述第四齿轮和所述第二轴卡合;
第三离合器,其可将所述第二轴在所述第三齿轮和所述第四齿轮之间连接、断开。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的动力传动系,其中,
具有第一动力传递状态和第二动力传递状态,
在所述第一动力传递状态,卡合所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器,释放所述第三离合器,确保所述第二动力源和所述输出元件的路径;
在所述第二动力传递状态,释放所述第一离合器和所述第二离合器,联接所述第三离合器,确保所述第二动力源和所述输出元件的路径。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的动力传动系,其中,
具有第三动力传递状态和第四动力传递状态,
在所述第三动力传递状态,卡合所述第二离合器,释放所述第一离合器和所述第三离合器,确保所述第一动力源和所述输出元件的路径;
在所述第四动力传递状态,卡合所述第一离合器和所述第三离合器,释放所述第二离合器,确保所述第一动力源和所述输出元件的路径。
5.如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的动力传动系,其中,
在所述第一轴具备可将所述第一动力源和所述第一轴连接、断开的第四离合器。
6.如权利要求1~5中任一项所述的动力传动系,其中,
所述第一动力源为内燃机即发动机,所述第二动力源为电动发电机。
7.如权利要求6所述的动力传动系,其中,
所述第一动力源为内燃机即发动机和电动发电机。
