一种电机引接电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,尤其是指一种电机引接电缆。
背景技术
中国专利曾公开了一种镀银铜丝屏蔽电机引接软电缆(201510046312.0),它是由镀银退火铝导体缆芯、金属软管以及五层保护层组成。镀银退火铝导体缆芯设置有三组,每组镀银退火铝导体缆芯内部挤包三组镀银退火铝导体线芯、一个镀银镍丝引流线以及四层外护套层,五层保护层由内而外依次为内镀银铜丝屏蔽层、聚全氟聚乙烯绝缘层、外镀银铜丝屏蔽层、镍带铠装层以及低烟无卤乙丙烯护套层。该种电缆具有阻燃耐高温、耐氧化的特点,抗拉性强,可广泛应用于船舶电机等领域,而且电缆安装后稳固,平衡性强。
中国专利曾公开了一种180℃电机引接引流软电缆(201620069183.7),它是由导体缆芯以及七层外保护层组成。七层外保护层由内而外依次为镀锡铜丝屏蔽层、聚酯纤维层、聚氯乙丙烯绝缘层、铜塑铝带复合膜包带层、聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘层、镀银钢带铠装层以及氯磺化聚乙烯护套层,所述导体缆芯设置有两组,两组导体缆芯挤包在镀锡铜丝屏蔽层、聚酯纤维层以及聚氯乙丙烯绝缘层之间,每组导体缆芯内部挤包三组镀锡退火铜导体线芯,每组镀锡退火铜导体线芯内部挤包九根镀锡退火铜导体。该种电缆防水性强,引流效果好,最高工作温度达180℃,适合电机上使用,电缆最低敷设温度不低于-15℃。
电机引接电缆是将绕组接出至接线盒,承受电机电器的全部电流、全部电压并能适应电机内部的高温、高热环境。传统的橡胶绝缘电机引接电缆按产品结构不同分两种,一种为护套型一种为不带护套型,护套型电机引接电缆最高长期工作温度达90℃,非护套型电缆最高长期工作温度为180℃。国内有很多厂家都能生产电机引接电缆,但是其性能并不理想,由于引接线的发热损坏、接触不良而造成电机整机击穿、发热、烧毁的现象时有发生,严重影响电机总装的工艺性和实际运行中的可靠性。另外针对特殊场合使用的电机引接电缆,例如特种车辆用高频永磁电机引接电缆,目前均依赖进口,国内暂无厂家可做出符合客户需求的产品,但每年需求量很大。
目前传统的硅橡胶绝缘电机引接电缆,产品结构为导体采用五类镀锡铜导体,导体外绕包隔离层,隔离层外挤包硅橡胶绝缘层。此产品结构柔软,能在高温、低温中保持良好的电性能和柔软性。但由于其硅橡胶本身容易撕裂,产品结构无护套层保护,此种传统结构已无法满足现在客户的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对传统电缆的结构缺陷,提供一种高抗磁、无卤低烟阻燃、防水、高抗拉、强柔韧、长寿命、耐腐蚀的屏蔽型双层护套保护层电机引接电缆。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取的解决方案是:一种电机引接电缆,若干镀锡软铜线通过一定的节距绞合成股线,若干股线按照一定的节距复绞成软导体,若干软导体按一定的搭盖率绕包一层超薄型隔离带,超薄型隔离带外挤包硅橡胶绝缘,硅橡胶绝缘外编织镀锡软铜丝屏蔽层,镀锡软铜丝屏蔽层外挤包一层阻燃硅橡胶护套保护层,阻燃硅橡胶护套保护层外编织耐高温玻璃纤维加强层,耐高温玻璃纤维加强层外涂覆低烟无卤阻燃硅橡胶护套保护层。
该种电机引接电缆,采用若干镀锡软铜线通过一定的节距绞合成股线,再由股线按照一定的节距复绞成软导体,在软导体外部按一定的搭盖率绕包一层超薄型隔离带,通过挤橡机挤包橡胶绝缘,再利用编织设备编织屏蔽层,编织屏蔽层外采用硅橡胶挤出机挤包一层硅橡胶护套保护层。硅橡胶护套层外采用专用玻璃纤维编织机编织高强度玻璃纤维层,在利用液体硅胶涂覆设备涂覆硅胶保护层。它与已有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:(1)在传统电机引接电缆的基础上增加了镀锡软铜丝编织屏蔽层,为适用于特殊场合使用的高频永磁电机,提供了良好的内外电磁屏蔽干扰的性能。(2)在电缆护套层外,采用高强度玻璃纤维编织+液体阻燃硅橡胶涂覆的双层护套保护层结构。其中玻璃纤维拉伸强度高,伸长小,柔软性佳,吸水性小,不燃性、耐化学性佳等特性,配合树脂赋予形状后可成为优良的护套保护层。涂覆层采用阻燃液体硅橡胶,胶体具有粘度低、流动性好,涂覆方便,经过高温烘箱硫化后,涂覆层具有优良的耐热性、阻燃性能,且耐紫外线、耐大气老化,可在-100℃~200℃长期使用,具有较好的隔水防潮性能。此双层护套保护层使产品具有耐热辐射、耐寒、耐酸碱及腐蚀性气体、防水、环保等特性。
该种电机引接电缆根据传统电缆的不足结合客户的特殊要求,从原材料和产品结构设计方面出发,是一款额定电压1000V,耐高低温、耐浸渍漆、使用寿命长、屏蔽型硅橡胶绝缘硅橡胶护套电机引接电缆。

参见图1,它是一款额定电压1000V,高温、耐磨、屏蔽型硅橡胶绝缘硅橡胶护套电机引接电缆。与传统电机电缆相比,此产品具有耐热辐射、耐寒、耐酸碱及腐蚀性气体、防水、环保等特性,电缆结构柔软,辐射方便,高温(高寒)环境下电气性能稳定,抗老化性能突出,使用寿命长,不仅适用于电机引接用,而且广泛用于冶金、电力、电子、汽车制造等行业。
参见图1,该电缆除具有传统电缆绝缘层及护套保护层外,为适用于军用特种车辆高频永磁电机,电缆绝缘与护套之间,增加了镀锡铜丝编织层,起到了良好的内外电磁屏蔽干扰的性能。此外为解决传统硅橡胶撕裂,安装敷设时电缆易损伤,电缆护套层外,采用高强度玻璃纤维编织+液体阻燃硅橡胶涂覆的双层护套保护层结构。其中玻璃纤维拉伸强度高,伸长小,柔软性佳,吸水性小,不燃性,耐化学性佳等特性,配合树脂赋予形状后可成为优良的护套保护层。涂覆层采用阻燃液体硅橡胶,胶体具有粘度低、流动性好,涂覆方便,经过高温烘箱硫化后,涂覆层具有优良的耐热性、阻燃性能,且耐紫外线、耐大气老化性,可在-100℃~200℃长期使用,具有较好的隔水防潮性能。
