一种腈纶织物及其柔软阻燃复合整理方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种多功能性腈纶织物整理技术,具体为一种腈纶织物及其柔软阻燃复合整理方法。
背景技术
腈纶纤维具有优良的物理机械性能,很多方面的性能和羊毛类似,甚至超过了羊毛,因此获得了“人造羊毛”之称。腈纶以其独有的优点被人们所喜爱,如手感柔软、压缩弹性好、保暖性好、色泽鲜艳、强度大等优点;同时还具备良好的成型加工性能,在工程塑料、纤维材料方面得到了广泛应用。
随着技术进步,人们对穿着舒适度要求日益提高。通常人们认为面料越柔软,穿着起来会越舒适。可实际上传统的柔软整理技术,虽然会提高面料的手感,但也会导致产品的亲水性下降,引起热湿舒适性能下降。亲水软弱整理是指利用亲水性柔软剂对纤维表面进行处理,改善纺织品服用舒适性的一种加工技术,经亲水性柔软整理后,纺织品不仅手感好、吸水吸汗性好,同时传湿和放湿能力也有所提高。
据统计,我国近十几年来,平均每年发生的火灾次数为3~4万起,死亡人数2~3千人,火灾损失2~3亿人民币,这些火灾很多起因都是因为纺织品燃烧引起的。根据2006年在英国召开的阻燃剂年会上的统计信息,2000~2001年,欧洲的住宅火灾夺去了2926条生命,造成了126亿欧元的经济损失。据英国内政部统计,纺织品引发的火灾数量和死亡率都比其它原因引起的火灾数量和死亡率要高。美国消费品安全委员会估计,1995~2002年间,由床垫和被褥引起的住宅火灾达17225起,每年平均有400人死亡,1990人受伤,因住宅失火引起的财产损失平均达5.5亿美元。纺织品燃烧后失重达20%左右,因此而生成的一氧化碳足以致命。
因此,要提高腈纶织物的经济价值一方面提高其舒适度,并且提高其阻燃性,降低潜在的风险,从而提高人们的生活水平与安全系数。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题:为了提高腈纶织物的舒适度以及安全系数,获得一种具有柔软性阻燃性的腈纶织物,本发明提供了一种腈纶织物及其柔软阻燃复合整理方法。
技术方案:一种腈纶织物柔软阻燃复合整理方法,包含以下步骤:
第1步,柔软整理,柔软整理液二浸二轧,轧液率60~80%,30~40℃水冲洗3~4次,60~80℃下烘干70~100s;
第1步中,柔软整理液,按重量份数计,由10~15份氨基硅油、9~17份烯丙基聚醚、7~14份氢氧化钠、8~12份醋酸组成;
第2步,阻燃整理,阻燃整理液一浸一轧,轧液率80~100%,70~90℃烘干50~70s,120~140℃烘焙1~3min,用70~90℃和30~40℃的水反复冲洗2~4次,50~60℃烘干3~5min;
第2步中,阻燃整理液,按重量份数计,由15~21份已二酸、4~11份氯化镁、18~25份乙醇酸、11~21份磷酸三丁酯组成。
优选的,第1步,柔软整理,柔软整理液二浸二轧,轧液率75%,30℃水冲洗3次,70℃下烘干90s。
优选的,第1步中,柔软整理液,按重量份数计,由12份氨基硅油、15份烯丙基聚醚、12份氢氧化钠、9份醋酸组成。

第1步,柔软整理,柔软整理液二浸二轧,轧液率75%,30℃水冲洗3次,70℃下烘干90s。
第1步中,柔软整理液,按重量份数计,由12份氨基硅油、15份烯丙基聚醚、12份氢氧化钠、9份醋酸组成。
第2步,阻燃整理,阻燃整理液一浸一轧,轧液率100%,80℃烘干60s,130℃烘焙3min,用80℃和35℃的水反复冲洗2次,55℃烘干4min。
第2步中,阻燃整理液,按重量份数计,由19份已二酸、7份氯化镁、21份乙醇酸、17份磷酸三丁酯组成。

第1步,柔软整理,柔软整理液二浸二轧,轧液率80%,40℃水冲洗3次,70℃下烘干70s;
第1步中,柔软整理液,按重量份数计,由11份氨基硅油、12份烯丙基聚醚、14份氢氧化钠、9份醋酸组成;
第2步,阻燃整理,阻燃整理液一浸一轧,轧液率90%,90℃烘干65s,130℃烘焙2min,用80℃和30℃的水反复冲洗3次,55℃烘干4min;
第2步中,阻燃整理液,按重量份数计,由18份已二酸、6份氯化镁、19份乙醇酸、20份磷酸三丁酯组成。

第1步,柔软整理,柔软整理液二浸二轧,轧液率70%,40℃水冲洗3次,60℃下烘干90s;
第1步中,柔软整理液,按重量份数计,由12份氨基硅油、11份烯丙基聚醚、8份氢氧化钠、12份醋酸组成;
第2步,阻燃整理,阻燃整理液一浸一轧,轧液率90%,90℃烘干60s,140℃烘焙2min,用80℃和40℃的水反复冲洗3次,60℃烘干4min;
第2步中,阻燃整理液,按重量份数计,由19份已二酸、8份氯化镁、19份乙醇酸、16份磷酸三丁酯组成。

第1步,柔软整理,柔软整理液二浸二轧,轧液率80%,40℃水冲洗3次,75℃下烘干90s;
第1步中,柔软整理液,按重量份数计,由12份氨基硅油、13份烯丙基聚醚、11份氢氧化钠、9份醋酸组成;
第2步,阻燃整理,阻燃整理液一浸一轧,轧液率85%,80℃烘干65s,130℃烘焙2min,用80℃和40℃的水反复冲洗4次,55℃烘干4min;
第2步中,阻燃整理液,按重量份数计,由19份已二酸、8份氯化镁、21份乙醇酸、18份磷酸三丁酯组成。
对实施例1~4所述方法制备获得的织物进行性能测试,所得结果如下:

第1步,柔软整理,柔软整理液二浸二轧,轧液率60~80%,30~40℃水冲洗3~4次,60~80℃下烘干70~100s;
第1步中,柔软整理液,按重量份数计,由10~15份氨基硅油、9~17份烯丙基聚醚、7~14份氢氧化钠、8~12份醋酸组成;
第2步,阻燃整理,阻燃整理液一浸一轧,轧液率80~100%,70~90℃烘干50~70s,120~140℃烘焙1~3min,用70~90℃和30~40℃的水反复冲洗2~4次,50~60℃烘干3~5min;
第2步中,阻燃整理液,按重量份数计,由15~21份已二酸、4~11份氯化镁、18~25份乙醇酸、11~21份磷酸三丁酯组成。
