本发明公开了一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺,包括制备纱线以及将制备的纱线经过经编工艺得到仿棉面料。有益效果为:工艺简单,成本低廉,自动化程度高,所制备的仿棉面料手感细腻舒适,又能驱寒保暖,符合新一代纺织品舒适性、功能性的要求。

本发明涉及纺织面料领域,尤其是涉及一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺。
背景技术
随着物质生活水平的不断提高,人们的追求也在不断发生变化,吃饱穿暖等基本需求慢慢成为了过去,健康、舒适等变成了现在的标准。人们对服饰面料的品质提出了更高的要求,时尚、健康、舒适休闲的服饰越来越受消费者的青睐,服饰面料正向高档化、多样化、功能化方向发展。手感细腻舒适、吸湿透气、驱寒保暖等纤维织物越来越引起人们的重视。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺,该工艺简单,成本低廉,所制备的仿棉面料手感细腻舒适,又能驱寒保暖。
本发明针对背景技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺,包括制备纱线以及将制备的纱线经过经编工艺得到仿棉面料。工艺简单,成本低廉,自动化程度高,所制备的仿棉面料手感细腻舒适,又能驱寒保暖,符合新一代纺织品舒适性、功能性的要求。
作为优选,制备纱线过程为:将改性涤纶纤维、丝麻纤维按质量比为2/1-2.5/1混合纺织形成纱线。所制备的纱线具有蓬松的外观,且使制备的仿棉面料具有优良的抗皱性能佳和耐磨性能,不易变性。
作为优选,改性涤纶纤维的制备过程为:取4-乙烯基吡咯在20-25℃真空干燥10-14h,幷与聚酯切片混合,混合物中4-乙烯基吡咯与聚酯切片的质量比为1/100-1/90,再加入占聚酯切片质量0.1%-0.2%的活性多肽,在265-275℃熔融,接着将熔体在265-275℃下从喷丝头的喷丝孔压出,在水中冷却凝固成丝,得改性涤纶纤维。通过对涤纶纤维的改性处理,使纤维具有了优良的抗菌性能,且不影响聚酯涤纶纤维的材料力学性能,解决了无机抗菌剂添加过程中不易分散的问题。
作为优选,改性涤纶纤维的制备过程中所加入的活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:HSHACASYSCRCRRARRCGYYVSHRGRCYCRCLRCRPGKLCVCVNCSR。所加入的活性多肽与4-乙烯基吡咯的羧基基团具有协同作用,促进了4-乙烯基吡咯的吡咯官能团与聚酯纤维分子链段的结合,极大地提高了纤维的抗菌性能,使制备的仿棉面料具有更高的经济价值。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:本发明公开的一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺包括制备纱线以及将制备的纱线经过经编工艺得到仿棉面料,工艺简单,成本低廉,自动化程度高,所制备的仿棉面料手感细腻舒适,又能驱寒保暖,符合新一代纺织品舒适性、功能性的要求;改性涤纶纤维的制备过程中所加入的活性多肽与4-乙烯基吡咯的羧基基团具有协同作用,促进了4-乙烯基吡咯的吡咯官能团与聚酯纤维分子链段的结合,极大地提高了纤维的抗菌性能,使制备的仿棉面料具有更高的经济价值。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺,其过程为:
1)改性涤纶纤维的制备过程:取4-乙烯基吡咯在20℃真空干燥10h,幷与聚酯切片混合,混合物中4-乙烯基吡咯与聚酯切片的质量比为1/100,再加入占聚酯切片质量0.1%的活性多肽,在265℃熔融,接着将熔体在265℃下从喷丝头的喷丝孔压出,在水中冷却凝固成丝,得改性涤纶纤维,其中活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:HSHACASYSCRCRRARRCGYYVSHRGRCYCRCLRCRPGKLCVCVNCSR。通过对涤纶纤维的改性处理,使纤维具有了优良的抗菌性能,且不影响聚酯涤纶纤维的材料力学性能,解决了无机抗菌剂添加过程中不易分散的问题;
2)制备纱线过程:将改性涤纶纤维、丝麻纤维按质量比为2/1混合纺织形成纱线。所制备的纱线具有蓬松的外观,且使制备的仿棉面料具有优良的抗皱性能佳和耐磨性能,不易变性;
3)将制备的纱线经过经编工艺得到仿棉面料。
实施例2:
一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺,其过程为:首先是改性涤纶纤维的制备过程:取4-乙烯基吡咯在25℃真空干燥14h,幷与聚酯切片混合,混合物中4-乙烯基吡咯与聚酯切片的质量比为1/90,再加入占聚酯切片质量0.2%的活性多肽,在275℃熔融,接着将熔体在275℃下从喷丝头的喷丝孔压出,在水中冷却凝固成丝,得改性涤纶纤维,其中活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:HSHACASYSCRCRRARRCGYYVSHRGRCYCRCLRCRPGKLCVCVNCSR。通过对涤纶纤维的改性处理,使纤维具有了优良的抗菌性能,且不影响聚酯涤纶纤维的材料力学性能,解决了无机抗菌剂添加过程中不易分散的问题;接着是制备纱线过程:将改性涤纶纤维、丝麻纤维按质量比为2.5/1混合纺织形成纱线。所制备的纱线具有蓬松的外观,且使制备的仿棉面料具有优良的抗皱性能佳和耐磨性能,不易变性;最后是将制备的纱线经过经编工艺得到仿棉面料。
本发明的操作步骤中的常规操作为本领域技术人员所熟知,在此不进行赘述。

1.一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺,包括制备纱线以及将制备的纱线经过经编工艺得到仿棉面料,其特征在于:所述制备纱线过程为:将改性涤纶纤维、丝麻纤维按质量比为2/1-2.5/1混合纺织形成纱线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述改性涤纶纤维的制备过程为:取4-乙烯基吡咯真空干燥,幷与聚酯切片混合,再加入占聚酯切片质量0.1%-0.2%的活性多肽,熔融,接着将熔体在265-275℃下从喷丝头的喷丝孔压出,在水中冷却凝固成丝,得改性涤纶纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述4-乙烯基吡咯与聚酯切片的质量比为1/100-1/90。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述4-乙烯基吡咯真空干燥的温度为20-25℃,时间为10-14h。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:HSHACASYSCRCRRARRCGYYVSHRGRCYCRCLRCRPGKLCVCVNCSR。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种涤纶经编仿棉面料的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述熔融温度为265-275℃。
