Abstract
一种一体化保温装饰板,属于幕墙装饰材料技术领域;针对现有技术中的一体化保温装饰板强度不够,安装后,相邻一体化保温装饰板之间作用力弱的问题;本发明基于以下方案:包括上层的面层,中间层的岩棉层和底层的硅钙板;所述的面层包覆岩棉层,将岩棉层的上表面和部分侧面包覆;所述的面层与岩棉层之间设置有L形的扣件,扣件包括两相连接且相互垂直的面,其中一个面与硅钙板贴合,另一个面处于所述一体化保温装饰板的侧面并伸入面层与岩棉层之间,并在面层、扣件和岩棉层重合区域用铆钉接合;整个一体化保温装饰板的一端为方波形;本发明自身强度好,安装后相邻之间结合力高,提高了装饰板整体强度。

技术领域
本发明属于幕墙装饰保温材料技术领域,具体涉及一种一体化保温装饰板。
背景技术
一体化保温装饰板用于外墙面的装饰,并且具有保温功能,部分产品通过增加额外的层级,还具备防火、隔音等功能,是一种绿色环保的新型幕墙装饰材料。
传统的一体化保温装饰板大多采用面层-保温层-底层结构,并通过胶黏剂粘合,结构简单,容易发生层与层之间的剥离开裂;同时,安装时,横向相邻两块一体化保温装饰板之间作用力有限,不利于提高幕墙整体强度,易发生脱落。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种一体化保温装饰板,其自身强度好,安装时,亦提高幕墙整体强度。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种一体化保温装饰板,包括上层的面层,中间层的岩棉层和底层的硅钙板;所述的面层包覆岩棉层,将岩棉层的上表面和部分侧面包覆,面层与岩棉层通过胶黏剂粘接;所述的面层与岩棉层之间设置有L形的扣件,扣件包括两相连接且相互垂直的面,其中一个面与硅钙板贴合,另一个面处于所述一体化保温装饰板的侧面并伸入面层与岩棉层之间,并在面层、扣件和岩棉层重合区域用铆钉接合;所述的岩棉层侧面被面层覆盖区域还设置有至少2个安装孔;整个一体化保温装饰板的一端为方波形。
进一步地,所述的面层为金属或合金片材。
进一步地,所述的面层的上表面喷涂至少一层氟碳漆。
进一步地,所述的一体化保温装饰板,其安装时,相邻的两块一体化保温装饰板的方波形状的一端相互啮合。
本发明的有益效果是:通过面层包覆结构,面层不仅包覆了岩棉层的上表面,更是延伸至岩棉层的侧面,结合铆钉铆接,使得所述一体化保温装饰板更加牢固;另外扣件紧扣硅钙板并通过铆钉铆接固定,增加了硅钙板与岩棉层的强度;因此所述的一体化保温装饰板更加牢固。
一体化保温装饰板的一端采用方波形状,相邻一体化保温装饰板方波形相互啮合,安装时,相邻一体化保温装饰板方波形相互啮合后再给缝隙打胶,使得横向两块相邻的一体化保温装饰板相互之间作用力更强,即使其中一块与墙面贴合强度下降,也不会轻易脱落。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。
如图1和图2所示的一种一体化保温装饰板,包括上层的面层1,中间层的岩棉层2和底层的硅钙板3;所述的面层1包覆岩棉层2,将岩棉层2的上表面和部分侧面包覆,面层1与岩棉层2通过胶黏剂粘接;所述的面层1与岩棉层2之间设置有L形的扣件4,扣件4包括两相连接且相互垂直的面,其中一个面与硅钙板3贴合,另一个面处于所述一体化保温装饰板的侧面并伸入面层1与岩棉层2之间,并在面层1、扣件4和岩棉层2重合区域用铆钉5接合;所述的岩棉层2侧面被面层1覆盖区域还设置有至少2个安装孔6;整个一体化保温装饰板的一端为方波形。
所述的面层1为金属或合金片材。
所述的面层1的上表面喷涂至少一层氟碳漆。
所述的一体化保温装饰板,其安装时,相邻的两块一体化保温装饰板的方波形状的一端相互啮合。
本发明安装过程中,横向相邻的两块一体化保温装饰板通过方波形结构互相啮合,在啮合缝隙中打密封胶。当一体化保温装饰板表面设置有砖形纹路时,且砖形纹路的缝隙与啮合缝隙相匹配,颜色与密封胶颜色相一致,则整体外观上,更加美观;幕墙外层更加牢固。

1.一种一体化保温装饰板,其特征在于,包括上层的面层(1),中间层的岩棉层(2)和底层的硅钙板(3);所述的面层(1)包覆岩棉层(2),将岩棉层(2)的上表面和部分侧面包覆,面层(1)与岩棉层(2)通过胶黏剂粘接;所述的面层(1)与岩棉层(2)之间设置有L形的扣件(4),扣件(4)包括两相连接且相互垂直的面,其中一个面与硅钙板(3)贴合,另一个面处于所述一体化保温装饰板的侧面并伸入面层(1)与岩棉层(2)之间,并在面层(1)、扣件(4)和岩棉层(2)重合区域用铆钉(5)接合;所述的岩棉层(2)侧面被面层(1)覆盖区域还设置有至少2个安装孔(6);整个一体化保温装饰板的一端为方波形。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种一体化保温装饰板,其特征在于,所述的面层(1)为金属或合金片材。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种一体化保温装饰板,其特征在于,所述的面层(1)的上表面喷涂至少一层氟碳漆。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种一体化保温装饰板,其特征在于,所述的一体化保温装饰板,其安装时,相邻的两块一体化保温装饰板的方波形状的一端相互啮合。
