本发明公开了一种提高纬编织物抗辐射能力的整理及其应用,包括用于纬编织物加工工艺中两个不同阶段的两种种整理剂,其一为进行染整工艺之前使用的抗静电抗紫外整理剂,该整理剂选择在染整工艺之前进行使用,不会影响织物的原有色泽、手感、吸湿性以及色牢度,且增加抗静电抗紫外性能的持久性,其二为后整理工艺中使用的抗辐射整理剂;为纬编织物的抗辐射能力形成最后一道巩固的整理,从而在保证舒适度的前提下最大化的增强其抗辐射性能和持久能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物的加工处理工艺,尤其涉及一种提高纬编织物抗辐射能力的整理剂及其应用。
背景技术
针织物以其贴身,保暖性能著称,受到广大消费者的青睐,近年来,国内有关针织物面料的各种功能性面料层出不穷,诸如抗静电易护理、三防、远红外负离子、抗菌、吸湿排汗等,这些功能确实能够带来很多的革新,但是具有抗辐射功能的针织物还尚未见有报道,一般具有抗辐射功能的织物都会设置外表的抗辐射层,例如防辐射服的涂层等,如果以这种传统的抗辐射功能的实现方法应用到针织物的抗辐射制备中去,会给针织物带来透气性差的缺点,不能满足日常服用需求。此外纬编织物由于其特殊的织物形成结构,即使从材料上进行抗辐射能力的提升,效果也不是很好。
基于此,若能提供一种提高纬编织物抗辐射能力的整理剂,将会给其抗辐射能力的提升带来很好的效果。
因此,需要一种新的技术方案以解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种保证纬编织物舒适性能的前提下有效提高其抗辐射能力的整理剂及其应用。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:提高纬编织物抗辐射能力的整理剂,包括用于纬编织物加工工艺中两个不同阶段的两种种整理剂,其一为进行染整工艺之前使用的抗静电抗紫外整理剂,其二为后整理工艺中使用的抗辐射整理剂;
其中所述抗静电抗紫外整理剂以质量计算包括如下成分:紫外线吸收剂8-14份、紫外线屏蔽剂5-8份、脂肪酸酰胺2-4份、甲壳素纤维3-6份、脱氢乙酸3-6份、渗透剂1-2份、亲水性表面活性剂1.8-2.5份;
所述抗辐射整理剂以质量计算包括如下成分:抗辐射植物叶纤维提取物13-20份、抗辐射植物韧皮纤维提取物12-15份、木质粉碳3-8份、纳米银粉0.5-1.2份、柠檬酸3-6份、非离子型润湿剂0.6-1.5份。
更为优选的,所述紫外线吸收剂为苯酮系列紫外线吸收剂。
更进一步的,所述苯酮系列紫外线吸收剂的有效吸收波长为270nm-380nm。
更为优选的,所述紫外线屏蔽剂为二氧化钛、陶土、碳酸钙三者质量比为3:1:2的混合物。
更为优选的,所述渗透剂为JFC-2与JFC-1质量比为3:2的混合物。
更为优选的,所述抗辐射植物叶纤维提取物提取自吊兰、豆瓣绿、绿萝的叶纤维。

作为本发明的进一步改进,上述一种提高纬编织物抗辐射能力的整理剂的应用,具体的,所述抗静电抗紫外整理剂的使用温度为33℃,浴比为1:25;所述抗辐射整理剂的使用温度为39℃,浴比为1:25。

所述抗辐射整理剂以质量计算包括如下成分:抗辐射植物叶纤维提取物13份、抗辐射植物韧皮纤维提取物12份、木质粉碳3份、纳米银粉0.5份、柠檬酸3份、非离子型润湿剂0.6份。

舒适度测试:
按照上述三种实施例制备的整理剂以及应用方法对纬编针织物进行处理之后,依次三个试验组,再设置一个不进行整理剂处理的纬编针织物对照组进行成衣服用舒适度测试,每组选取50名无皮肤疾病健康试穿对象,服用3天后进行调查回访。
服用评价指标如下:
A级:完全无不适现象发生,穿着舒适。
B级:稍微有不适现象发生,穿着较为舒适。
C级:不适现象明显,穿着舒适度不佳。
回访结果如表1所示:

从上表数据可看出,本发明一种提高纬编织物抗辐射能力的整理剂及应用,与传统不使用该整理剂的应用比较,经整理的纬编织物具有较优的舒适度,有效避免皮肤不适现象发生,广受消费者的喜爱。
抗辐射能力测试:
测试方法:根据GB/T23463-2009《防护服装微波辐射防护服》测试实验面料对电磁波的屏蔽效能(SE)。在屏蔽室中放置一个穿着防辐射服的人体模型,人体模型前端安装有能够发射出不同频率电磁波的发射天线,人体模型内部的电场探头来接收信号,分别检测未穿着样衣时电磁波的电场强度E2(V/m)和穿着样衣时电磁波的电场强度E1(V/m),再根据屏蔽效能SE=20lg(E2/E1)进行计算。
本实验测试中测试频率分别为30MHz、300MHZ和3000MHz。

从上表数据可看出,本发明一种提高纬编针织物抗辐射能力整理剂及其应用处理后的纬编针织物,在各测试频率下均保持较好的屏蔽效能,且洗涤10次后屏蔽效能降低不明显。

1.提高纬编织物抗辐射能力的整理剂,其特征在于包括用于纬编织物加工工艺中两个不同阶段的两种整理剂,其一为进行染整工艺之前使用的抗静电抗紫外整理剂,其二为后整理工艺中使用的抗辐射整理剂;
其中所述抗静电抗紫外整理剂以质量计算包括如下成分:紫外线吸收剂8-14份、紫外线屏蔽剂5-8份、脂肪酸酰胺2-4份、甲壳素纤维3-6份、脱氢乙酸3-6份、渗透剂1-2份、亲水性表面活性剂1.8-2.5份;所述紫外线吸收剂为苯酮系列紫外线吸收剂;所述苯酮系列紫外线吸收剂的有效吸收波长为270nm-380nm;所述紫外线屏蔽剂为二氧化钛、陶土、碳酸钙三者质量比为3:1:2的混合物;所述渗透剂为JFC-2与JFC-1质量比为3:2的混合物;
所述抗辐射整理剂以质量计算包括如下成分:抗辐射植物叶纤维提取物13-20份、抗辐射植物韧皮纤维提取物12-15份、木质粉碳3-8份、纳米银粉0.5-1.2份、柠檬酸3-6份、非离子型润湿剂0.6-1.5份;所述抗辐射植物叶纤维提取物提取自吊兰、豆瓣绿、绿萝的叶纤维;所述抗辐射织物韧皮纤维提取物提取自龟背竹、孔雀竹芋的韧皮纤维;所述非离子型润湿剂为RF-1011。
2.如权利要求1所述的提高纬编织物抗辐射能力的整理剂的应用,其特征在于:所述抗静电抗紫外整理剂的使用温度为25-45℃,浴比为1:20-1:30;所述抗辐射整理剂的使用温度为35-45℃,浴比为1:20-1:30。
3.根据权利要求2所述的提高纬编织物抗辐射能力的整理剂的应用,其特征在于:所述抗静电抗紫外整理剂的使用温度为33℃,浴比为1:25;所述抗辐射整理剂的使用温度为39℃,浴比为1:25。
