Description
Claims (11)
- 一つの歯車システム、一つの入力軸、一つの出力システム、第1、第2の二つの電機、及び少なくとも一つのトルク伝達装置を備えるマルチモード電気機械式無段変速機であって、
前記歯車システムは、少なくとも一つの遊星歯車セットを備え、遊星歯車セットが少なくとも第1、第2、及び第3の三つの同軸回転部材を備え、
前記出力システムは少なくとも一つの駆動軸を備え、
前記第1電機は、固定速度比で前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車セットの第1同軸回転部材に接続され、
前記出力システムは、固定速度比で前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車セットの第2同軸回転部材に接続され、
前記入力軸は、固定速度比で前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車セットの第3同軸回転部材に接続され、
前記第2電機は、選択的に前記少なくとも一つのトルク伝達装置を介して第1固定速度比で前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車セットの一つの同軸回転部材に接続され、第1固定速度比と異なる第2固定速度比で前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車セットの別の同軸回転部材に接続され、
前記少なくとも一つのトルク伝達装置は少なくとも四つの噛合ポジションを有し、前記噛合ポジションが軸方向に隣接して配置されることを特徴とするマルチモード電気機械式無段変速機。 - 前記歯車システムは、さらに別の遊星歯車セットを備え、第2電機は選択的に第1固定速度比で前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車セットの一つの同軸回転部材に直接結合され、又は前記第1固定速度比と異なる第2固定速度比で前記別の遊星歯車セットを介して前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車セットの別の同軸回転部材に間接的に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチモード電気機械式無段変速機。
- 少なくとも一つの遊星歯車セットは、四ブランチ遊星歯車セットであり、一つの第1同軸回転部材、一つの第2同軸回転部材、一つの第3同軸回転部材、及び一つの第4同軸回転部材を備え、第2電機は、選択的に第1固定速度比で前記四ブランチ遊星歯車セットの第4同軸回転部材に直接結合され、又は前記第1固定速度比と異なる第2固定速度比で前記別の遊星歯車セットを介して前記四ブランチ遊星歯車セットの第2同軸回転部材に間接的に結合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマルチモード電気機械式無段変速機。
- 前記変速機はさらに一つの第1固定部材を備え、前記別の遊星歯車セットは、三ブランチ遊星歯車セットであり、一つの第1同軸回転部材、一つの第2同軸回転部材、及び一つの第3同軸回転部材を備え、前記三ブランチ遊星歯車セットの第1同軸回転部材が第1固定部材に結合され、三ブランチ遊星歯車セットの第2同軸回転部材が四ブランチ遊星歯車セットの第2同軸回転部材に結合され、第2電機が選択的にそれぞれ三ブランチ遊星歯車セットの第3同軸回転部材又は四ブランチ遊星歯車セットの第4同軸回転部材に結合されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のマルチモード電気機械式無段変速機。
- 前記変速機は一つの第2トルク伝達装置、及び一つの第2固定部材をさらに備え、第2トルク伝達装置は入力軸と四ブランチ遊星歯車セットの第3同軸回転部材を第2固定部材に選択的に結合することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のマルチモード電気機械式無段変速機。
- 前記変速機はさらに一つの第3トルク伝達装置、及び一つの第3固定部材をさらに備え、第3トルク伝達装置が四ブランチ遊星歯車セットの第4同軸回転部材を第3固定部材に選択的に結合することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のマルチモード電気機械式無段変速機。
- 第1トルク伝達装置は少なくとも二つの噛合ポジションを有する歯噛合式クラッチであり、第2トルク伝達装置は前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車セットに抵抗トルクを提供し入力軸の逆回転を防止することが可能な一方向クラッチであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のマルチモード電気機械式無段変速機。
- 前記少なくとも一つの遊星歯車セット及び前記別の遊星歯車セットは同一軸線に配置され、且つ、軸方向に隣接することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマルチモード電気機械式無段変速機。
